THE EXPERIENCE

Enjoy every moment of your beach getaway in this stunning, freshly remodeled 8th-floor condo boasting spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico and Panama City Beach's famous sugar-white sands. This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath retreat offers an open-concept living area with a beautifully updated kitchen and dining space that seamlessly extends to a large, furnished balcony, perfect for taking in those breathtaking coastal views.

This resort is equipped with multiple elevators for easy access.

LIVING AREA

Watch the sunset from the Gulf-view living room featuring a couch, loveseat and chair with seating for six and a flat-screen TV so you can settle in for movie night with the family. The nearby kitchen island features seating for an additional four and direct balcony access from the living room ensures you will always be able to catch the sunset over the Gulf.

KITCHEN & DINING

Create a gourmet meal in the fully equipped kitchen with ample counter space. You'll find all the cookware, appliances, dishes, and utensils to create even the most complex of recipes. When it's time to enjoy the meal, the oversized kitchen island features plenty of room for four to dine comfortably and a bistro table has seating for two. If dining outdoors is more to your liking, grab your plate and head out to your private furnished balcony with a dining table overlooking the Gulf with seating for four.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS

This condo sleeps 6 comfortably - up to 4 adults and 2 children.

The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, ample storage in the dresser and closet, a large flat-screen TV, and an ensuite master bathroom. The primary bathroom features a standing shower with glass enclosure and a separate soaking tub perfect for unwinding after a long day at the beach. Wake up and immediately step through your sliding door with direct access to the balcony from your primary bedroom oasis.

The second bedroom contains a queen-size bed, ample storage space, and a flat-screen TV for your entertainment.

The bunk room contains a twin over twin bunk bed suitable only for kids under the age of 14. The second, full bathroom sporting its own shower/tub combination is located just across from the bunk room for easy access.

CONDO AMENITIES

This condo features a full-size washer and dryer to take care of your swimsuits at the end of a day at the beach.
A starter set of toiletries is included with every guest stay and includes paper towels, toilet tissue, shampoo, conditioner and bar soap for each bathroom, laundry soap for the washer and dryer, dishwasher soap, and liquid dish soap.

OUTDOOR AREAS & RESORT AMENITIES

Step out onto the spacious furnished balcony and enjoy your morning coffee while listening to the waves of the Gulf of Mexico directly across the street. The striking panoramic views towering above the neighboring buildings is unmatched! The balcony features a cafe-style table with dining for four and two lounge chairs to relax and watch the afternoon sun sink below the horizon. The balcony also boats an outdoor sectional with seating for four.

Be the envy of all your friends when you talk about the amenities ready for you to enjoy without ever leaving the resort. Guests enjoy access to five pools, including a kid's play pool, two spas, a putting green, a professionally equipped fitness center, a pool-side bar and grill, and numerous local restaurants right onsite, including The Wharf, whose 735-gallon saltwater aquarium was featured on TANKED! Or take a short walk across the street to the wildly popular Pineapple Willy's restaurant and enjoy beachfront dining on their pier.

Enjoy a walk across the resort's namesake lake on the 52,000 square foot boardwalk. Forget your sunscreen? Stop in at the Laketown Market and grab a bottle before taking the 3-minute stroll to the beach through Laketown Wharf's private beach access. Laketown Wharf's prime location ensures access to the pristine white sand beaches of PCB, convenient access to shopping, grocery stores, local attractions like Ripley's Believe It or Not and Wonder Works, and a huge array of dining options.

PARKING

Guests have access to two unassigned parking spaces in the north parking garage. Parking passes and wristbands are required and must be purchased directly from the resort for about $105.
Six RFID wristbands will be left in the condo upon your arrival. Please ensure they are left in their original spot when departing.
Laketown Wharf provides 24-hour onsite Security year-round for the safety and comfort of guests.

THE AREA

If you want to venture away from the resort's ample supply of things to do, head to Pier Park, the area 900,000 square foot shopping and entertainment hub. Enjoy a game of tennis at Frank Brown Park or do some fishing at St. Andrews State Park. Laketown Wharf's prime location ensures access to the pristine white sand beaches of PCB, convenient access to shopping, grocery stores, local attractions like Ripley's Believe It or Not and WonderWorks, and a huge array of dining options like the World-Famous Pineapple Willie's located just across the street. Or try Longboard's and Hammerhead Fred's just a short drive away. For a night of arcade games, racing go-carts or mini golf, take the family for a quick journey to Emerald Falls Family Recreation Center.
