Super comfortable y entretenida para familias, amigos o para trabajar remotamente desde el paraiso! Hermosa villa recien renovada, ubicada sobre la playa, en un barrio privado con piscina, 3 habitaciones, 4 banos, cocina totalmente equipada, salon de tv, y un area muy espaciosa para disfrutar todo el dia y hacer las mejores parrilladas! Casa privada completa. Siempre y cuando los huespedes necesiten, nuestra concierge esta disponible para organizar todo por ustedes. Barrio privado de 5 casas. Ubicadas en el corazon de Santa Teresa Restaurantes, tiendas y mercados estan a pasos de la casa, pero talvez le interese tener vehiculo para llegar a otras playas o restaurantes. La propiedad esta ubicada a la par del restaurante Banana Beach, pueden recibir todos los servicios del restaurante, es uno de los mejores chef restaurantes beach front ideal para disfrutar de un aperitivo viendo el atardecer. Está ubicado al igual que Casa Arena frente a uno de los mejores puntos de surf de la zona. Cada miércoles y sabado se va a realizar un evento ¨Sunset Party¨ con DJ, buena musica, buenos cocktails, buena comida y mucha buena onda, por lo tanto tengan en cuenta que va a haber ruidos hasta tarde Disfrute de este gran evento junto a su familia y amigos

Beautiful but loud somedays

This property is beautiful however it backs up to the Banana Beach Club which plays music almost everyday. On Wednesdays and Saturdays the music is VERY loud (also it is terrible music but that is subject to ones opinion) and it does not shut off until around midnight. The listing for this property does say there may be music but it only says on Wednesdays and until 10:00--this is NOT what we experienced. The headboard in the master bedroom is on the Banana Beach side and my husband and I could not sleep at all until it was over. This property did have some very nice qualities despite the proximity to the Club. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you would need including the outdoor kitchen. house cleaners came everyday (unless we asked them not too) and did a good job. Rooms were set up perfectly for my family; boys went in the bunk room and my daughter got her own room and bathroom. Patio and pool were so inviting; This is where we spent most of our time! The beach directly in front of this property is not great for swimming or boarding because of the rocks. There is a great beach for kids not too far of a drive away. We caught some great sunsets from the beach by the house though and my son was able to fish right in front of the house as well.If you can sleep through anything or are willing to join the party at the Banana Beach Club then I would recommend this house! We love this town but will probably look for a quieter location next time we visit.

Holiday rental

This home was very pretty. The property is lovely and the management was wonderful. The house was very clean and the beach access is great. Unfortunately the listing doesn’t let you know that it is directly next to Banana Beach (it shares a wall with the bar) so it is very loud with music/a dj on in the day and night. Aside from the noise it was a great house though

Casa Arena is born from a dream, or rather, from a remake of that dream. Playa Santa Teresa beach has a magic that attracts special people from many parts of the world and who today are its habitants and pioneers. Pini arrived in 2001 with the dream of living in front of the sea, surfing and living the Pura Vida. With his own hands and the help of two other men, he built the first house. Made of local wood, almond trees, pochote, ash, and teak, also decorating doors, posts, windows, tables. Natural art. In this house was born the love that unites us for more than 17 years. A summer of 2005, I arrived without knowing it to stay, giving a feminine touch, of home and family to this crazy beautiful surfer. In this house we spent wonderful moments, pure moments of love, friendship and connection with nature. In 2008 Pini suffered a quad accident that turned our lives upside down. Spinal cord injury. After recovering abroad and learning how to live with a wheelchair, the best way to heal was to return to our oceanfront home, and so we did. There was only one small detail, the house was not suitable for wheelchairs and we had gone bankrupt. So we build our current house with a container up the hill and started renting our beachfront palm house. From there it is a road of hard work, renovations, beautiful stories and endless guests and friends. Every person who stayed in the house deeply loved the stay. After almost 20 years, the wooden house began to creak getting older and older. With a stroke of luck we decided to reform and be able to offer and enjoy more space and comfort for you and for us without losing the beauty of the wood, the softness of curves and the essentials of nature. This is how Casa Arena is reborn with lots of love, detail and happiness. Today we are proud, excited, grateful and eager to show you what we were able to do together with patience, perseverance and love. For the enjoyment of those who visit us and are encouraged to feel the 'Pura Vida' life.

Our villa has 3 en-suite bedrooms, two of them with a king bed and the other with a bunkbed with a queen bed on the bottom and a single bed on the top.
The ground floor room has a semi-covered master bathroom, ideal for taking a bath in the bathtub watching the stars.
Our master room has a balcony with sea views, ideal for checking out the waves while having a coffee.

We have a fully equipped interior living room so you can enjoy a movie night with family or friends.
Our outdoor living room is something magnificent, it is connected to the kitchen, the barbecue and the pool. It has large and comfortable armchairs to relax watching the sea.

The kitchen is fully equipped, perfect for the most exquisite chefs.

The infinity pool is perfect for a swim after surfing.
