Zugspitze

Welcome to Haus Jachmann and the Zugspitze apartment!

Located in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of Garmisch, you will find Haus Jachmann with the two holiday flats Zugspitze and Alpspitze. Both flats can be entered through a separate entrance.

The Zugspitze holiday apartment extends over the first floor of the house and the basement. Through a small hallway you enter the staircase which leads you upstairs as well as downstairs.

On the first floor, similar to a maisonette, you will find an open dining room with a spacious dining table with corner benches and room for up to 8 people. The small but fine kitchen is located directly in the room next door. Here you will find everything you need for cooking. There is also an ironing board with iron ready for you. Adjacent to the dining room is the living room. A generous living landscape as well as a bay window with another dining area invite you to linger. From the living room, you also have access to the balcony.

The first bedroom is also located here, adjacent to the living room. A cosy double bed with enough space for 2 people awaits you. Like the rest of the flat, the bedroom is also equipped with sufficient windows.

Through a narrow corridor you reach the guest toilet on the other side of the flat, another bedroom with 2 single beds, a bathroom with XXL shower and two washbasins, a 3rd bedroom with a bunk bed as well as the fourth and last bedroom, equipped with a regular double bed. In the room with the bunk bed, there is also another small bathroom with shower.

In the basement there are a further 3 bedrooms, each with 2 single beds, as well as a washroom with a built-in shower (with shower curtain). If booked accordingly, the flat can be occupied by a total of 14 people!

There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer in the cellar for your own use.
