Great large family or multi-family rental on Lake Winnisquam! Everything you need for a stress free getaway. House was built in 2022 with the most up to date amenities.

Property is located in a No Wake Zone only a short paddle away from the sandbar. This is lake life living at its best! Private dock for your boat or jet ski's. Kayak and swim with walk in access so kids and adults can safely enjoy the water! Everything you could ask for.
The space
First Floor:

- Bedroom with a King size bed. Bathroom with shower
- Full size WASHER and DRYER
- Gourmet kitchen with large waterfall island
- Stainless steel appliances
- In counter ice maker to fill coolers for days on the water
- Customer 10' table to fit the whole crew
- Sitting room overlooking clear water views
- Smart TV to stream your favorite shows
- Deck with picnic table for outdoor eating or morning coffee watching the sun rise

Second Floor:

- Bedroom with Queen bed
- Bunk room with 2 full over full beds for all the kids to sleep
- Jack and Jill bathroom shared between the two
- Master with King bed and attached bathroom giving amazing unobstructed views
- Master has private attached deck

- Private dock for use. Bring jet ski's or boat. Local places to rent boats as well

Property includes freshly laundered bedding for all beds, beach and bath towels. House is professionally cleaned between each booking, ALL linens including blankets and are quilts washed after every guest.
Guest access
Parking onsite for 2-3 cars in driveway. Boat trailer can be parked in the grassy area across from the driveway. If bringing a boat please note there is no boat launch onsite, you will need to go to the Winnisquam public launch on Water Street in Laconia.

Pirates Cove Mini Golf is within walking distance of the house. They have 2-courses to choose from as well as bumper boats and basketball hoops. Bring or rent a boat to enjoy the lake all week. Nearby is Gunstock Mountain Resort that has many outdoor activities. Bring your bikes, the WOW bike trail is a few miles away for you to enjoy the 9 mile roundtrip paved bike trail along Lake Winnisquam and Winnipesaukee. Short drive to the Tilton outlet mall for great shopping. Weirs Beach with arcades and go-carts are a 15-minute drive to Lake Winnipesaukee.

Be sure to check out the concert line up at Bank of NH Pavilion in Gilford to catch a show during your stay. Its a short 20 minute drive away & offer a great variety of concerts every summer.

Beautiful and modern home with the Lake Winnisquam touch. Lovely view of the lake especially from the master bedroom..We had everything we needed. Fully stocked and organized. Chris communicated my inquiries clearly and quickly. We had a great time with friends and family for my birthday weekend.

This house was perfect, inside and out. My family spent most of the time either sitting on the back deck or in the yard by the lake. The house was very spacious and having AC was a huge bonus, as was the game room. The beds were very comfortable too! The location was great, being close to stores and restaurants. We would absolutely come back!

Graduation Get Away

This was my graduation get away stay. EVERYONE LOVED the stay a we all wished we had booked the stay longer, the amenities brought the whole fam together and just made our bonding time even more delightful!! The pictures are nice but don’t give this stay any justice on how beautiful this rental actually is. We will definitely be back to this spot!! Thank you!!

Luxury Getaway

My family had an amazing time at this property over the holiday weekend. It's one of the few places i've been where the actual place is better than the pictures. There was something for everyone to do in the area like skiing, hiking, shopping, eating, etc. There were 16 of us and we all felt very comfortable the whole weekend. I would highly recommend.

Great Location, First Class accomodation

Open concept on first floor is great for family gatherings -- cooking, eating, watching tv and viewing the lake. The unit easily accomodated 8 adult by using the bunk room for sleeping. It was really nice to have 2 kayaks and a paddle board available for our use. Being in the "No wake zone" was a real plus for kayaking, swimming and boating.

Amazing, spacious lake rental with lots of amenities and close to fun attractions.

We had three families vacationing together. (14 people total) The property is gorgeous inside and out! It was extremely clean and was furnished with plenty of towels, dishes, cookware, etc. There was plenty of room for sleeping and spreading out. It is on a beautiful lake with lots around the area to do via car or boat. The owner was very responsive with any questions we had leading up to our stay and the check in/check out process was so easy. I would highly recommend this rental.

Amazing house with everything!

I recently stayed at this property with 3 families. We knew the house and property looked beautiful online, but the pictures don’t do it justice! It’s even more beautiful in person. It had everything we needed from bed linens, to towels, to a fully stocked kitchen with gorgeous appliances. The game room in the basement was amazing for our kids! We were there in December, so they spent a lot of time inside. The host, Chris, was also quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. My one, small recommendation would be to get a larger trash barrel. With 16 people in the house, we quickly filled up trash bags. I highly recommend this property. We will definitely look into booking again!

Great property

We really enjoyed our stay at this house on the lake. First, it is newly built, with nice, modern appliances and furnishings - which is hard to find in this area. It also felt bigger than I'd expected based on the pictures. The dining table in particular is enormous and easily accommodated 7 of us. The view from the house though is amazing, and was my favorite part. This was a Thanksgiving weekend stay for us to visit family in the area, so we weren't there during prime lake season (which I'm sure is amazing), but I would definitely stay there again in the off season, as the lake was so peaceful - no boats, no activity, just beautiful sunrises over the lake - and ducks! I also have to mention the bedding, which seemed new and could not have been any cleaner (which is a big hang up for us). Tons of towels were provided too. Chris was also super quick to respond to any questions - such as the type of coffee maker (it's a dual one that takes pods or does a pot). One thing to note is that the specific driveway to the house can be hard to see in the dark. We ended up in an empty parking lot initially, as did our delivery driver the night we ordered dinner, but we then saw the entry/drive. It's a minor issue - and really, a non-issue if you know in advance that you need to look out for an entry, or if you arrive when it's light out. We would definitely stay again. It's the best and most convenient property we've found so far in that area - and we've tried a few.

Pleasant Waters is a newly built 3500+ sqft property with amazing lake views in a no wake zone making it perfect for swimming and non-motorized water activities. It has a dock for use if a boat will be brought or rented during the stay. The game room in the basement makes for a wonderful getaway for the kids with the adults want some time to catch up in the living room overlooking the water, or for rainy day activities.
