Our villa includes a concierge service team that can assist with such matters in the event they come up during your stay. We encourage guests to make use of them as much as they’d like to ensure a great experience. Hot water - 2 of our 4 showers were unfortunately installed with reverse handles by our building contractor. We inform all guests of this minor inconvenience during their initial villa walkthrough. Sincerest apologies if this was somehow missed during your group’s tour. We will include clear signage for future guests. Water pressure - is a common challenge for all villas on the island. This is caused by the necessary use of cisterns as opposed to a centralized water source as is commonly the case on the mainland. To mitigate low pressure, our villa is equipped with a commercial grade water pump to pressurize the system. Furthermore, we recommend guests avoid overtaxing the system by staggering their use of appliances such as the dishwasher or washing machine while taking showers. This solution works perfectly fine for virtually all of our guests. Once again, we sincerely apologize for these inconveniences during your stay and are confident you’d have a great time if you came back and made these minor adjustments.
