Welcome to the North Bay Retreats located on 50 feet of infamous West Lake Okoboji. One of the few spots on West Lake with a true sand beach. If you're looking for a property that can house your entire family this is the place for you! The main house features three bedrooms. Bedroom 1 offers a Queen bed with beautiful views of West Lake and separate entrance to the lake side deck, Bedroom 2 offers a queen bedroom with smart TV and streaming options only. Bedroom 3 offers two sets of twin bunk beds. The main house provides two full bathrooms; one with stand up shower and one with full bathtub. The second bathroom combines with laundry and full sized washer and dryer. But that's not all...the property boosts a guest house as well. The guest house offers two full sized beds and a twin over twin bunk beds studio type style. Additional seating and a full bathroom with stand up shower can be found in the guest house. The home and guest house sleeps 14 comfortably and has all the comforts of home in it's full stocked kitchen. The deck offers a peaceful seating area with gas grill to entertain.

Advanced Payment of 50% is due at the time of booking. Remaining Balance due 30 days prior to your arrival. Failure to remit final rental payment by scheduled due date may result in cancellation of your reservation.
All payments are refundable prior to the cancelation due dates. To protect your rental investment, we strongly encourage purchasing travel insurance. No refunds will be given for late arrivals, early departures, no shows, or cleaning or maintenance concerns. If present and reported, all cleaning or maintenance concerns will be corrected promptly.
Service fees may apply to guests who reserve online with a third party booking website. Third party services fees are not controlled nor collected by Okoboji Vacation Company, and as such are not reflected on reservation statements provided by Okoboji Vacation Company.
A cancellation fee of 50% will be charged to the traveler if canceled between 60 days and 31 days prior to arrival. Reservations canceled within 30 days of arrival will result in no refund.
A refundable security deposit of $300 may be charged on reservations. Guests will be responsible for all intentional damage to include but not limited to broken items, soiled or misplaced linens, loss of keys, theft, or failure to remove garbage from the property, or leaving the property excessively dirty. Confetti or glitter is not allowed in the property.
