Had a great weekend with my family and friends visiting my daughter at URI. The house was beautiful, and the views were amazing ! The owner was wonderful so accommodating with house having everything you need for a weekend stay . Hope to do this yearly for family weekend !!!

We stayed with friends to attend our daughter's wedding in Narragansett at St Peters by the Sea Episcopal Church and the reception at the Quinessentt Country Club. The house was exceptional and spacious with all amenities one could use.

Beautiful home in Bonnet Shores. Very close to the beach and to lots of attractions. Brenda is a wonderful host and goes out of her way to make sure your stay is perfect.

Great stay at beautiful house with wonderful host.

The house is absolutely beautiful, very well furnished and supplied, very nice location with a huge deck, very well manicured landscape, large deck, high ceilings, etc. We were welcomed by Brenda, who was more than nice and accommodating. I would highly recommend this house for anyone who wants a relaxing stay in a great location in a beautiful home.

Magnificent Home

This house was incredible. It had every amenity that you could imagine. We stayed in April, so it wasn’t beach weather, but if it was this house was the perfect location (just steps from the beach). The host was so nice and responsive. A short drive to many great restaurants and Newport.

Perfect Stay for Family Vacation

Such a great spot! Beautiful, bright and spacious home with everything you could possibly need. The location was perfect, only a five minute walk to Kelly Beach, which was easy to do with a stroller. Kelly Beach was great for young kids. We enjoyed sitting on the deck with our morning coffee and at night to watch the spectacular sunsets. Brenda was very helpful leading up to and during our stay. My family and I greatly enjoyed our vacation and looking forward to returning.

Great house, great location, and great host.

House was perfect for a beach vacation with plenty of space for our family of 4. Host was very communicative throughout booking and the stay to answer any questions. Great views and plenty of spaces to sit and enjoy the summer breezes.

Magical Weekend

My partner and I, his sister and her husband (all 50+) and their son (29) stayed here over a weekend to attend a family wedding in December. We could not have had a better stay. The beds and bedrooms were super comfortable, the views were amazing, the fireplace warm, the layout perfect for us to gather in the kitchen or living room. The kitchen was better appointed than my kitchen at home, though I confess that we ordered Door Dash rather than doing a lot of cooking. I loved the keyless entry with a code customized to our group so no one had to keep track of a key. Brenda was a lovely and conscientious host who really went out of her way to make sure we were well taken care of. We'll be coming back for sure.

Beautiful Home and Views

The pictures of this home do not do it justice. It is beautiful inside and out. Brenda was beyond accommodating and very available to contact for our weekend getaway. Great Stay

Beautiful home with every amenity. Brenda is an attentive host. We had to cancel when 1 person in our group got Covid and Brenda gratuitously changed our stay without any additional charge. The house is well-stocked and comfortably furnished. Excellent stay!

The perfect family spot!!

My family and I stayed here when attending a wedding in Newport. We invited friends to the home and grilled on the amazing porch and ate dinner on the huge outdoor table seating 8 comfortably - looking out over the water and watching the sun set… we went for a nice walk on the beach in the morning a stones throw away. It was AMAZING and truly the perfect place to stay. I highly, highly recommend this VRBO home!!

Great stay

My family and I stayed at Brenda’s beach house to celebrate our mom’s birthday. From the moment we booked the stay, Brenda was communicative and attentive. She was eager to answer all of our questions and help make any accommodations we might need. Upon our arrival we were greeted by breathtaking ocean views. The house is perched up on a hill which only accentuated the beauty surrounding us. Brenda was at the house to introduce herself and give us a brief tour. The house had a clean and welcoming smell. I should have asked her what she uses as it offered a very mild and pleasant scent. The level of cleanliness was further reflected throughout the house. I was hanging balloons and birthday banners on window trim and I didn’t find an ounce of dust. It made me a little self conscious about all of the dust bunnies in my house 😂 Brenda has an amazing cleaning team and it is worth every penny in fees. The house was elegant but warm. It had a coziness to it that offered a comfortable environment for our family to bond. We had plenty of space when we needed it, but also felt that the quarters were close enough to create cohesiveness amongst the family. The kitchen was well stocked and state of the art. Brenda clearly pays attention to detail. She thoughtfully ground coffee beans for us to use and even selected a table cloth that would reflect a birthday theme. She wrote a sweet card for us and had a little bag of goodies for our mom for her birthday. It’s these little things that r

We relocated to CT after spending time in Southern Maine, Western Massachusetts, and Boston. We have 3 adult children.

We chose Bonnet Shores for it's unique location by the Ocean, Narragansett Bay and a multitude of cultural activities. We split our time between this home and our other home in CT, about an hour away. We work in CT. We own another home in Bonnet Shores and have 2 family members who also live in Bonnet, and we love spending time together!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Our home has wonderful views and sounds of the Ocean! It is a custom beach home with beautiful landscape and stonewalls.
The availability of two driveways and a garage makes it possible for us to have 4 parking spaces for guests and still have 2 spots for us to park when we are in the neighborhood. A two car garage is a coveted bonus, and provides a space for our tools, bikes, gardening equipment, & convertible!
Please note: When we have guests from VRBO, I like to provide a warm welcome, show them around the house, then respect their privacy to enjoy your vacation. This is our primary residence, and we ask guests to respect our privacy and do not allow them access to our master suite, basement, or garage.
We stay in CT when VRBO guests are vacationing in this house, but frequently spend time in the neighborhood with our family and friends. For that reason, and because parking is limited in Bonnet Shores, we keep 2 parking spots reserved for us on the lower driveway, on the left side. If guests would like to know when we plan on parking there, we are happy to let them know in advance by text. Guests will have the 2 parking spots on the upper driveway, near the front door, and 2 parking spots on the lower driveway on the right. There may be room for an additional parking spot in the middle of the lower driveway.
We have a weekly lawn service, however, they do not do weeding, so it is necessary for us to do weekly gardening in order for our property to stay looking pristine. Work and weather dependent, we will let guests know when we will be on the property for gardening/weeding.
We may access the garage briefly for beach things or bikes during your stay. If you would prefer we didn't, please let us know. We are very reasonable and happy to accommodate your vision of a vacation. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns!
