Inside, enjoy your favorite summer blockbuster in the Home Theater Room. Two bedrooms are located on the Ground Level that share access to a Full Hallway Bathroom—a Queen Bedroom and a room perfect for the kids with a Pyramid Bunk Bed and Twin Bed built into a fun and fantastical Boat Frame.
You'll find the Main Entry to this fantastic home on the Middle Level along with 4 Bedrooms and a large Living Area with a Flat Screen TV, Direct TV & DVD Player. Rest easy in a King Master Bedroom, a Queen Master Bedroom, or a Master Bedroom with 2 Twin Beds which all contain Flat Screen TVs with Direct TV and attached Full Bathrooms. A 4th Bedroom is another area designed with the kids in mind containing a Bunk Bed and Twin Bed with Flat Screen TV & Direct TV and has access to a Full Hallway Bathroom. A Laundry Area and Mid-Level Covered Deck complete the peace and relaxation on this level.
When it's time to hang out with the whole family, gather upstairs in the spacious Great Room featuring a well-decorated Living Area situated around a large Flat Screen TV and fireplace. The gourmet Kitchen features beautiful wood cabinets, stainless steel appliances, a large island with seating for 6, and comes fully equipped with everything you need to cook up a seafood masterpiece. The adjoining dining room has seating for 10 and doubles as the perfect place to pull out your favorite board game for a relaxing evening or a rainy day. A Half Bathroom is conveniently located off the Great Room to keep everyone comfortable. You'll get a restful night's sleep in the final King Master Bedroom on the Top Level with a Private Covered Proch and an attached bathroom with a Separate Shower and Jacuzzi Tub. Enjoy sipping your coffee every morning on the large Furnished Sun Deck with beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean where you can watch the sun rising out of the sparkling water.
