Relax and unwind in this lovely updated home on a quiet street of East Rochester!

Centrally located between Penfield and Pittsford, with quick access to 490 Expressway. Parking for two cars in driveway.

Spring Lake Park is just around the corner with a playground for children, off leash area for dogs, plus Irondequoit Creek for anglers!

Home is pet friendly if approved by host - please enquire. Fee is $20/night/pet. Discount for longer stays.

The kitchen features a gas range and is fully equipped for at-home cooking!

I want to enjoy your stay and won`t be onsite, but if you have any emergency please phone Cheryl at the number provided.
NO smoking of any kind please - penalty $150 if ozone machine required for next guest. All smoking must be done outdoors.

Please note my pet fee is $20/night/pet and will be requested a day or two prior to your arrival. If you are bringing a pet or pets, please reach out and let me know the breeds and sizes. Thank you. For longer stays, I am open to a reduced pet fee.

Fenced in yard for pets. Nice sheets, bedding, towels. Kitchen had everything we needed. Close to everything. Very comfortable couch with large TV. We loved it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Neighborhood was quiet and very family friendly. The house is centrally located to many nearby stores, restaurants and entertainment. The few issues we encountered were quickly addressed by the property manager. I would definitely recommend this as a place to stay. Thank you

Enjoyed our stay!

The house was perfect for our family of 4, which included our pug. Conveniently located, clean and well stocked with all the essentials! The beds were super comfortable. The host was attentive and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return!

Cheery Lives up to its Name

Well simply put, I was very pleased with the property. Very clean and comfortable. Well stocked kitchen in terms of tools and common ingredients. Part of the reason I choose to stay at Vrbo is to have a kitchen and not rely on restaurants and take out. This is a very good kitchen and backyard grill! Awesome shower with great water pressure. Wish my shower at home was like that! By the way there is a driveway to park the car off the street and a very lovely backyard. When I am back in town I will be looking for this property first!

Cozy little place

This home was perfect for us. The neighbors were friendly and helpful and the fenced in backyard was perfect for our pup. Clean and stocked with everything we needed! Thank you for a great stay at a reasonable price!

Quaint and quiet

We rented this home for the weekend, it was the perfect size for the 4 of us. Ran into a few issues upon arrival, however the owner went above and beyond to fix them and make sure we were comfortable. There’s some wear and tear but overall everything worked properly.

Perfect

We recently stayed at this home, 2 of our 3 children still live in ERoc and we were there for 30 years. The home was perfect for us. Great size living room with large sectional couch that allowed for all our children to spend time with us. Kitchen had everything we could possible need. So much sunlight flooded the rooms. Our host Cheryl was very accommodating and very responsive to our needs. Will definitely try to use this property again.

Weekend stay in Rochester

This is a very nice house in a quiet neighborhood off I-90/490. House has all the amenities that you need and is pet friendly with a fenced yard ( as we have 2 dogs). hey there are even treads for your pets !! Cheryl the host was very accommodating with our requests and questions before and during our stay and communicated with us frequently Everthing else like Wegmans for groceries , BJ’s etc is within an easy drive. Bryne dairy is 1 min away for something you need in a pinch. It also has gas pumps. Highly recommend if u are coming to Rochester and especially with pets !! Will definitely stay here again if we come back.

Rochester for eclipse

Despite the cloud cover, it was Overall a good trip. House and property were as described. We found it to be clean and comfortable, with plenty of supplies. Communication with the host was excellent, with quick responses. The area was nice with easy access to Rochester and the surrounding areas. Plenty to do in the area. Hope to visit again and would stay here again.

Perfect Place to Stay near NAZ

House was very well appointed … plenty of space, comfortable furnishings, safe neighborhood, lots of necessities provided (toiletries, paper products, laundry detergent,even a shovel and ice scraper). Communication with owner was prompt and all house instructions clearly stated.

Not so cheery, but it’s ok.

Comms with the owner were great. Property was basic. Images are professional and made to make the home feel vibrant, but reality is that it is pretty basic and certainly feels dated. The pros: location to Pittsford, Rochester, Webster, and nearby towns was great. Master bed was very comfortable (firm bed for those needing such), and high def tv was amazing. The cleanliness overall was fine, though cleaning under the raised beds was certainly needed (discovered after our small dog emerged covered in dust bunnies). There is a large yard (see note below), and couch was comfortable. WiFi worked well, and the bathroom was really clean. The not-so pros: yard is not fully enclosed - half of the gate is missing which isn’t great for dogs. We took ours out on leashes so it was fine, but certainly have to pay close attention without. There are two lights (one near the side/entry door and one in the backyard) that do not work - we tried everything. Again, challenging if you have pets. The front door appears to be permanently locked - we could not get it to open; which was a slight concern to me if there had been an emergency. Floors are very worn throughout (and creak like crazy), some blinds have broken pieces, and the house has an odd smell of chemicals, age, and maybe old rags. Exterior walls are thin. Neighbor wasn’t happy about something behind their garage and we could hear him very clearly with the tv on. So, just ok overall.

I was traveling for a funeral, and this house gave me a comfortable place to stay in a safe neighborhood filled with dog people! The master bedroom felt like a palace!

Excellent stay!

This is a great property: very clean, well maintained, quiet neighborhood, and comfortable accommodations. The house had everything we needed for the weekend stay, and the location made getting around the city very easy. Check in/out process, and communication with Cheryl was easy, friendly, and efficient. Would highly recommend!

Not cleaned very well.

If i were to cook in the kitchen i was inpressed with all the necessary equipment and supplies to make meals there. I was not impressed with the dust bunnies under the beds and night stands due to me looking for a missing earring that i had then found. Over all the whole process went well for us, this was our first time using a site like this one.
