Your getaway will be filled with fun water activities as this property is only a few steps away from land to water. Rent a boat to cruise around the lake, explore the outdoors at Cove Lake State Park, or enjoy a family barbeque!

Whether you want to enjoy majestic Norris Lake or you want to explore the acres of nearby ATV off-roading, this home is in a convenient location for a getaway anytime throughout the year.
This beautiful lakefront cottage, just a few miles off of I-75, is ideal for family trips. With 1600 square feet of living space, featuring 3 bedrooms, large loft, and 3 full bathrooms, there is plenty of room to spread out and enjoy your cozy cottage.

When you enter on the main level, easily just a few steps, you will be greeted with a dining area to the left and kitchen to the right! On the main level there is also a bedroom with a queen size bed, as well as a full bathroom with a tub/shower. There is also some cozy common space to enjoy a tv show or two! The couch in this common space folds down into a full-size bed! There is access to a nice sized patio on the main level that serves as a great space to expand and dine!

On the upper level, you will find an open loft with two queen size bed, and some bean bag chairs ready to play some board games! You will also find a bedroom with a king size bed, as well as a full bathroom with a shower.

On the lower level, there is more common space to hang out and watch some tv or grab a game and enjoy the high-top seating area! This level also has a bedroom with a queen bed, as well as a full bathroom with a shower. On this lower level is where you will find the laundry room that also has a commercial sized ice machine in it! So, fill up those coolers and enjoy a day on the lake! The lower level also has access to an outdoor patio that has plenty of space to enjoy! It is covered in case a pop-up shower decides to wash things up! There is also a gas grill on this level. propane is provided!

If you want to be closer to the water, you can congregate at the fire ring! Bring your own firewood and enjoy a beautiful evening by the lake!

The dock can be easily accessed down some steps at a gentle incline. THERE ARE NOT A LOT OF STEPS TO THE LAKE! The covered dock has space for one boat. The swim deck has a picnic table on it, so relax right by the water. The house is on a channel and you can take a swim right off the swim platform that also has a slide for all ages! Please keep in mind this is NOT IN A "NO WAKE ZONE". If fishing is your thing, bring a pole! You are able to fish right off the dock!

We have parking for about 5 cars. Trailers are allowed, you may have to unhitch and park them in the grass.

You are only approx. 17 miles (one exit north on I-75) from Royal Blue or approx. 28 miles from Windrock Park for acres of off road fun! Enjoy shopping, shows, and other attractions in Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge which are only about 1.5 hours away and makes for a great day trip.
