Esta es una casa muy personalizada. Hay 2 master suites, cada una con camas de matrimonio y su propio acceso al patio. Cada habitación tiene su propio baño privado. También hay una sala de polvo fuera de la sala. Hay dos dormitorios con camas tamaño queen, y una enorme quinta habitación con 3 camas de las reinas de tamaño y su propio baño privado. Hay un garaje para 3 coches, de los cuales 2 bahías están disponibles para nuestros huéspedes. La cocina dispone de nuevo de acero
electrodomésticos de acero. Hay una barbacoa de gas en el patio grande. Vistas al océano desde la planta principal y hay una segunda terraza en la cubierta margarita superior con vista al mar impresionante. El acceso a la playa está justo en frente de la casa. Otras comodidades incluyen TV vía satélite y DVD, central A / C y calefacción, ventiladores de techo, Wi-Fi y un garaje para 2 coches disponibles.

The house was beautiful. Loved how the walk to the beach wasn’t far.

We stayed here for my sons 16th birthday it’s was such a great getaway with family loved being able to hear the sound of the ocean in the night made it really relaxing and tranquil. Will def stay here again

Great get a way trip!

We stayed for a week and yes this house does need some updating but it was perfect for our group! We just loved the kitchen, living and dining room area! Good location and a quick walk to the beach! Geri was great to work with as well!

Second time renting this house. House was clean and well kept. Rented again as it was excellent rental last time. Would rent again in a heart beat. Great communication with hosts too.

This is our fifth stay at Perla del Mar over a few years. We bring mixed groups of people and all love the place. Every time we come there is something new to discover but always the same comfortable, well equipped home. Lovely fireplace, terrace, good water pressure (and hot too).

Amazing property with Space

Getting to the property is a little tricky as the sections are not in order (goes 7,8, Marea, 6) other than that it is located at a convenient and calm area.

Great place to celebrate

10 of us shared the house for a birthday and new years. it was a perfect fit. Lots of space and bathrooms. Beach is just steps away. Close to town. Quiet area. Only compliant would be another big chair or couch in the main area to lounge on.

Las Conchas Paridise

I absolutely recommend this lovely he located in Las Conchas. Full of amenities, a private beach , helpful venders , massages on the beach authentic food banana boats and Jetskis. This home is only minutes(14 min) away from central shopping restaurant strips and clubs and the other beaches and boat cruises. We did it all fun for all my children and husband. We sure miss this house. No one wanted to leave.

Birthday vacation

This house is beautiful! Ocean view every morning was breathtaking. We had a small issue with the ac on the one side of the house, but they came out and fixed it within the hour. Very fast! AND they gave us a credit towards the house. The host was amazing! Security was great! Twice an hour they drove by and waved to us. Always looking around at things. The house was very accommodating , we had 12 people WOULD definitely stay again! Thank you for a great stay!

Beautiful House

This property is beyond beaugtiful, the property owners are responsive and very helpful!! We came from a very poorly descriptive home with no power and absolutely no help from the owner. Luckily we were able to get this house at the very last minute and it did not disappoint at all!! The house is less than a minute walk to the beach, the rooms were comfortable and spacious, kitchen is huge and there was 14 of us, every room had their own bathroom, EVERY THING WAS CLEAN!!!! I recommend this house 10000000000% You will not be disappointed whatsoever. Beautiful home

Some areas needed paint

Several items were not working. No garage opener, the dishwasher was not working. The kitchen sink, was plugged up. The driving instructions sent were wrong. No guard, gate or check point. The washer leaked water

So sorry you encountered some issues during your stay. I really wish you had reached out to me during your stay so that we could have taken care of things. There were no reports of issues from the party (s) that had stayed prior to your group. The garage door is manual, so therefore, no opener, but still locks & provides protection for vehicles. The driving directions have not been an issue, so I apologize you had difficulty. The guard is now on the side of the road at the entrance rather than in the center of the entrance due to a city ordinance. I appreciate your feedback.

Perfect accommodations for large groups but issue with the AC cooling.

Beautiful and spacious home for large group vacation! The biggest plus for this rental is that each bedroom has its own private bath. Nice furnishings, but it is very odd none of the bedrooms have headboards for this beautiful home. I had previously read friendly feedback reviews from prior guests which have not been taken care of such as; the toilet paper holder in the Masterbath needs to be tightened, etc. Also, we were disappointed to discover there is no iron or ironing board in the home. The ACs in the home do not cool the same temperature & possibly because one side of the house has an old, outdated AC unit. I had called Property Management to report one side of the home would not cool lower than 81 degrees after being in the home for some time. Property Management lacks follow-up to ensure the issue had been resolved & to ensure overall guests/customer experience is not impacted. It is very obvious the AC unit had not been looked at because we were still having issues with one side of the house being much hotter than the other side of the house. We go to Rocky Point approximately 4 to 6 times a year, and I really hope all these issues get repaired & that Property Management takes better ownership of issues because we would really like to stay in this home again as well as recommend it to our family and friends. .

Our apologies for the inconvenience. The property does have 2 a/c unis & one has already been replaced. The second one will be replaced soon. The property manager sent a repairman the same afternoon that we were notified of an issue. It was repaired that same afternoon.

Family vacation

Family vacation I took my family here because they have never been and when we got to the house the house is nice but there were ants everywhere the AC was not working I was told that there would be somebody out there to fix it before we got there and it was not fixed I hated the area because there was so much seaweed that we could not swim in the water I will never go back to this area ever again sorry again the house was pretty good except for the two issues that we had if the house was in a different area I would rent it again because it fit me and my family perfect and the realtor really very nice and he was on top of everything let him know about the ants they were out there the next morning and took care of it when I let him know that they did not come out and get the AC fixed he took care of it right then and there
