¡Bienvenido a Villa Bonita, nuestra villa de playa de 4 dormitorios! Villa Bonita, a pocos pasos de la playa, está en la ubicación perfecta. Justo al lado de la carretera principal, Villa Bonita se encuentra a poca distancia de las tiendas (incluida la Plaza de Peace Loft al otro lado de la calle), supermercados (el más cercano es el Green World Organic Market, al otro lado de la calle), restaurantes (Banana Beach está a la derecha ¡al lado!)y estudios de yoga. Uno de los mejores saltos de surf en la ciudad está justo en frente de la villa (La Federación de Surf de Costa Rica tiene una parada en el Circuito Nacional aquí).

Villa Bonita ofrece 4 habitaciones, dos con una cama King, una con una cama Queen y una cama individual, y una habitación con una cama doble. Tres de las habitaciones tienen baño privado, y el cuarto baño está justo al lado de la sala de estar. La terraza con vista al jardín y la piscina es el lugar perfecto para relajarse con su familia y amigos. La cocina está conectada a la terraza, por lo que puedes cocinar y pasar el rato.

El área de la glorieta está justo al lado de la piscina, y hay una estación de barbacoa dedicada. También hay acceso a un parque infantil.

Limpieza diaria y jardinería están incluidos. Y nuestra oficina está cerca. Estamos disponibles para cualquier pregunta que pueda tener, o cualquier actividad y viaje que desee organizar.

Nice house, but built for sunny days. In the rain, the puddles ruled. Great staff and two cute kitties (outdoors of course) made it fun

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison, bien placée près de la plage. L’environnement est très agréable, plutôt calme malgré la proximité des autres maisons et des établissements de plage. La maison est confortable, spacieuse. Les espaces extérieurs sont agréables . Seuls bémols: 2 des 4 chambres n’ont pas de vue agréable, le manque de vaisselle (peu de verres, bols , plats … ), absence de lave vaisselle , sols extérieurs très glissants .

Perfect family get away

This property was just as described. Clean, well furnished and perfect for our family of six. We loved lounging by the pool, walking on the beach, and exploring Santa Teresa. So many amazing food options within walking distance. Bartolome was a big help in arranging activities (atvs, surfing lessons and zip lining) and taxi services. Janet kept the house clean. It was the best of all worlds - daily cleaning services with a convenience of a house. Gracias para todo!

Beautiful house

A group of friends and I stayed on this property. The house is very beautiful and recently renovated. As beautiful as the new pool area is, the polished cement floors chosen for the entire outdoor area are very very slippery. I wouldn’t feel comfortable with kids or senior adults because of this. We were also thrown aback that there are security cameras within the inside of the property that were not disclosed. We were also forced a cleaning lady and gardener (for a rock garden) every day from 8 am to 4 pm, which felt invasive and not super comfortable for a private getaway. It was also a bummer that the internet never worked during our stay. All in all the property is beautiful and very close to everything with those minor snafus, which can make a big difference.

Loved the property and Santa Teresa!

Beautiful property just steps from the beach! Perfect location with bars/restaurants on either side of you, and right in the middle of town--great for walking to shops, stores, restaurants.

Great location and service.

Only a few steps from the beach and from great places to eat and drink. There was no reason to leave the area during our stay, although we really enjoyed our ATV trip to Montezuma. Our concierge was responsive and arranged our needs. Also nice to have three full bathrooms and AC.

Ah-mazing!

Everything was beyond incredible. The property managers were on point and available anytime we needed anything! The home is so perfectly located. Everyone in our 8 person group was very pleased! We walked to shops, bars, restaurants and most importantly, the beach!

Wonderful!!

The home was even nicer than the pictures! We were greeted upon arrival and given a quick tour. They had coconuts and fresh fruit for us! Not fancy, just perfect! Plenty of room for the 8 of us! Home, yard and pool were very well kept. The location was perfect. From the two huge wooden rocking chairs on the large covered veranda you could see through the yard to the ocean which was literally a 2min walk. The kitchen was my favourite part. Big windows on three sides and could see the ocean while washing the dishes. Drinking water was provided which was a bonus! The coloured lights in the gardens at night gave it an beautiful ambiance even at night! Plenty of sitting areas all around the yard!! The staff were friendly and effecient!! Can't wait to go back!!

A dream vacation

Villa Bonita was the perfect vacation home for our family. We were a group of 9 (including a baby and a 5 year old) and the house had plenty of space for all of us. Most of the days were spent in the outdoor area, either swimming in the pool or cooking in the outdoor kitchen. We enjoyed being in the heart of it all and became quite proficient in the local shopping scene. We had our favorite breakfast place, supermarket and amazing restaurants. Dani and Emiliya were the perfect hosts! They were super responsive when we needed them but gave us plenty of privacy and space...so much that by the end of our 8 days we felt like it was a second home. We loved being steps away from the beach, going for daily walks, collecting shells, enjoying the surf and the sunsets. There is plenty of sight seeing around but we were mostly content to just lazy about and relax at the house and the local town. Looking back it truly felt like a dream and we see ourselves visiting again. There is just something special about Santa Teresa and Villa Bonita. Thank you so much for an amazing vacation.

