Cancellations made within the cancellation period are subject to a payment processing fee of 3.9% plus $0.30 for any deposits collected.
We kindly ask you to read our house rules carefully and keep them in mind during your stay.
1. No parties or events allowed.
2. No smoking allowed.
3. Please be sure doors are locked at all times due to the active wildlife in Tahoe. Door handles need to be lifted up to engage the deadbolt.
4. There are health risks associated with the use of hot tubs. Guest agrees to use the hot tub at their own risk.
5. Please do not place hot pots/pans on countertops.
6. Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms.
7. Please respect the noise curfew (9pm-9am).
8. Please turn the AC/heater units to 68 when you go out.
9. Please respect check-in and check-out times.
10. Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a fee of $100.
11. Please take care of the furnishings to avoid damage fees.
12. Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
13. Do not take any of the shampoo/conditioner bottles with you when you leave. Those will be charged to your method of payment if missing. We wash and refill those for sustainability.
14. Please dispose of all trash to the outdoor bear box. Check that top and bottom contact points are fully latched.
