Lakefront w/few steps to water & private boat dock

At Easy Shores Lake House you can spend hours jumping, swimming or floating in our no wake private cove. Perfect for a morning kayak trip around the cove island or out to the channel. An easy walk down to your private covered boat dock with ties on the exterior for up to 2 additional watercraft makes it convenient to put your watercraft in the water and have it accessible the whole trip. Just out the back door our covered deck will be your favorite place for outdoor dining, grilling or playing games. Other unique outdoor living spaces include cornhole, a new fire pit and a covered gazebo with swings. Located in a larger yet quiet cove, it is perfect for families to play in the water without fear of watercraft and waves.

Spend your days on the lake and your mornings & evenings relaxing outside on the multiple outdoor living spaces; which offers both sun and shade options. Roast hot dogs or toast some marshmallows over the fire pit... under the stars. Enjoy the sunrise in the morning as it rises over the nearby mountain top; the stars and peaceful sounds of nature in the evenings. Our home is in a quiet community close to town.

Our new rental features include new furniture, mattresses, linens and decor! We have added 3" cloud mattress covers for a luxurious night sleep on your vacation. Tons of space to eat inside or out. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook for your crew.

Easy Shores is an easy 13 min drive off I-75. You can launch your boat just 5 minutes away at Indian River Marina. Indian River also offers boat rentals, gas, dining, entertainment and drinks. One of the best marinas on all of Norris Lake.

Grocery stores and restaurants in Jacksboro are a convenient 5-7 minute drive from the house (you will pass them on your way in from the highway).

NO PARTIES, NO SMOKING AND NO PETS PERMITTED ON THE PROPERTY.

4-night minimum stay Memorial Day through Labor Day... 2-night minimum stay otherwise.

Great spot on the Lake

This property was great. It says it sleeps 12 which it does, but the space may feel small with this size group if you have older kids and adults. It was clean and we enjoyed the variety of outdoor spaces and lights at night. We would suggest a better screen door to the back deck as it was loud and didn’t close all the way. The dock was very nice and the lake location was very private and close to Bo’s Marina which offers lovely views, great coffee and an awesome Saturday breakfast. The kitchen was great but would suggest an extra fridge (maybe instead of the extra stackable washer/dryer). An ice machine would also be an added luxury. Great overall option, would recommend.

Last minute lake

House conveniently located from Indian River Marina. Backyard has plenty seating to enjoy outdoors. Had some nice bonfires. Bedrooms are set up more for families with children. My children are adults. But we enjoyed our short stay. Renee was very responsive.

Family fun

This rental checked all of our boxes! The home was beautifully decorated. They put a lot of thought in making it a comfortable homey feel. Extra touches such as making sure there were plenty of hooks in the bathroom to hang towels and bathing suits, having two sets of washer and driers, a stool for the littles to reach the sink in the bathroom, having all the fixings for your first breakfast and S'More ingredients. I had a question during our stay and the VRBO representative got back to me quickly with an answer. The boat dock was nicely done. the walk to the dock was not bad at all. Not too steep for elderly or littles.

The house is located in a low traffic area which made swimming off the dock with little kids stress free. We had 12 total with 4 children all 10 and under. The house was perfect size for our group. The dock is in great shape and made docking our boat at night easy. The owner was easy to work with and provided all information needed timely and very detailed. The house is very close to two marinas for an easy stop for gas on the way the anywhere on the lake.

Relaxing Spot

This was a great spot on Norris. Tons of space, kitchen was fully stocked and the dock was convenient to tie our boat up to. The back yard was relaxing and we appreciated the fire wood. Overall you won’t regret staying here.

Just as Pictured!

This lake front property was just as pictured! They did a great job utilizing & updating the outdoor space. We enjoyed our stay here with two smaller children & a few adults. Renee was a great host! She was quick to respond to any questions we had and was very friendly & easy to work with.

Norris lake fun

Property was perfect for me and my family two teenagers always difficult to impress but they had a blast even with rain kayaks swimming marina close by and the property on the lake was perfect will be back for sure Thank You

Family Fun!

Very adorable lake house, with plenty of room for all. Many fun things to do for all family members...canoe, Kayaks, and a fire pit to make smores. We brought our boat for tubing, knee boarding...The cove was quiet as described and we swam off the dock without any concerns. It was great having the dock there at the house. There were games for "game night" and a large-screen TV for family movie night. The beds were very comfy, the kitchen was well stocked (I really appreciated the crock pot and griddle for making large family meals!) The host was very responsive to all my inquiries. We would certainly stay here again! Thanks, Renee!

A Little Piece of Heaven!

Renee's cottage was perfect for our family. We had everything we needed. The kitchen is spacious and the household decor was lovely. The outside deck and living space made our trip! We ate most of our meals on the deck, and spent the majority of our time outside. The cove is quiet and a great place to swim and float. We enjoyed the kayaks and rented a boat at the nearby marina. We had tons of fun exploring Norris and our grandkids enjoyed tubing! My granddaughter caught her first fish! This is an ideal place for family. We all commented on the thoughtful details Renee thought of: items for our first breakfast, everything we needed to make s'mores, citronella candles for the deck and plenty of dish soap, laundry soap and toilet paper to get you started! We loved our stay!

Beautiful

Me and my husband and my sister-in-law and our six kids stayed here the week of June 19th. The house was much nicer than the pictures and the host thought of everything you could possibly need there. The weather didn’t really cooperate with us but that didn’t stop the kids from having a great time, on site they had kayaks and canoes, and they fished all day and night from the dock. Hope to be back soon!

Great time

We had a great time at this location. It was very quiet and peaceful area. Our only issue was parking to large trailers and 2 crew cab trucks but we figured it out and fit them both at the house. This was a great location and the house was awesome for us. The owners were very helpful with everything and answered all our questions. I would definitely go back to this location.

Norris Lake is hands down our families favorite vacation spot. The water is so clear and we can hang out on the boat and at different marinas all day!

We love our private little cove. The kids spend hours perfecting their back flips, taking the kayaks out and floating in the water down by the dock. We don't have to worry about boats zooming through or crazy big waves.