Beautiful cozy home with extremely friendly service so go to Santa Teresa and stay at Villa Bonita

We are an extended family of 7 who enjoyed Villa Bonita so much we hope to return! It had everything we needed; comfortable beds, 4 full baths, well stocked kitchen, outdoor grill, patio seating, large dining table, gorgeously landscaped fenced in yard, outdoor shower, pool, lounge chairs, and stunning view of the ocean and beach. The extremely friendly and efficient people who manage the property were amazing! Danielle stopped by to make sure we were happy and answered all our questions upon arrival. She is very knowledgeable of the area and activities in Costa Rica, giving us great advice multiple times either in person or via WhatsApp immediately. Danielle told us about the various surf breaks from Playa Carmen to Hermosa, so we felt great about visiting them all. She recommended we Zip-line and ride the horses in Mal Pais and visit the Montezuma Waterfall, all so much fun and just a short drive away. She also made us aware of the Mal Pais fishing trips and fresh off the boat fish for purchase there, both exactly what we were looking for. Toto was also helpful with questions and even contacted the car rental company so we could return them in Santa Teresa, not Tambor. He then scheduled a driver to take us to the Tambor Airport. Without Toto's help, we wouldn't have realized renting a car in Santa Teresa and being driven to and from Tambor is best because locals know the roads well. Our housekeeper Jeanette daily and quickly cleaned bathrooms and the kitchen, neatly made beds, changed sheets mid-week, replaced used towels, removed trash and recyclables, and swept plus mopped our tracked sand away. I've never stayed in a cleaner vacation home. Our groundskeeper Jesus daily cleaned the pool, lounge chairs, walkways, outdoor shower, grill, and removed whatever had fallen from the trees. He even changed a flat tire so one of our rental cars could be driven until the tire was repaired. Jeanette and Jesus were kind, never in our way, and made our stay more comfortable. The property's coded gate and night time security guard helped us feel safe, never concerned about our belongings either. Banana Beach Restaurant located next door was a fun place to relax and enjoy pleasant local live music and cocktails plus tasty food. Many restaurants, shops and markets are close to Villa Bonita, very short walks in both directions. Thanks to all of you for helping us have a such a blast that we miss Costa Rica, Villa Bonita and you so much already!

Still Paradise!

This was our second stay at Villa Bonita in two years. We loved it so much last summer, we had to come back. Villa Bonita is nothing short of paradise. Everything is taken care of by the awesome staff, allowing you to completely relax not have a care in the world. Janet the cleaning lady is extremely professional and courteous, and is a master at towel art! Emilya is always available to help with any problems, the pool is always clean, the beach is a twenty second walk away, and Banana Beach restaurant and bar is right next door. My 20 year old nephew came with us this year and found it difficult to leave the front porch. It was too beautiful and serene. He definitely wants to come back to Villa Bonita! Thank you Emilya for running such a great operation. You are definitely a step above all of the other rentals I have visited!

Villa Bonita , amazing vacation!

Excellent vacation!!! We stayed at villa Bonita for one week, the perfect place for family , it’s on the beach , few steps from banana beach, the beach is beautifully the restaurant is great , good food and great service, The villa is very clean very spacious, great housekeeping and facilitys services, beautiful kitchen with all the equipment that needed, great pool, in every room there is shower and toilet,ac and beautiful furnitures. the owners are amazing people,very helpful ,any thing you need they make it happened. The villa location is in the center very close to all the restaurants, food stores, and beach facilities. Definitely I will return for another’s vacation at villa Bonita ,,, highly recommend!!! Enjoy your time at villa Bonita!

Paradise!

This space is incredible!!! Me and my family stayed at the villa andfor a week and we had the time of our lives! The staff was so helpful and was able to arrange for tours to Tortuga island, Cabo Blanco and horseback riding on the beach! The pool and landscaping are stunning and each room is spacious and unique. The beach in front is one of the best in the area, good waves for surfers, restaurant and hammocks to relax. I would absolutely stay here again!!!”

Clean, well maintained, excellent customer service

We had a blast while staying at Villa Bonita. Everyone was very helpful and responded to our questions and needs ASAP. The house and property were very clean, with daily maid service. Proximity to the beach and grocery store was perfect. A few very minor suggestions: We had a lot of trouble getting in the front door until someone came to assist us. Maybe specific instructions with the key would be helpful. Also, it would be nice to have more light in the bathrooms as we had trouble seeing to put on our makeup. Very easy fixes. Overall, it was perfect and we would definitely stay there again! Thank you!

