Just Okay

The home was nice could have been cleaner. No-seeum's in the beds & throughout the home along with ants & spiders. Pool was not clean & pump was acting up. However, the property manager did have a pool person come out to fix it, still was not correct. The pool sweeper was still in the pool & around the pool pump was a mess. Front porch lights were out. Pool area was not as nice as what the pictures portray it to be.

Nice time in Largo

We were really disappointed there were no televisions in the bedrooms, but that is not in the property description so it is my fault for not noticing. We were able to watch movies on our laptops but the wi fi kept going out which was really annoying. Other than that skirmish, the home was nice and clean and had most of the things we needed for our stay.

Excellent property

Myself, my husband and our grown children stayed for a week and had little to no complaints about the property. The only issue we had was the internet and TV not working. I also read several reviews from previous families that had stayed and they said it was a short walk to the beach, it’s a little longer than a short walk. It was about a 5-10 minute drive depending on traffic, wasn’t an issue as we had rented a car when we got to Florida. Overall the property was perfect and plenty big enough for the 6 of us.

Conveniently located, loved the pool!

Our family stayed last week here in Largo. The home is very close to Indian Rocks Beach. A short drive. The pool is fabulous, my favorite part of the place. Plenty paper products. The home has a perfect layout. The beds were spotless and comfy, but very low to the ground. There were not enough bath towels for us (5) total people. There were wasps nests all around that we had to spray. Little spiders everywhere, and a few giant roaches. There are a lot of lizards around and that just may be a Florida thing. Ohio is not like that. Overall a wonderful place to stay.

Great location, bit bare bones

Perfect location for low key stay. Went with friends, we enjoyed the location and pool. It is fairly bare bones. We ended up buying float toys for the pool. Ubers/Lyfts were available but I am really glad we rented a car. There was lots to do, fairly close to the beach with about 5 minute drive. Bring your own body wash - there was none available. Not a lot of pillows so expect one per person on the beds. Great place for what we went down for and for short time.

We enjoyed the property. Location was perfect. Close to the beaches, playgrounds, stores. The house was clean and had everything we needed.

Entspannter Aufenthalt

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen, entspannten Aufenthalt. Alles war wie beschrieben und ausreichend vorhanden, nur der Grill funktionierte leider nicht. Die Kinder und wir haben die Tage im Haus genossen. Der Poolbereich war schön gepflegt.

House was exactly as described. Very spacious and comfortable . Any issues that came up were responded too immediately. I would definitely rent here again

My family enjoyed staying at the house. We loved the pool. The house is not on the beach but it was a short 5 minute trip to the beach and we were able to find public parking.

Everything about our stay was great! Really enjoyed the house and loved the pool. It was a great location close to everything. A couple different beaches within miles. Highly recommend

Vacation with family

The house was clean and spacious. We loved the pool. The neighborhood was great for taking walks. We were less than 10 minutes from a friends condo on Indian Rocks Beach. Would be nice to have televisions in the bedrooms but other than that PERFECT!

Quiet getaway!

We had some mishaps with the reservation changing due to pool repairs, but we landed in our original spot! Everything was very nice! We could have used some instructions as to basic house keeping, garbage, laundry, pool toys and towels, etc I would have been nice to have a directory for activities and places of interest and restaurants! Great trip all around FYI, some batteries need changing!

Long Term Stay

Key pad did not work to enter house. However Vivian did call right away with garage code and luckily the door from garage to house was unlocked so gained entry quickly. But for the entire month we stayed no one came to fix keypad. So hopefully next guests have same response time to gain entry. House is nicely decorated. Kitchen amenities are bare minimum. Only 6 coffee cups and 10 wine glasses for drinking. No sheet pans or pizza pans for baking. No serving utensils or serving dishes, only plates and bowls. Plenty of pots and pans though. Vivian did send some juice and milk glasses and baking dishes which was greatly appreciated. There was no communication as to garbage pick up, pool maintenance or lawn maintenance. Asked neighbors about garbage pick up. Pool guy showed up each Thursday for about 15 minutes of cleaning. There was one broom and dustpan for cleaning for a month long stay.I let Vivian know and she had a mop and bucket delivered. The communication with Vivian was with in first three days and was prompt, but at that point when I have to point out several deficiencies etc I decided to see what communication would take place over the course of a month. Never heard anything again!! Only communication I received was a day after leaving that the host had reviewed me as a guest and I could see that once I left a review. So overall for a short term stay(less than a week) would be good. Long term stay I would not recommend. While it is very close to beaches, you will have to bring your own chairs ,umbrellas etc as non are provided(while not in listing), sure would be nice if touting easy beach access. And for longer stays I would expect the host to check in with guest if truly a premier host

Nicely renovated home, close drive to the beach

The house was a very short drive to Indian Rocks Beach access, and was nicely renovated. It was not made clear in the posting, the pool is not heated which made it mostly unusable for us (December). Overall we had a good time but a few pieces of feedback as it was obviously a new property: there were no cups (in particular pool area safe plastic ones) or serving dishes/salad bowls, the queen beds do not have middle support (sore backs!), and the dryer door opens the wrong way so was hard to use. It would have been nice to have had more communication from the host in particular regarding garbage day, and the various contractors that came in (pool guy and lawn people). Also there were no cleaning supplies for us, such as a mop or dustpan to tidy during our two weeks stay.
