This is a beautiful single story beach front house with an amazing ocean view. The Kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances, dishes, utensils, pots, pans, microwave, blender and coffee maker. Dining room and living room have big windows for an exceptional view of the Sea of Cortez. The living room has a wood fire place and offers WIRELESS Internet. There is a TV, DVD and a CD player. You will also find a charcoal BBQ grill outside; so you can relax and enjoy a nice meal while watching the sunset. 3 Bedroom (Sleeps 8) Two Masters- a Queen Bed in the one and a King size in the second bedroom, Third- a set of twin beds. Central A/C & Heat. Patio Furniture outside.

Great stay

Super cute house...it was perfect for our three person group. Loved the front of las Conchas location. Beach on this stretch is very rocky, that was the only negative.

Our first time to stay in this house and it was great.

This part of Las Conchas is very rocky so if you have kids that like to be in the water this area would be not ideal. Otherwise, this property is great.

Loved it me and my family enjoyed the ocean sitting. Sea side with the fire pit. We used the fire place very overnight and bar b que a place you will love. Everything you need so don’t bring pans,knife or plates they got it! We will be staying again easy to pick up key.

Incredible Beachfront Home

This house ticks all the boxes. The location is right on the sand- the views are incredible from inside the home and on the porch overlooking the water. There are 3 very private bedrooms and bathrooms and a very large common area for entertaining inside as well as on the back porch. The property manager even stopped by to ensure our stay was going well. The home is older but very clean and maintained well. We will certainly stay here again!

Great House!

Fantastic house right on the beach. Inside was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed. The outside was so very welcoming. The process of picking up the key was very easy and the young man there gave us lots of info. Drop off was easy too, and we met the owner who was lovely. Highly recommend this place, and we will definitely be coming back!

Nice place right on the beach

Nice place, right on the beach, with room to spread out. The community has rules on quiet hours and other rules, which makes it nice to know (at least for our family) that you will be next to a house of all-nighters. The community is gated and guarded, so no one is just wandering around. The also have regular patrols on the beach. The beach is rocky, especially at low tide, so bring your water shoes. If you are coming to just swim, be prepared to walk over the rocks to get out to swim. When we were there, there was an unusual amount of alge, when asking around, it was not normal. Another nice feature, you can snorkel right off the beach (triggers, some angels, occasional string ray, other semi-tropical fish, and large schools of minnows). Another note...the sea does not produce large waves, so it is easier to swim, but no real boogie boarding or surfing. It can be super calm sometimes. The house is older, but quaint, and has everything you would need. The owner takes great pride in making your stay the best it could be...a great guy and a true host! Thanks for the stay. We look forward to the next time!
