Location! Location! Location! Calypso is hands down the best location on the beach. This beautifully furnished Beach Front Condo has a lot to offer:

Free serviced beach chairs with umbrella.

3 bedrooms 2 full baths

King size bed. Queen size bed. 2 Twin beds beds. Pull out sofa.

Master bedroom has a gulf view with top of line patio furniture

1 Heated Pool and it is in front of this condo (2 Pools Total)

A Poolside Tiki Bar.

Key pad entry. The code is set per guest

A fully furnished kitchen.

Lots of closets including a kitchen pantry.

A wet bar.

A gym on the third floor

A spacious balcony with a great 6th floor view of the beach, pools and city pier.

(the 6th floor is sought after for the view. It is not too high and not too low) a plus with the elevators on busy weekends !!

A large laundry room with a full size washer and dryer.

Plenty of furniture for lounging.

SmartTV's in all of the bedrooms and the living area.

This condo has a great view of the white sands Panama City Beach is famous for and it also overlooks the gorgeous pools. The Calypso is the only buildings that are truly within walking distance of Pier Park and the City Pier. You can walk to either one in a couple of minutes.

Pier Park has over 124 stores and many restaurants. They many entertainment options, see a movie at the Grand Imax Theater, have dinner, drinks and dueling pianos at Dave and Buster's or live music at Tootsie's, to name a few.

The City Pier can be seen from your balcony. It is a premier pier stretching some 1500 feet into excellent fishing grounds. Aside from Fisherman it is popular with Spectators as well, who enjoy walking out over the water, witnessing great catches, or just enjoying the view of the clear emerald water swirling around the pier.

Their are many more attractions for adults and kids alike. Such as, Shell Island Tours, Concerts in the Park, Miracle Strip Amusement Park, Mini Golf, Race City, Ripley's Believe or Not, Shipwreck Island, Gulf World, and the list goes on and on.

So come and play on the white sands and enjoy the emerald water and all that the Gulf has to offer just outside your doors.

    Really enjoyed the location and very comfortable. It was our sisters get away since we had a death in the family and health problems. It was what we needed time together to laugh and enjoy each others company. I was surprised that there were three of us and it sleeps right that the complimentary beach chairs were only two with one umbrella. But all in all it was great would go back to this location

    What a beautiful place! We enjoyed our stay, and we will definitely return. Kayce was awesome to communicate with. The location was perfect to take a stroll to Pier Park. We hardly ever used our vehicle while there. We can’t wait to come back!!

    Great location

    Unit was great being on the 6th floor and close to elevators. Location of property was excellent for elementary and older kiddos with lots of options for activities within walking distance. Twin bedroom was quite a bit smaller than it seemed in the pictures but didn’t seem to bother the preteens with us, just lacked room for storing clothes/ suitcases so we used other room storing option for them. The only other negative to me was that so many people put up tents and cabanas in front of beach chairs it makes it a slightly disappointing view of the water. Loved having the chairs and umbrella included with our unit. Bonus was the onsite tiki bar and delivery service from Emerald Hub. Nights poolside, overlooking the ocean at sunset by the fire pits were exactly what we parents needed.

    We had a great stay. The condo was very spacious. We had easy access to the beach and could walk to Pier Park in less than 5 minutes. Kayce was very accommodating. The condo was ready prior to check in and we had a situation come up during check out and Kayce

    It was okay

    The location was great.We enjoyed the atmosphere at Calypso in general. The room was really dirty. No broom/dustpan or sweeper. Had to walk on sand all week. Sheets and furniture stained. No hand soap etc in any bathrooms. Hair in the showers on arrival. The staff that runs the beach chairs were horrific. Never put all the chairs out and would scream and cuss if you asked for your chair or an umbrella. Air fryer in kitchen didn't work. Communication was hit and miss. Never heard back from them after check-in asking if there was a sweeper or dustpan.

    It was nice but the couch and chair were very dirty. Kitchen drawers had food crumbs in them. Just needs a better cleaning.

    Very nice condo! Spacious, lots of sleeping options, loved the joining bathrooms in the master and 2nd bedroom, kids loved the twin bed room. Great location! Awesome views !

    Family and Friends Summer Vacation

    The condo is in a great spot for any and everything you want to do. Beach area has great views. Pier Park shop are in walking distance as are several restaurants. The condo has everything you need to have a great time.

    Would stay again!

    This condo was in a great location on the property. The owner was very responsive and sweet. There were only 4 towels but 6 of us stayed so we did have to go buy towels. Also the 3rd bedroom is more like a closet - would be perfect for 2 younger kids but not ideal for grown ups however it did not ruin our stay and we would stay again. Overall it is a great place

    “Busy Season” Comes Every Year

    The Good: great view being right on the ocean. Location is awesome- being able to walk to Pier Park was a huge plus. Clean beach, clean pools. Hosts were pleasant and timely in their communications. The Not Great: Our first two door codes at check-in didn’t work. Furniture and rug in living room were grubby. Dusty surfaces. Not swept (used band-aid). Someone had left behind a half- consumed drink on the kitchen counter. Toilet paper holder in our girls’ bathroom was very broken. Shower in master bathroom was broken (drain plug and hot/cold handle). I notified hosts, maintenance was sent out. Hosts explained it was “busy season”. My thoughts: The absolute bare minimum- busy season or not- is a clean, functional place to stay. Especially when you are paying thousands of dollars of your hard-earned money to make memories with your family. This location gets busy every year around the same times, that is no excuse to let things get sloppy.
