Apartment was just what we needed to visit family but not be underfoot. Clean, updated kitchen and bathroom. Rob was very easy to communicate with. Hope to stay here on future visits to Rochester.

The space was extremely clean and it presents exactly as advertised! The neighborhood is nice, people are friendly and it’s easy to get the dogs out for some exercise. Our host follows up very quickly when you message him. We had a great stay here.

Short and sweet!!

The neighborhood was centrally located to family I was visiting. The apartment was cozy and perfect for two. A little dusty but equipped with all that you need for a comfortable stay.

Quaint place, busy street

This property is really nice, LR, kitchen, BR & bath.Kitchen & bath nicely remodeled. The furnished front porch was a added feature. Has all amenities! Bedroom has queen bed, AC unit & ceiling fan. Parking is off street.

Great dog friendly stay

Robert's place was perfect for two people and a dog. Great neighborhood to walk the dog around with a few parks within walking distance. We cooked in the kitchen which seemed recently updated. The shower was nice. We enjoyed the local Wegmans grocery store so we can get everything we needed during our stay. Would recommend staying here again! The luxury could use a

Warm and Inviting Apartment

This apartment is indeed a cozy little space to call "home". My husband and I stayed in it,with our dog, for a month while we visited family and friends in the area. The neighborhood is quiet, and the people are friendly. Robert is a very nice homeowner who quickly responds if a need arises to contact him. He was truly interested in our comfort during our visit. We would stfostay being an enjoyable one.

Perfect Place for a Weekend Stay

I came to Rochester to visit my son and this place was perfect. It was conveniently located. I was able to get to the city quickly and easily. It was snowing the entire weekend and Robert made sure the drive was shoveled each day. I was able to get in and out with no problem. The apartment was clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen had everything I needed. There were lots of dishes and pots and pans as well as grocery staples such as butter, oil , salt and pepper. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was clean and updated. I would definitely stay here again!

Nice stay

Owner was quick to respond to any questions or concerns. It was a very cozy space in a nice and quiet neighborhood. Parking is a bit tight if you have a large vehicle but we made it work. The only suggestion I would make is having a broom or vacuum cleaner available. I like to leave things cleaned up but I was unable to clean up the dog hair my fur baby left behind.

The bed was very comfortable and the towel’s really soft. There wasn’t much at all to cook with. The one thing was, that there wasn’t a tv. The WiFi password was given but you don’t need it if there’s no tv.

Hi Heidi, Thanks for staying with us. Glad you liked the bed. Although there is no TV, guests like the good wifi for their computers, phones, and other devices so they don’t need to use their data. There are pots, pans, utensils for cooking. If there are some staple supplies that would be useful please let me know.
