Wonderful getaway

My husband and I have property in Hot Springs Village, and we love to come down there to enjoy the amenities. The beach, golf courses, and walking trails.

Quiet and Relaxing Fall Stay

Loved the Arkansas room. Feels like I'm in a treehouse. The gas range was perfect for making Sunday morning pancakes.

Golf tournament stay

We had a great time during our stay in Hot Springs Village. We were in town for a golf tournament at Magellan. This property is minutes from the course with lovely views of the lake along the drive. Owners communicated early and clearly. They made sure we were allowed in the gate without any hassle. The property was clean and welcoming. Exactly as listed. Checkout was easy. The house was so quiet at night and helped our golfer stay rested for her rounds! We will be booking again when the next tournament brings us to HSV.

Great location and perfect for a family stay.

We traveled to HSV to visit family and this house was the perfect size for us. The house was spacious, was great for relaxing, and included all the necessities for a comfortable stay. We were right down the street from our family so it was a great location and also close to one of the entrance/exit gates. Communication from the host was great as we had a few questions prior to our stay and arrival information was detailed and provided in advance. We will plan to stay here again if availability permits on our next family visit to HSV!

Nice stay

The house was spotless clean and cool when we arrived. Enjoyed the listening to the night sounds while sitting in the AR room. Easy check-out directions. Look forward to next visit.

Cute, Quiet, Clean

The house was well-equipped for our family of 5. The enclosed sun porch was perfect for morning coffee and afternoon book reading. The location near Lake Balboa made it easy for us to visit family nearby. We appreciated the big dining table so we could gather for meals and games. Will book again.

Great Stay!

We loved this house. We happened to be there during a thunderstorm and the Arkansas Room provided a relaxing room to listen to the rain. My grands loved snuggling in the room with 2 twin beds. Everything was spotless when we arrived. Look forward to staying again in the future.

I was looking for something around Lake Balboa, and this was the perfect spot. We have never been to lake Balboa so we wanted to look around before summer vacation.

Perfect Fit

The house was a perfect fit for us. Plenty of room for all 5 of us! We visited with family in the area and they liked the property so much, they will recommend it to others that come visit. Watching the storm from the back porch was amazing!!

Amazing Home with lots of space

The home was beautiful inside and out! Furnished to make our stay very comfortable. So fun to walk around yard on the walking paths. The check in/check out process was well communicated. Would definitely stay again if in the area!

Hot springs

Mr Seekatz was very nice and easy to communicate with. The house is beautiful and the Hot Springs Village is very nice and quiet. The home was immaculate and very well stocked. The pictures didn’t do it justice-it looked even nicer in person. This was a last minute trip to take the kids to Magic Springs water park. Honestly my husband and I would have been happy to just stay at the house and enjoy the amenities at the Village. We would definitely recommend staying at this property.
