This four-bedroom retreat features two primary suites, a bunk room for the kids, and plenty of space for everyone to relax, making it the perfect choice for an extended family retreat. The property is also dog friendly with a fenced backyard, so feel free to bring your furry friends along. Plan at-home meals in the gourmet kitchen equipped with a suite of stainless steel appliances. Choose between two well-appointed primary suites with en suite bathrooms. Additional home essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

Many issues with poor response from Vacasa, not sure why they were involved since we booked with VRBO. Immediately upon walking in door to downstairs bathroom was off track and couldn’t be operated easily. We were forced to try and fix so bathroom could be of use. Next one of the beds in an upstairs bedroom was so loose and rickety that the people who had to sleep on were scared it was gonna collapse. These items were addressed to maintenance person with Vacasa who offered to send maintenance but we were doing a family Thanksgiving and didn’t have time to do with house full of people. When I brought up about bed her response was “ As I had mentioned before an inspection was done prior to your arrival, and these issues were not as you were stating. The bed has been determined safe to sleep in”. All of the Allen screws were stripped and tape was holding parts of bed together not to mention 2 screws in foot of bed were barely holding that part to frame. This was very frustrating and party had hard time sleeping comfortably scared to break the bed. Here response was totally inappropriate and if you have to inspect a bed maybe it’s time to replace it. If you have any other questions you need me to answer please contact me for further info. Thanks

The house was clean and had plenty of space for me and my large family. The property manager was very easy to communicate with. One of my family members left one of his belongings in the house after checkout. A quick call to the manager, and he was able to go back and get it right away. I would definitely recommend!

Good stay!

We stay in a lot of rentals so it becomes hard not to compare to ones that really blow you away, and we’ve stayed in this neighborhood before, so know that as you read on. We really like the location because we really like Johnson beach (paid access). We also love the pool on property. The house itself was fine, clean and comfortable. Very spacious, more than enough room for our family, and you can have two families stay here comfortably. I do think it showed its use/wear in some places. We do expect to cook most of our meals in the house when we travel and aren’t staying in a hotel and it felt the kitchen and supplies could have been better stocked (we only had 3 dishwasher packets left for 5 nights for example). Overall though, it was a nice stay!

Overall the stay was great!! The house stays a little warm during the day because there are no curtains over the large windows. There was a fly problem but that’s no issue of the home, that’s just life. The floor was mopped when we arrived, but it was dirty to walk on. It was mostly noticeable because we had a crawling baby on the floor. The beds and pillows slept great! The bathrooms were very roomy. Great storage. We tried to cook breakfast on the stove and the gas stove put off so much smoke it set the smoke alarm off 3 times. Red wasp are bad under the porch! We really did enjoy our stay, and would come back!

Exceptional!

This home was beautiful and the perfect size for our huge family. You are less than a mile from Publix, which made shopping for food and other miscellaneous items a breeze. The community was equally as beautiful, especially the pool area. Thank you for hosting us for graduation weekend! See you again soon!

Just fine

The house is just fine and as listed. There were quite a few stains on the couches and chairs in the living room. One of the bedrooms upstairs the fan made a really loud noise when in use. The other upstairs non-bunk bed room had a broken bed frame. Also there are limited things in the kitchen - no leftovers like coffee filters, extra trash bags, more than one packet of dishwasher soap, etc. just so you are forewarned. The pool in the complex is lovely, the area is quiet, and in general the house is a good base for running around Pensacola.

Bad experience

Property is new, with beautiful design, but poorly constructed. Very noisy. The fire alarm went off every time we cooked anything. The fire place did not work.One of the king bed frames broke the first night at 3 am and was not fixed until 6:30 that night. It took me all day of calling and texting the support team to even get that temporary fix.

Extremely clean and very new

The only reason not to book this property is because it’s nicer than your house. Thus, once you get back home, you will no longer be appreciative of everything that you have earned. 😝

Nice place.

Overall nice place, living room is hot because of the big open window. Can't really fit a full size SUV in the garage. Overall those things did not affect my stay enough for me not to recommend it. The pool was nice. Everything in the house is updated.

Nice home- great location

House in great location- walking distance to pool, pickle ball court, fishing dock and Publix. Short drive to the beach. Smoke detector very sensitive and had to turn on fan and open door every time we cooked. Very clean and spacious.

Perdido key week

Our family of 4 kids, dog, and parents enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful & equipped with most of the basics. The location is great- 7 minutes to the beach and walking distance to the pool. Quiet neighborhood. Close to grocery & a park. Future additions like games, beach equipment, etc would be nice. Extra blankets are needed for chilly people.

Great House close to the beach

We had a wonderful stay! Communication with the property manager was easy to work with and always responded very quickly. I would definitely recommend staying here and will be back!

The condo is beautiful and large and roomy especially for a larger group. It’s in a good location. The yard is tiny. Loved the nearby swimming pool. The garage is small. A tight fit for larger vehicles.

Great place for our retreat

This home is surprisingly large and roomy. We had 10 ladies staying the weekend and we had plenty of room. Everything was super-clean and tidy and the pool area was awesome. We enjoyed it very much! 10/10 recommend!
