Village of Fairport - 2 BDRM w/Onsite Parking

Your family will be close to everything that the Village of Fairport offers when you stay at this centrally located 2-bedroom home which can sleep up to 5!

-- Erie Canal access for hiking, biking, kayaking
-- Thomas Creek Ice Arena five minutes down the road (2.2 miles)
-- Restaurants/Pubs/Shopping all walking distance in village

Pets welcome if approved - please enquire. Pet fee is $20/night per pet, to be paid a few days prior to arrival. Variable pricing for longer stays.

Both bedrooms are located on the second floor, with a queen bed in one, and a queen/twin combination in the other. Perfect for parents who need child in same room.

The full bathroom with shower/tub is located on the main floor, as well as a half-bath on the main floor.

*** Please note: There are train tracks about two blocks away, adjacent to the canal, with trains passing through several times/day.
Absolutely NO smoking of any kind inside please - if an ozone machine is required for next guest due to smoking in the house, a $150 fee will be charged.

Please note my pet fee is $20/night/pet and will be requested a day or two prior to your arrival. If you are bringing a pet or pets, please reach out and let me know the breeds and sizes. Thank you. For longer stays, I am open to a reduced pet fee.

Excellent location! Roomy enough for 5. Easy walk to downtown and the canal. Fairport is a quaint town with great restaurants, fun shops, and a fabulous walking/biking trail. Convenient access to Rochester and surrounding areas. Good sized kitchen and ample parking. There is a train that runs day and night nearby but it didn't bother us. The host was easy to reach and flexible with our needs.

We came to Fairport for Canal Days weekend. The property was so close to everything going on downtown it was amazing. We walked to all the festivities, restaurants, and sights. The accommodations were clean and well appointed we had all the necessities. We would stay here any time we come to town!!

Very Nice

We were up for our son's college graduation, and this was a very nice spot. Very clean and plenty of room. Was a little warmer and they made an effort to get AC in for us. Much appreciated.

Comfortable and Bright

It's a lovely place to stay! The queen bed was deliciously soft, and the king bed was delightfully firm. (we didn't use the twin.) Kitchen was nicely appointed, and everything was very clean. It's a quiet neighborhood, and the many windows made it cheerfully bright inside. The half bath in addition to the full one was a welcome feature.

Family & Kid Sports Travel

The house was immaculately beautifully, modern, clean, & spacious for a family of 4. My kids love the house. It feels like home and the neighborhood is quiet & peaceful. My kids are not bothered at all by the train's sound. They love it. It reminds them when they're little (11 & 14 years old now). We came here maily because my son's swim competition. But it turned out to be as fun as a family travel. We get to visit museum, Niagara Falls, the city of Rochester, and many more. Thank you for sharing your house with us!

Exceptionally clean and comfortable

We needed to stay four days in the area for our son’s college sporting event. This house was perfect for our needs. It was very clean, the communication was great, and it was just as described on the listing. Yes, there are active train tracks nearby, but we knew about it and we didn’t feel that it was disruptive. The location is nice and it is near stores and restaurants. We will definitely book again if we need to be in the area.

My daughter had a severe allergic reaction to the pillow and/or mattress and/or the sheets to the extent that her eyes and face swelled. Highly recommend the pillows and/or sheeting material be hypoallergenic. Since I lived within 10 minutes of this VRBO, I was able to provide other pillows and pillowcases.

Clean and safe little house perfect for our needs

We just needed somewhere to lay our heads at night while visiting our college daughter for a few days and this fit the bill. Safe area, very clean, and just as described. We are clean and tidy when we leave but I really appreciated that I didn’t have a huge list of chores I needed to do before we checked out!

Didn’t notice that the bedrooms were on the second floor and only bathrooms were on the first floor. And the stairs were steep with a head knocker when they passed under the floor.