Fantástico!! Un lugar mágico...

Estuve en Villa Bonita con mi familia, la casa muy cómoda y hermosa con una decoración exquisita. Experiencias increíbles como comprar pescado fresco en la zona y cocinarlo en el BBQ De la Villa, disfrutar de las muchas actividades cercanas a la Villa. El servicio de mantenimiento y las chicas encargadas Hagit y Danielle muy anuentes a ayudar y velar q todo estuvieran bien en todo momento. El área donde se encuentra la casa con un mantenimiento nítido y además hermoso, sus jardines, la cercanía a la playa y la playa en si. Fácil acceso al lugar, se encuentra de todo lo q se necesita y más. No es la primera vez q vengo a Villa Bonita pero cada vez la experiencia es mejor, hay una magia en este lugar!!!!!

Fantastic property and service!

The house is just fantastic! The service, amazing! We were two families travelling together (5 adults + 4 kids) and Emilya had organized for a folding bed to be installed in one of the bedrooms. The house was cleaned every day (new towels, garbage bag emptied,...) but we spent most of our days and night outside. The property is perfectly organised with stylish furniture and it was always easy to find a place to relax. The kids enjoyed the pool while we were preparing dinner. The kitchen was very well equipped and we were welcomed with a fruit basket. The location is very close to the beach. We've rented surfs at the Banana Beach club just beside the house for few days and we had great time in perfect waves. The personnel was able to instruct us about the best place to surf and the best time to catch "beginners waves". In order to get a "no rock" beach you need to walk roughly 5 minutes toward Playa Carmen. The short walk worth it in order to a have the peace of mind when the kids are in the water. Do not hesitate to rent Villa Bonita! It is paradise...

Best trip villa Bonita

Villa Bonita was one of the best vacation rentals I have been to. We were 2 families, and we really felt at home! The staff were so friendly, Emilya has really amazing workers. Daily cleaning was so fun, we didn’t have to worry about dishes at all. The location next to Banana Beach is perfect!! We didn’t even know the restaurant before but ended up spending all our time there and at the house. Thank you Emilya for a lovely vacation, super recommended!

Villa Bonita is beautiful!

The rooms are clean, bright, and beautiful. It is so nice having an outdoor kitchen area and grill. The property is excellently manicured, and it is very private given the location. We had seven people stay with us and each one said that they would come back in a heartbeat. Hagit, Danielle, and Emilya are the absolute best people to work with. They constantly checked in, asked us what we needed, and delivered very quickly and in a friendly manner. It is truly the best service we have ever had on a trip abroad.

Villa Bonita Wedding

Un lugar precioso con una atención excelente. Realizamos nuestra boda el pasado Abril en Villa Bonita, donde tuvimos unas fechas inolvidables tanto por el lugar como por todo el personal de Banana Beach quienes fueron muy especiales con nosotros y nuestros invitados. La Villa está súper equipada y es bastante cómoda. Todo muy limpio! La comida de Banana Beach deliciosa! Es un lugar súper recomendado al frente de la playa para realizar una pequeña boda. Aqui les compartimos algunos momentos de nuestra Boda Villa Bonita!!!!!

Best Rental Ever

We tried to drive around (not recommended at all) since we missed the ferry from Puntarenas and ended up going through a life changing adventure that put us about 4 hours late of our expected arrival time. Hagit left us the key and came by in the morning to say hi and see if we needed anything. Every bit of the stay was awesome, the daily maid service, the pool guys, water delivery, Hagit checking in on us, you name it and it was taken care of. We felt very pampered. I wish we had stayed at Villa Bonita our second week in Costa Rica, but we moved to a house in Playa Hermosa and the difference slapped us in the face. No maid service, no paper towels, no soap, no trash bags, stained sheets, cat hair on the pillows with 6 cats trying to raid our house, etc. It made us miss the luxury of Villa Bonita. If you are thinking of booking here and are hesitant, don't be. It will be the time of your life. We met the neighbors staying at the beach front villa next door and they told us how much better our place was, so much so that their kids played at our villa more than their own. Better pool, better AC, more privacy in the pool and just plain nicer. Emilya, Hagit, you run a top notch operation and I really hope that we can stay in your Villa Bonita again in the future. My three boys had the time of their lives. Thank you!

Excellent place for family time

Fueron 5 noches excelentes, un tiempo en familia dcercania al mar excelente, sus jardines y piscina para el disfrute de los niños increible, confortable la casa en todos sus espacios y servicios, mucha tranquidad, comodidad, y seguridad, los servicios del pueblo excelente no hya que preocuparse de nada hay de todos restaurantes, bancos, supermercados tiendas farmacias, las playas estan muy cerca Mal Pais, Montezuma, playa Carmen, todo perfecto aun a pesar de la lluvia. Gracias Emilia por tu amabilidad y atencines para nuestro confort.
