Central to the Lakes Region come visit to enjoy what Lake life is all about, fresh water for swimming boating, canoeing, kayaking, paddleboarding water skiing, and tubing all nearby. Walk to restaurants and gift shops from our family vacation home.

Custom built bunkbeds with slide! Spiral stair case leads up to the Tower Room —what a view up there!!!

Walk out to the 30’ x 21’ spacious deck overlooking lake Winnipesaukee and on the ground level has another 8’x 50’ deck/patio over looking Lake Winnipesaukee.

Wall to restaurants , shops, movie theatre, salons etc. minutes to ski resorts snow mobile trails or skating! Many things to do around the lakes region. This property has 2 villas and you are looking at the top Villa about 3300 square feet. Outdoors space is shared with the lower Villa if occupied.(you can rent this as well if you prefer to have the waterfront all to your self!) Inquire rate vary seasonally.Meredith is a location that everyone wants to dine, walk or relax in any time of the year.
Don't have a boat/jet ski, rent one from Meredith Marina, it is right down the street! Book Spa Services at Church Landing. Make dinner reservations at Lagos or Giuseppes(family friendly).
