Welcome to Maravilla on Miramar Beach! Enjoy the convenience of the ground-floor where you are only a 3 minute stroll from sugar white sand beaches. This three bedroom, two bath condo is the perfect place for your beach vacation. The unit has everything you need, including a washer and dryer. Enjoy the nearby restaurants, shopping and heated pool. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. The beach ramp provides easy access to the beach for strollers, wagons and wheelchairs. Pets are welcome outside of peak season (September - May) & guests receive complimentary beach chair/umbrella service (2 chairs, 1 umbrella) each day of your stay.

Loved everything about Maravilla. Was there during the Arctic blast, people were so upbeat and handling the cold with enthusiasm.Pet friendly, great neighborhood!! Very well maintained. Security was a plus for me. My host was always available to answer any questions.Planning to return as soon as time allows.Thank you to my hosts, Gavin and Matt, for being so gracious! 5 stars indeed!!

Always a great time at Maravilla. It's the perfect location with great amenities & beach set up. Very courteous staff working hard on the beach. Loved it!

Condo was in a great location, literally steps from the beach. Our host was very easy to get in touch with. Highly recommend this place to stay when visiting the Miramar Beach/Destin area for travelers with pets.

The location and property we great for our trip! Close to the beach, walkable to restaurants and/or shops. The only down fall was current construction and was not made aware of it.

Maravilla 2025

Host was very responsive. If we had any issues, Matt was right on it. I realize it’s unavoidable, but the giant cherry picker machine parked right outside our patio was quite a distraction. There were a few bugs on the counters (roaches ?) which I reported at the end of our stay. Overall a great condo. We did opt for a condo next year that would get the afternoon sun.

Family Vaca

The rug in front room was hazardous. Ends curled up, tripping hazard. Needs replacing. The sliding glass door upstairs above us was so loud it shook the whole condo, eveytime they used it. And they used it all the time all hours day and night. Cables were hanging out of wall. Couldn't shut bedroom door when trundle bed was opened or open door when pulled out. So couldn't really use it. Beds need new linens, all of them. Looks like they came from thrift shop. Could use some updating for the price we paid.

The ocean was not visible at all from our condo. The patio was very dirty. The blinds used to close the patio door were very flimsy and kept coming out of their slots. The dryer was broken from the beginning - the vent was completely detached and looked like it had been rigged to work in the past. I sent a message to the host and was told someone would come the next day. Someone did come - they made a big mess - dirt and dust everywhere - a chair sitting in the middle of the room where they apparently were laying the dirty supplies on - just left it! Then when I went to run the dryer that evening, it stopped again within minutes of starting it. I had to end up leaving the door to the closet the washer and dryer are in completely open and even then had to keep restarting the dryer. This caused my time there to be stressful and used my time to worry about the dryer instead of relaxing on vacation! When I reached out to the host again to tell him all of this - his only response was that he was going to contact an appliance repair company - no apologies whatsoever! Highly disappointed! Also, the rug in the living room area is old, and curled up on two sides- with some kind of gross old black glue that was supposed to hold it down - but obviously does not! It's a tripping hazard and I told the host about it - but they did nothing about it.
