Seaside luxury remodeled 6 bedroom 8 bathroom beach villa that comfortably sleeps up to 24 people. There`s plenty of room for the whole gang with a private full bath attached to each bedroom, 2 primary bedrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, 2 laundry rooms, and an elevator. You`ll enjoy expansive views of both little lagoon and the Gulf with 6 covered decks, a private heated pool, ample pool toys, 4 woven swings, 2 grills, and lots of outdoor seating.

There is a Ring security camera located on the front door and a Ring Floodlight in the carport. Both will record movement & sound.

There is an outdoor Hot Springs Hot Tub outside under the house in the back. There is a cover for the hot tub. There is no fencing around the hot tub.

The renter must ensure that all persons are aware of the hot tub & pool rules. Children should never be in the pool unattended and should not use the hot tub. The hot tub cover should be down and locked whenever not in use. Do not use the hot tub if you are pregnant or have consumed any intoxicating beverages. If you take medications, please consult a physician before using the hot tub. Be careful to avoid any slipping that may occur if water is on the area around the hot tub or pool. Do not add any chemicals to hot tub. If there is any issues or the cover lock does not work, please contact the host immediately.

Located on quiet West Beach, Southern Surprise is equipped with beach wagon, umbrella, and beach towels and a quick 4-to-7-minute walk depending on your pace. There`s room for everyone in the private pool with 10 sun lounges, a dining table and chairs. The pool is heated seasonally for year round enjoyment. There are 2 grills one charcoal the other propane. While you`re grilling everyone will love the lounging in the outdoor space with hanging swings, sectional couch, and 2 picnic tables under the house. Kitchens are fully stocked with ample dishware, glassware, utensils everything you need to whip up a gourmet meal. The oversized dining tables seat 10 with additional 6 seats at the bar. Cozy on up in the large plush sectional couches or the many accent chairs. perfect for watching a movie after a long day at the beach. The convenience of the elevator will come in handy bring in luggage, groceries and anyone who finds the chairs challenging. Everyone in your group will be able to enjoy this house with its 6 porches and stunning pocket views of the Gulf and little lagoon, starting your day with coffee or winding down with drinks will be incredibly relaxing.

Pool can be heated for $50/day plus fees and taxes. This is the listing for renting the entire home.

Our house includes many extras including a pack-n-play, beach towels, a beach wagon, beach toys, umbrella and a cooler.
