Bienvenido a este condominio de 2 habitaciones y 2 literas, 2 baños ubicado en el centro de todas las actividades de la playa de la ciudad de Panamá. Esta ubicación en South Thomas Drive lo ubica a un corto paseo de las famosas playas "Snow White" de la Costa del Golfo y del restaurante de piña Willy's, con su bar Blues y el área de comedor frente a la playa.

Disfruta de un bronceado y de una excelente comida (junto con tu bebida favorita) sin mover el auto. Estacione una vez y pase su tiempo disfrutando de las piscinas en el lugar, una solo para los niños, una gran bañera de hidromasaje y una piscina en la azotea en el piso 10, y otras dos piscinas alrededor del complejo. O simplemente relájese en el balcón y disfrute de la vista del lago y del campo de golf. Varios ascensores están aquí para satisfacer sus necesidades y lo mueven por la propiedad con facilidad.

A una corta distancia a pie se encuentran un Supercenter de Wal-Mart, Walgreens, tiendas especializadas y más restaurantes, incluido el local favorito y la siempre presente Waffle House.

The host was fantastic and the unit was exactly as advertised. Location is convenient to everything and the walk to the beach isn’t bad at all!!

Beautiful Room/ nightmare elevators

My family and i enjoyed the room. The room was very nice and clean. The wifi was not the best. The only complaints we had were for the property itself. The elevators were so slow!! Often having to wait 10-15 minutes each time and had to seperate our party to all get to where we needed to be. Check in was not great as we paid the parking pass armband fee ahead of time but still have to check in in the main lobby. There were no carts available to help us unload luggage and groceries for 6 people . One of our guests fell through a rotten board in the board walk and the response from property management was not great.Our host was responsive and again the room was nice and clean.

Unhappy Overall

WiFi way to slow, in todays environment needed not just basic speed SD tv- this needs to be upgraded to HDTV . Quality of tv poor Bathroom 2 needs to be redone age is showing a lot Sinks clogged in bathroom 1 No inventory given for what was expected to be returned Pots and pans mis matched, lack of inventory that was provided. Most VRBO provide more. I would not recommend 1332

The Best Condo!

This was our second time staying at lake town wharf, this was our favorite condo so far! Everything was as it was described, we loved it. It was so clean and overall a wonderful condo. My only complaint is with the resort, of course it was a little crowded, as to be expected since we went the week of Fourth of July. But I seemed like the resort was a little slack this time on some of the crazy things that occurred. The elevators were terrible! My husband, my children and I got stuck on one because they kept allowing people to over pack them and the button where you call for help no one answered. I immediately panicked and was traumatized the rest of the trip. We also had some run ins with a few sketchy people, but other than that we had a good time. We will 100% book this condo again, next time we go back to lake town wharf

Large condo Close to the beach

We enjoyed our stay, the condo was clean and large enough to accommodate our family of 4 adults, 2 kids, and a baby. The pools were nice, the beach was a short walk from the front of the condos, and it was nice to have a store across the street. It would have been nice to have a few things like extra paper towels and dishwasher detergent and to have at least 2 bath towels per person (there were 6 large towels and 4 smaller ones). Overall we had a great time and would recommend this condo.

Great vacation spot!!

This was a great condo to stay in! The unit was clean and well kept. The property worked out great for our family vacation...multiple pools, across the street from the beach, very close to restaurants and activities. The owner, Phyllis, was very accommodating and great to work with! The only negative comment about the property is the elevators. This is a huge resort and the elevators are not equipped to handle the amount of guests and residents there. VERY slow with long wait times! Other than the elevators, great place to stay!

Awesome Spot, Beautiful condo

This is the spot to be. Stayed there very close to the beach or if sand is not your thing many outdoor pools to chose from. Dining across the street at Pineapple Willy. A drive to Pier Point but plenty of other shopping close by. Wal-mart was close for all your grocery needs. A perfect spot we will be back. Phyllis is awesome. No issues what so ever.....except for getting everyone to agree on what to do next. Condo was clean and had everything needed for make meals, relax as well as play games with the kids.

Very nice resort in a convenient location

We loved the location! It is within walking distance of so many attractions. The resort was very nice and has a market place and a candy/ice cream shop. The balcony of this unit faces the lake and has enough furniture for everyone to enjoy the view. The light show in the evening is nice and the sun in the morning feels great while enjoying your coffee. It was very windy when we were there so being on the back side of the hotel was great because it felt so much warmer. When you step out the front door you see the ocean and the 10th floor pool. Our favorite pool was the one on the backside in the lake. It was less crowded and felt warmer because there was less wind. The room is equipped with most of your essentials and what we didn't have we just got across the street at Walmart. The kids were excited to find board games in the room, a nice addition. I think it would be great if they had some beach chairs or a beach blanket but other than that - it was great!

Best service and condo we have stayed at in a long time

I loved this condo. It was very roomy and clean and I loved the water show at night! The condo was super nice but what I loved the most about it was the service. If I had any problem I could call the owner and it would be fixed my the end of the day. She answers her call almost immediately! If that is not customer service. I don't know what is. I will definitely book soon

Family Vacation

Condo was just as pictured and spacious and appeared to be very clean. Unfortunately we later discovered that the bed and bath linen smelled of mildew. It obviously had been washed and not dryed properly so the first night wasnt as expected. The owner responded quickly and sent someone over right away to fix the issue. However the comforter and pillow shams we found later didnt smell clean either but we didnt want to bother the owner again. Come the next morning we get up to take showers and we were unable to bc the water was so cold and wouldnt warm up at all and no one had taken shower at all that morning. We contacted the owner again and she did respond promptly and sent maintenance by to correct the issue which he did but unfortunately by that time we had missed out on several activities we had previously planned for the day, we did find that the breaker was somehow off and I did over hear maintenance telling, i guess it was the house keeper something about the hot water heater being over 10 years old and to make sure it is working properly prior to renting unit but that neither here nor there. I dont think i will rent this particular unit again and I usually dont complain but I just ddidnt those issues were ok and I did express that to the owner and again she was really nice about it all. I did expect to be atleast compensated for the inconvience but that didnt happen either.

Family Vacation

The condo was everything that was advertised and so much more. Beautiful views and perfect location. Walking distance to many local attractions and a short drive from everything else. Staff was very helpful and courtious. The elevators from the parking area to the unit and pool are very slow and hot, but a resident pointed us to other elevators to use if we were going out that were much faster and not loaded down with other vacationers. Very much looking forward to a return vacation here as the owner contacted as son as we booked and was only a call away if we needed anything.

Great place to stay!

Our stay was great, the unit was comfortable and as pictured. The owner, Phyllis, was readily avaliable for any questions which was wonderful. The only downside would be the hot and slow elevators at the property, but overall we enjoyed our stay and would return.
