Manor house was excellent!!! Even more beautiful than the pictures. The house layout is perfect every bedroom has an insuite bathroom plus it’s on its own floor with a unique balcony. Pool was amazing. Beach equipment perfect. Chairs coolers snorkels beach towels fins. The most amazing stay for my three adult kids and spouses and two grandkids!!!

Great family stay

House was perfect for our stay. 4 masters and the 4th being the room that joins the twin beds for the 5th was perfect for the kids. They have all the gear available at the house you could need for your stay in St. John. Perfect place to stay for a multi family trip or 4 couples.

We LOVED the island manor. The location is amazing, the grounds are fantastic...we cooked big dinners, went in the pool, did morning yoga, and slept great. This place is a gem...5 stars, no notes

Amazing home !

The hosts were amazing and guided us toward all activities and excursions to excellent people. The house is incredible ! Great location Great blueprint to allow privacy - all bedrooms were king size suites with attached bathroom and balconies ! House is perfectly equipped with everything you need. stellar !

Amazing Property

This Villa was beautiful! Everything was A and the property managers were truly a concierge service. From the amazing welcome basket to the immediate service when we needed a hand with some water issues they were so attentive. My husband and I have been coming to St John for 35 years and have never had the property been so well stocked and had managers come midweek for trash and recycling pick up! The house is modern yet comfortable the only issue we had was the water pressure in the two upper room showers but would highly recommend staying at Island Manor Villa!

A true Island Dream

We had the best week at Island Manor. Every detail was accounted for in this beautiful home and the owner was communicative, flexible and wonderful to work with. The team on the island, Jen and Joey were super helpful, responsive and a great resource on the island. This house was one of the better properties we have rented! Thanks for having us!

Great place to stay!

The house was a great place for our family. It has all the amenities you need to stay and play on the island! From pool stuff, beach things, and the house was stocked with things we needed. The concierge Jen was extremely helpful with all our questions and needs!

Family vacation

Been visiting St. John for 30 years. This place is one of the best. Well stocked, well appointed, quality everything, 5+ private decks, awesome landscaping, great views, great location. It was a great experience due to a great host as well!

St John Paradise

Great stay at Estate Chocolate Hole. Recently remodeled with great set up for a large group. Owner Jim and property manager Jen Doran were wonderful, attentive and helpful. Estate well stocked with all you might need to enjoy a beach vacation!

Amazing home/location

Such an incredible vacation to St John. This home had it all. The view, the amenities, the concierge and the great layout of the home with decks off each bedroom. We could not have asked for more. It was perfect

Beautiful house but has issues with showers

It took us a little bit of time to fully understand how the showers worked best in regards to pressure, the cistern and timing our showers. We had no hot water in three out of the four showers despite getting hot water at the bathroom sinks prior to showering. This was consistent all week long.

We will be back!

Island Manor Villa was wonderful. We were three families, total of 10 people, and size was perfect. Driveway comfortably fit three vehicles. The house is stocked ... you need, it has it. It was clean, well decorated and Jen was fabulous. It was simply a joy to be staying there. Easy to get to, close to restaurants, shopping and groceries. We would gladly stay here again!

BEAUTIFUL!

So beautiful, new and clean! Jennifer and Jim were incredibly helpful. We rented this home for friends and family to stay during our wedding and they were an extension of the wedding planning process. Love Island Manor and I would definitely recommend staying there.

Comfort and Style

This is a stunning property and recently renovated villa. The architectural details, furniture and lighting choices, outside spaces and accessories make this an absolutely delightful, relaxing place to spend time. The neighborhood is quiet, the sound of the ocean is soothing and the sunrises are spectacular. We could not have been more satisfied.

So gorgeous!

We brought our parents to celebrate their 75th birthdays. The house was beyond our high expectations. It was so well appointed and had so much thought put into “what would guests need”. Property manager was so welcoming and kind. She truly made us feel at home. We will be back!

Best Rental Experience

This was far and away the best rental experience I’ve had to date. Have done many vacation rental stays and this one tops them all. Not just the beauty of the home, or the location, but the house is stocked with everything you could possibly need and more. It was honestly quite mind blowing what all is provided at the home. Couldn’t see myself booking any other property on the next trip to STJ. Communication and checkin/checkout were painless and the home was plenty of space for 9 adults.

Perfect Villa

We had an incredible stay at Island Manor in St. John! The villa was thoughtfully stocked with everyday essentials, from kitchen utensils to beach gear, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience. The spacious rooms, each with a private bathroom and an ocean view, added to the comfort and luxury. A special shoutout to Jen, the property manager/concierge extraordinaire, whose assistance went above and beyond. She helped us book babysitting and in-house massage services, making our vacation truly stress-free. Island Manor is a gem of a villa, and we can't wait to create more cherished memories here. Highly recommend!

Loved this property

Our group of 7 was very happy with our stay here. The home itself was great...clean, well organized, well appointed, little wasted space. We also had much more ocean view than we expected. We knew going in that the house faced inland, so to have a nice ocean view from the upper levels of the house was a very pleasant surprise. Communication leading up to the trip, during the trip and after was all very good and helpful. This home was particularly well stocked...kitchen and pantry items, snorkel gear if you need it, pickleball equipment, coolers...more of those things than at any house we have stayed at previously...and we have stayed at a lot of properties. This is a property we would stay at again for sure...highly recommend.

Island Manor

This a fantastic property that has been revitalized by the current owner. The amenities are excellent. It is relatively secluded and the views include a salt pond with lush vegetation as well as Hart Bay. Downtown (Cruz Bay) is only 5-7 minutes away by car and all the great beaches are easily accessible (don't pass up a trip to Francis Bay). This is a great property for a large family gathering that gives you convenient access to all of the activities St. John's has to offer (SCUBA, boating, beach, dining). The property manager is on point and responsive to any questions or concerns. Book with confidence. You won't be disappointed.

Island Paradise

We were in St. John for a wedding for 9 days and we stayed at Island Manor. This was a trip for 5 couples of 40 year old's that were looking to get away from the cold and their kids and the house delivered in every way possible. Right from the start the concierge on property- Jen was able to get us to the house, provide an amazing driver for the week (Chico), provide groceries and liquor and make dinner reservations for the week. The level of service she provided was second to none of any concierge I've ever worked with and she made out trip extra special. The house had everything we needed and provided extra things as well (snorkels, sunscreen, beach gear). I was blown away by the house, location and views. We're already looking to book again next year.

Family Friendly Villa with all the amenities!

What can I say about this gorgeous modern fully equipped villa! The pictures do not do it justice! From the moment we booked the owner was in touch with us and answered all of my questions. He also had us in touch with the house manager Jennifer. She was absolutely wonderful, from helping with ferry info to car rental and restaurant recommendations. We were a party of 9 age range 9-78, and we all were comfortable. The rooms are very spacious and so clean. Overall, our stay was truly unforgettable. The property was beautiful, the amenities are top notch ( fully equipped with beach towels, chairs, pool toys and snorkel gear). I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious getaway!!
