We had an absolutely amazing time at this property! The location was perfect, making it so easy to enjoy the Frankfort. The views were simply stunning, and we loved watching the amazing sunsets every evening—seeing the colors stacking up in the sky was a perfect end to the day.This property is a real gem, located on the 2nd floor of a beautifully renovated old bank building. It was so well-maintained and had everything we needed for a comfortable and luxurious stay. On top of the great property, the host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, which truly made our trip seamless and wonderful. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would love to stay here again!

Very clean, comfortable and well-equipped space!The view on the balcony of the harbor and Lake Michigan was a highlight as well for coffee in the morning, and wine in the evening.Easy walking distance to the beach and several restaurants and ice cream shops.Zero complaints!Five stars and two thumbs way up

Lovely summer getaway

We truly enjoyed our stay in Frankfort. The loft is beautiful and the location is amazing - it was a short walk away from a pet friendly beautiful beach, and lots of great restaurants and shops around, but it never got too noisy at night. Great base for exploring the other beautiful sights Up North.

We love Frankfort, and if you are looking for something a bit more updated and modern, this is the place for you! Our host was quick to respond to an issue we had and made us feel like a priority. Something to note... You are in the heart of the action on Main Street, and the construction of the unit does not block out the street noises very well. We used the AC/fan units to sleep soundly, but if you are looking for a bit more of a private getaway, just know how public your location certainly is.

Frankfort summer trip

Staying in the Downtown Loft was the perfect getaway! Luxurious accommodations in the heart of historic, quaint Frankfort allowed us to walk everywhere! The views of the lake and Marina were spectacular! Easy and enjoyable! We highly recommend!

Fantastic Frankfort Vacation

We had the best stay at the Downtown Loft. The place was super clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. My husband is a chef and loved the kitchen with the wolf range and subzero refrigerator. I enjoyed eating on the back balcony overlooking the marina. Being in the center of town was so much fun. We walked to the bakery or coffee shops for breakfast and enjoyed many restaurants in the evenings as they were all just a five minute walk away. Thanks for a great stay. We will be back soon!

Weekend Up North

Absolutely loved the loft! CLEAN and BEAUTIFUL! Inside and outside. The architectural details, old and new are impressive! Spacious and Beautiful with Comfort all around - bed, bath, main rooms, kitchen, furniture and decor. Perfect weather, hot outside during the day and the evenings cooled down just enough, the ac unit in the bedroom cooled the room nicely for sleeping. Lovely views of the Marina, close to everything in lovely Downtown Frankfort.

Beautiful condo

Property was very clean and beautifully decorated with high end amenities. The master bedroom is spacious with walk in closet and roomy bathroom. Check in was easy. Property manager responded quickly to my questions. This condo doesn’t have central air but he provided room AC in each bedroom. The cool breeze off of the bay kept the main living area comfortable. Just steps from restaurants, bars, shops and coffee. On site private parking a plus. Highly recommend.

Frankfort GEM!

We have been coming to Frankfort for years and love to find new places to stay, especially in downtown Frankfort. This property above the old bank and vault in Frankfort is absolutely perfect. The views are stunning, the condo is spacious and well laid out! We loved every minute of our time there! The kitchen with high end appliances will delight! The mattress in the primary bedroom is absolute heaven, so much so that we’re thinking about getting one just like it! The host of this fabulous gem is so easy to work with and so appreciated! Do not pass up The perfect accommodations for your up north getaway! We will be back!

We loved the luxurious downtown loft!

Frankfort is a hidden gem of a town and this loft is a great place to stay and experience all the town has to offer! We really enjoyed being right in the heart of the town during the busy 4th of July week. We watched the parade from our bedroom window and we watched the fireworks from the back deck! The loft has been gorgeously renovated and decorated with super high end everything. It was a treat to use the beautiful kitchen, with all the tools and cookware you need. The whole place is spotlessly clean and exquisite details are everywhere - smooth wood floors, exposed brick walls, real stone floors and tile in baths, etc. I loved the gorgeous barstools! Both bedrooms are luxurious and comfortable with plenty of storage, especially in the walk-in closet in the main bedroom and numerous drawers for toiletries and cosmetics in the main bathroom. The shower in the main bath is huge with storage and a seat. There’s a vanity with drawers and a place to sit, too. The second bathroom has a glass enclosed tub/shower combo that worked well for our teenager. There is an abundant supply of soft towels and lots of soft fleecy throw blankets in every room. The main bedroom has a portable AC unit so you can cool the room off a bit if you’d like. We didn’t need to use it much. We loved the downtown lifestyle, walking to restaurants, shops, ice cream, and the beach! Bring your bikes to ride the nearby trails or ride through the streets to see all the pretty houses. You will love it, too!
