Your safety, comfort, and well-being are paramount to us, and we deeply regret that we did not meet your expectations. As you may recall, we offered to relocate you to a different rental on the night in question, which you declined. We then proposed cleaning the rental first thing in the morning, as we guarantee 100% housekeeping satisfaction at Finger Lakes Premier Properties, but you also chose not to take us up on that offer. We understand that you later encountered difficulties using the bathroom due to its narrow design. To avoid such issues in the future, we have detailed floor plans, photos, and virtual tours available on our website to assist guests in selecting the right rental for their needs. Once again, we apologize for the experience you had and hope that you will consider giving us another opportunity to exceed your expectations in the future. We have issued a partial refund, which has been credited back to your card. Hi Gwen, Thank you for taking the time to rate your experience at Sheldrake Solitude. The toaster has been replaced and a new AC unit has been installed downstairs. We will look into your suggestion about replacing the grill and putting in blinds in the upstairs window- both great ideas. Careful consideration was put into scheduling pest control when no one was in the house and we sincerely apologize that the appointment was rescheduled without our knowing. Please consider giving us another chance at providing you with a superior experience- you won’t regret it!
