Free Beach Service-Beachfront 4th Floor

Beautiful fourth-floor balcony views of beachfront, barrier island chain, and sound area! Exceptionally convenient white-sands beach access and gorgeous emerald waters! Enjoy indoor/outdoor pool and on-site gym. This beach condo is not only fantastically located on the quieter end of Okaloosa Island, but also comes with modern, coastal-themed furnishings. Access the Destin and Fort Walton Beach attractions only a few miles down the street. This property is right on the beach!

Includes complimentary seasonal beach service with two chairs and one umbrella. Service runs March 1- October 31.

Enjoy direct beach access from the condo complex. This unit includes free wifi and cable TV. Each room is equipped with a tv. You'll be able to stream your favorite shows on the smart tvs in the living room and master bedroom.

Each bedroom provides professionally cleaned linens and comfortable bedding. The master bedroom has a king bed and directly accesses the balcony through the sliding glass door. The second bedroom has a queen bed and shares access to a bathroom with the common area. There is a queen sofa-bed in the common area with linens available.

The kitchen is fully stocked for your cooking needs with coffee provided. The dining area has table seating for six. Starter supplies of kitchen, bathroom, and laundry essentials are provided to get you settled in.

The fitness center is located on the ground floor. On the south side of the building there is an indoor/outdoor pool which is heated heated middle of October-March. Near the pool area is a large barbecue pit. Bring your own barbecue cooking utensils and charcoal.

Your reservation comes with two assigned parking spots. One vehicle can be parked in the ground floor parking garage. You'll be able to park the second vehicle in the front parking lot.

We had such a great time here for our girls trip. The room was great and had everything you need. The location was great and Whitley was such a pleasure to work with. She was very quick to respond to any questions we had. Will definitely come back!

Great Location.

We love the 2 rooms, spacious living room to sit and relax. They provided you with some of the essentials for example, Coffee, sugar and creamer, Shampoo and Conditioning just in case you forgot to bring all that stuff with you.  Very surprised by the 2 big TVs, one in the living room and the 2nd in the master bedroom, I just wish they would do the same in the guest room. Overall, this is the 1st condo that I personally like from the other ones I have stayed in Fort Walton, FL.

Perfect Girls Get Away

We had a wonderful stay at the condo. It was perfect in every way, with a fully equipped kitchen, roomy bedrooms, and plenty of towels. The pool area was also great and conveniently close to the beach. The location was ideal, with easy access to restaurants and shops, but far enough from the crowds and traffic.

Perfect!

Whitley is a wonderful host. Communicating was easy with prompt responses. We had everything we needed and then some. We will definitely be back. Thank you for such a wonderfully relaxing place to stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at the beach. This was our first time visiting Fort Walton beach. The property was great. It was close to everything we needed from entertainment, groceries, and restaurants. The condo was supplied with starter pods for laundry and the dishwasher. The condo was great inside and access to the beach was easy. We will definitely stay here again. Whitley was very quick to respond to any form of communication and was a great host.

Relaxing vacation

We had an amazing time at this condo! The condo was clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The washer & dryer was pretty new and worked very well! It was a great location on the beach. The balcony had a lovely view of the ocean. The bathrooms were clean and the beds were comfy. The bedrooms were spacious with great closet space. We'll definitely return in the future. Thank you Whitley!

Amazing

This place was amazing. The proximity to the beach is whag drew us in. You do not need to get inside your car with sand etc here. Its right there. The condo was very clean and spacious for my family of 4. The indoor/outdoor pool was great. We spent about 2 hours a night down there letting the kids swim. Washer and dryer in unit was super helpful since my kids hate putting on cold wet bathing suits. I'll definitely stay here again and recommend it to everyone. Thank you for the amazing stay Whitley's.

Great Location & Condo

We enjoyed our stay on Okaloosa Island and the condo condition was excellent! Pros: *Beach access - it's converges with public access which has a wooden ramp connected to the beach, restrooms and a general nice area. BEAUTIFUL beach, white sand and bluest of blue water. *Indoor & Outdoor pool *Covered parking *Full size Washer & Dryer *Helpful Extras - Beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys, cooler *Ocean View - You are at an angle so not direct beachfront, but you can see the water and a nice sunset view. Balcony extends to living room and master bedroom. *AC works well! Unit Clean and well kept *Thoughtful touches - Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash, Facial Wipes, Hand Soap provided. *Pleasant Decor in all areas. *Fully equipped kitchen - Note: A hodgepodge of cooking utensils and cookware, which could use upgrading but was plentiful. Only missed having a vegetable peeler and lids for containers/bowls. *Wifi, front door code -no keys required *Gym and elevators Cons (nothing that would prevent me from recommending or staying again): *Living room Screen door difficult to open/close *Beds - Wish they were more comfortable. And wish the 2nd bedroom had 2 beds (it's big enough). *Knives and cooking pans - wish they were sharper and in better condition. Overall - This is a very quiet and clean area with a gorgeous beach. There are a few restaurants within a short driving distance, a grocery store across the bridge for all of your supplies.

Clean condo!

Very clean condo. Could use a few updates but it was clean and done what we needed. Pool looked nice but we didn't use it. Beach access is easily accessible. The condo has a side view of the beach. Balcony isnt private. The beach service was included .We would stay again.

Visiting our Airman

I picked this condo for the big open living and donning area and for the view to the ocean. We visited our nephew who is in the Air Force and brought our niece with us since she hasn’t seen this cousin in 3 years. He invited his two buddies over and we watched the OU vs OSU Bedlam game together. I wanted a space big enough that we’d be comfortable with him and his buddies hanging out and playing games. The place was great and very clean. The beds were very comfortable which was needed after driving 12 hours. There are lots of restaurants around. We loved Stewby’s Seafood just down the road from the condo. We drove about 30 minutes to McGuire’s Pub and it was really good. They have over 1 million $1 bills stapled to their walls and ceilings. The steak was great, pretzel, chicken Alfredo and peanut butter, banana, bacon burger were all loved. My husband got a pizza burger but didn’t care for it due to chunks of tomatoes in the sauce. This condo was a great place for us to relax and visit with our nephew. Our niece was able to sit in her room and finish homework while part of the game was going and 4 men yelled at the tv and smack talked. It was easy clean up requirements when leaving as well!

Great spot, all the way around

My pale grand daughter loved the fact that she could swim and stay out of the sun in the covered pool area. We forgot the code to get in but the ladies in the office wrote it down for me to put in my bag. Check in and check out were way easy. We enjoyed our stay! The condo was close to the elevator, which made it so easy to load and unload. (We saw the tennis courts next door. If we brought our rackets, could we have used them?) Thanks bunches, beach beautiful, condo, too…
