This was a great spot for a family trip to the Palouse. Clean, well furnished, coffee, snacks, and Diet Pepsi!Thanks to Bob and Carrie for a cozy stay. We’ll be back!

Kindness

The Hosts offered complementary wine prior to check in and were so kind when an unexpected illness caused us to miss our stay. Their kindness alone is a great reason to stay here.

Like Staying with Grandma without Grandma (In the Best Way)

This place was adorable! Lovely decor, very homey, had everything we needed that we didn’t think to need (knives and utensils.)It felt like staying in your grandmas nice clean place but without grandma bugging you about when you’re coming home.

Perfect for WSU parents

We stayed to visit our son over Parent's weekend at WSU and it was an easy drive to the campus and back. The apartment is well equipped and charming. I loved the mix of antiques and MCM classic furniture. We didn't use the kitchen much, but it appeared to have the basics as far as pots and pans. We appreciated the snacks and bottles of water. It was quiet and had AC which was nice as it was fairly warm in late September. The hosts were very communicative and we appreciated their suggestions for where to eat in town.

Great place to stay. Safe and convenient.

This place is awesome. When we arrived there was a fridge with drinks, a bottle of wine, and all that was needed to make our stay comfortable. Beds were great, along with the bathroom and everything else. I really recommend this place.

Cozy & convenient

Great lil 2 bedroom apt in Colfax. Only about a 15 minute drive to WSU. Apt is very clean and well equipped with all the necessities.

beautiful apartment in historic building

my wife and I loved this place. Super clean with a mid century vibe. We liked the location in the downtown core of Colfax; art galleries, vintage/antique stores, pizza place across the street, coffee shops - all a few minutes walk. Our host was communicative and had the check in procedure dialed in for us. Our daughter was graduating from WSU, a 25 min drive away. The pre grad dinner was held in this apartment, and it was lovely. We look forward to going back and exploring Colfax . Highly Recommend this property.

Memories rekindled

We brought our 86 year old mom to visit where she grew up. It was great to be centrally located and in such a great space. Particularly helpful was Bob being our tech support that allowed us to share some old home movies with her that we had converted to digital. Can’t recommend the space any higher! Thanks for the great experience.

Parents weekend stay

Very unique apartment in colfax was perfect for our WSU parents weekend. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars on overall, was that the wifi never seemed to work for us. Nice touches of having some soda and sparkling waters in the fridge and some snacks on the counter. My son especially enjoyed those!

Such a lovely spot!

We really enjoyed staying here - it's in a beautifully restored and appointed brick building. The high ceilings gave it a spacious feel and it was just perfectly decorated. We met the property owners who have an art gallery at the street level and they were very welcoming. Will definitely stay here again!

Fantastic Apartment, Great Location!

We recently had a large workgroup in Colfax. After a long work day, my clients were so grateful to return to this lovely, well-appointed, beautifully decorated apartment. The location is right on the main street, within walking distance of restaurants and shops. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique retreat in Colfax!
