The location was wonderful—we were able to walk to the beach, stores, restaurants and even to our charter fishing boat. Plus we could get on our bikes and go right from there to the bike trail without going onto Main.The decor and ambiance of the place was great. Having the big windows and two balconies looking out over the water was a delight! The one drawback was that a lot of the light switches weren’t where you’d think they would be. But that was minor.Thank you for sharing this lovely place with us.

Awesome downtown location

This condo is located right in downtown Frankfort walkable to shops and beach. Kitchen had everything we needed. 2 great decks for outdoor dining or morning coffee We will definitely book this again .

Returned to a favorite property

I always enjoy this lovely and comfortable property with lots of amenities. Property is close to beach and walked on the beach daily with dog and friends. Enjoyed eating out in Frankfort a little too much.

Wonderful family getaway

Our family has made many trips to Frankfort over the years, and this property is hands down our favorite. The location is perfect for teenagers to enjoy Main Street on their own. The layout of the house, with 3 floors, was ideal so family members could have their own space, and also lessened the tracking of sand throughout the house. I’m only annoyed that they seem to already be booked for next summer, but good for them.

Another great stay!

This is our fifth year in a row and it’s still as good as the first time! The best location in Frankfort hands down. It’s nice to walk to dinner, walk to the beach and walk to get our nightly ice cream! The host is a very nice person and is always available should anything arise. We will be back again next year!

Great condo keeps me coming back to Frankfort

I think was my third stay at the condo, so obviously I love it. Lovely condo. Ideal location close to beach and main street with parking for 2 cars (or 3 if you don’t mind shuffling them around). Already planning to return next year.

Great place!

Wonderful place to stay in Frankfort! The pics don’t do it justice - Bestsie Lake and the marina are right across the street and is so nice to enjoy from the deck. It gets some sun in the morning but always has shade which was great for our dog (and us). The kitchen is well appointed and the main bed is very comfortable. It’s also less than 2 blocks to Lake Michigan and is right in the heart of town so you can walk everywhere. Highly recommend!

Another Great Stay!

The most perfect spot in Frankfort. Steps away from everything you need. 1 block to Lake Michigan, short walk to dinner, coffee, bakery and stores. Home is clean and welcoming. This was our third year in a row and we just booked for 2024. You can’t ask for a better location for a wonderful Frankfort vacation!

Perfect location, perfect for 3 sets of family

Because of the layout of this property, it was perfect for my niece and her husband, my nephew and his wife, and me. Each of us had our own washroom (the kictchen/living room was a half bath). The location to shops, restaurants, and the beach was awesome! 2 parking spaces-the 3rd we parked at the nearby municipal parking lot. I’ve already reserved for next year!

Another great stay in Frankfort!

This was my family's second time staying at the condo. We absolutely love the place! I couldn't handpick a better location, and the quality of the condo itself matches the beautiful pictures. We appreciated that since the last time we stayed (two summers ago), the main level TV has been upgraded-- something we commented on back then. My only constructive feedback this time is that the condo wasn't as clean as we'd hoped upon arrival (unswept floors, dusty surfaces). Tightening that up would make this an easy 10/10.

Amazing Location, Beautiful Condo

This condo is lovely - it has very nice views and has such a convenient location to everything in town. The condo was well cleaned upon our arrival with the exception of the floors which were covered in dog hair. It can be fairly dark in the condo so I'm guessing it wasn't visible until a brighter sunny day. We ended up vacuuming ourselves. If you have elderly people or young children in your group, just keep in mind that the unit is across three levels so you will need to go up and down stairs quite a bit. The host was very responsive but not the most friendly. Overall, this was a very nice rental and I would recommend it to others.

Luxurious Frankfort Vacation Stay

We were highly impressed with this clean and luxurious vacation rental. Great views, clean, and well stocked with your everyday needs. Just a five minute walk to the beach and lighthouse and just feet off the main shopping area. I usually have problems sleeping in beds other than my own, but in the upstairs master suite I slept better than I do at home in this bed. I give this property a 5+ rating and hope to be back in the future.
