Newly constructed one-bedroom apartment on the second story of a historic 1916 building in downtown Colfax. The space is at the back of the building so it is quiet and peaceful. All rooms are filled with natural light and furnished in a Boho Loft style. On Main Street close to an eclectic range of fun shopping and restaurants.

Perfection in Colfax

Older Property but updated and absolute immaculate. Owners were very communicative and even surprised us with a bottle of wine. Very quiet, spacious and comfortable. Would stay again. Only drawback for some people might be a long flight of stairs, but if that's not an issue, this apartment is perfect

Beautiful stylish apartment oasis

Stayed for a quick trip to the Palouse and it was perfect. The location was excellent. The amenities were beautiful and the apartment was definitely a wonderful place to come back to every evening. No detail has been left out. Shower had great water, pressure and temperature. The mini splits made the rooms, comfy, and cozy. Can’t say enough about how wonderfully communicative the hosts were.

Perfect place to stay

We came into Pullman for a work conference. We stayed at this darling apartment! It was perfect! I love how were greeted at the sidewalk in a down pour at night and had beautiful fresh flowers waiting for us! We also own and manage 3 vacation rentals, and I loved all the details. You can defiantly tell that they went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Thank you for a great place and next year we will be back! Jessica

Very Nice!

Great apartment in the middle of Colfax. Very clean and comfortable and the bottle of wine was very much appreciated after our long day of driving. The stairs leading up to the apartment might be a bit much for some folks and we find much going on in Colfax, but enjoyed a beautiful drive over to Palouse for food and drinks at the Palouse Caboose. All in all it the stay at the apartment was perfect for a night's stay as part of a week long road trip around the Palouse.

Nice place

I stayed while I was in town for family weekend at WSU. My time was short and only slept there. The apartment was very nice blend of old and new. Nice kitchen and bathroom. Even though it’s on the Main Street there was no road noise noticed. I will definitely try to stay here next year.

Cozy and comfortable

Amazing VRBO

We loved our stay! It’s a beautiful space! I love the decor and it was super clean. Bob and Carrie were wonderful hosts. Super communicative and welcoming. We stayed here for WSU parents weekend and can’t wait to come back again and stay. If you are looking for a great place to get away, this is the place. There is a great wine bar on the same street and fun vintage clothing shops and antique stores. The art gallery below the VRBO has an amazing collection too. 10/10!!!

Exquisite hideaway

This was the perfect place for our romantic anniversary getaway! Our generous hosts went out of their way to make our stay exceptional with lots of extra surprises. The well-appointed apartment was exceptionally clean with luxurious finishes in every room. We were able to cook in the perfectly equipped kitchen, finding high quality ingredients within walking distance at Rosaurs. We highly recommend this quiet and comfortable place to stay!

I booked this property during drop off fjr my son at WSU. I love finding cool properties and this one fit the bill! I’m just not talking about the a/c but about the furnishings, the building, the town. There were some extra touches that were appreciated. I’ll be back!

WSU weekend

Property is beautiful. All updated and impeccably clean. Fully stocked. Plenty of restaurants near by. Short drive to WSU campus. Excellent alternative to staying on campus. Bob and Carrie were excellent with communication and available if we needed them. We will be back. Highly recommend!
