This cabin features stunning views of the mountains, a large loft game room, hot tub, fireplace, and private patio overlooking the valley.

This home offers the best of both worlds, with options for a quiet mountain stay or a trip packed with adventure! In less than 20 minutes, you can spend the day visiting the shops in Pigeon Forge or dining at Gatlinburg's famous pancake pantry. If you hear the mountains calling, spend some time in nature in the Smokies or drive through Cade's Cove for a beautiful valley view of the mountains. Enjoy a night relaxing in the private hot tub or enjoy some friendly competition in the loft with a game of pool or foosball! With this home, you don't have to choose--you can do it all!

This home has something for everyone! Relax on the back deck in one of several rocking chairs or unwind in the private hot tub. Enjoy a cozy night in front of the stacked stone fireplace or retreat to one of three private master bedrooms and watch your favorite movie in bed on your own smart TV. Watch the sunset from the back porch swing or climb on up to the upstairs loft and enjoy a round of pool or foosball while watching a game. No matter what you choose, you're sure to have a great time from the comfort of your own mountain cabin!

We provide several different types of essentials to start you off during your stay! Depending on the length of your trip, you may wish to purchase additional items as needed. We start all our guests off with:

- Shower essentials: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and toilet paper in each bathroom
- Kitchen essentials: dish soap, dishwashing pods, paper towels, salt & pepper
- Coffee essentials: K cups, ground coffee, coffee filters, and sweetener
- Laundry essentials: laundry pods ****(as of 8/2/24, onsite laundry is not available. We apologize for any inconvenience.)

PETS: We are a pet friendly home and happy to welcome pets during your stay! If you plan to bring pets, please read the following pet policy carefully. There is a pet fee of $48 per pet per night. By including pets in your reservation or by bringing pets that are not listed in your reservation to the property, you are authorizing us to collect all applicable pet fees. If you have any questions about our pet policies or how pet fees are processed, please let us know!

STAIRS: This home has spiral staircases to access the upstairs loft game room and to access the downstairs bedrooms. Because this home is built on the mountain side, these stairwells are steep. Please plan acccordingly. There are three stairs to access the front door from the road.

ROADS: Mountain road disclaimer: If you're unfamiliar with mountain roads, almost all mountain roads off the main city streets/parkway can at times be narrow, steep, and unlit. We always recommend taking your time on these roads and driving a vehicle you are comfortable with. A vehicle with 4WD is always a great option. There's no rush to get anywhere on mountain time!

WILDLIFE: The Smoky Mountains are home to a multitude of wildlife including bears, coyotes, racoons, possums, birds, snakes, etc. Please be aware of your surroundings and keep all food items/trash appropriately stored and disposed of. Clean the grill promptly after using to prevent wildlife from visiting!

UTILITIES: Because of our location in the mountains, this home is on well water. It is completely safe and clean to drink/brush teeth/bathe in, but this is noted as some guests prefer to bring bottled water.

SECURITY CAMERAS: There are security cameras located on the exterior of the home only at the front door facing the porch. Cameras record audio and visual. Cameras may be recording audio/visual at any time. Security cameras are located ONLY on the exterior of the home.

TRAVEL INSURANCE: We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for your trip. Travel insurance is a guaranteed option to ensure you are able to receive reimbursement for a covered event should circumstances arise that prevent you from traveling as planned (ex: medical/family emergencies, illness, work obligations, inclement weather, etc). Please confirm with your chosen travel insurance company as to a comprehensive list of all covered events. Please note, we are not able to issue a cancellation, trip change, or refund outside of the listing policy and will refer you back to your travel insurance should your trip plans change.

RENTAL AGREEMENT: We require a signed rental agreement within 24 hours of booking. A government issued ID is required to be provided along with the signed rental agreement.

SECURITY DEPOSIT HOLD: A security deposit is required for this home. This deposit will be automatically posted to the payment method on file 3 days prior to check in date and is due no later than the day of check in. This deposit is not a charge or extra payment, but it is a $250 hold only. The only way any amount would be charged to the card on file would be if we provide details of damaged items, excessively dirty items or areas of the home, etc. This hold is released automatically 3 days following check out.

This location is the perfect spot for a private mountain retreat in the Smokies. It provides all the quiet, restfulness of being in nature in a private gated community while being located conveniently to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and Sevierville. There's something for everyone, from grabbing breakfast at one of Pigeon Forge's famous pancake pantries, sledding in Ober Gatlinburg, visiting East Tennessee's favorite theme park at Dollywood, visiting Anakeesta, shopping at Tanger Outlets, or enjoying nature in the Great Smoky Mountains. Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and Sevierville are the three main cities in the area. Each is just a short drive from the cabin and offers unique mountain restaurants, shopping, and endless attractions.
