MI. Vasilakis, arquitecto y propietario, diseñó y construyó la Villa con extremo respeto por el paisaje natural y la conocida arquitectura bioclimática tradicional de Santorini. Los materiales de alta calidad combinados con los métodos tradicionales de los técnicos de Santorini dieron como resultado espacios interiores totalmente funcionales y una excelente estética minimalista completamente adaptada al paisaje único.

A solo 700 metros de la principal calle peatonal de Oia y con varios restaurantes de calidad cerca, el huésped tiene la opción de disfrutar de la privacidad lejos de las multitudes o visitar el pueblo en pocos minutos. La famosa ruta de senderismo que conecta Oia con Fira también está adyacente a la propiedad, lo que brinda la experiencia única de caminar a lo largo del borde del acantilado de la caldera mientras disfruta de las impresionantes vistas.

La casa (105 m² - 2 niveles) tiene capacidad para 6 personas. La villa tiene 2 dormitorios en el nivel principal (camas king), cada uno con baño privado más un área para dormir (2 sofás / camas individuales) en el pequeño salón secundario al lado de los dormitorios. En el mismo nivel, puede encontrar la sala de estar principal y una escalera que conduce a la cocina totalmente equipada, el comedor y un tercer baño más pequeño. Ambos niveles tienen acceso inmediato al espacio exterior.
 
270 Oia View House IV, está diseñado y ubicado de tal manera que el residente pueda disfrutar del espacio y la privacidad. Great villa with spectacular views. Front desk was extremely helpful with arranging transportation and private chef. A bit of a walk to Oia but was right on the trail. Pool and hot tub were perfect!

The property was great, an amazing view, the service and assistance throughout our stay from Nayia and Constantinos really made our trip.They helped us with wonderful places to eat, transportation, an amazing sunset cruise and photographer for family pictures.We would definitely stay there again

Best Experience Ever

We stayed all around Italy and Greece in 5 star locations for 3 weeks and this was the BEST stay by far. First off, the Villa was amazing. Better than the pictures. We had a family of 4 and it was perfect. Incredible breakfast delivered every morning at whatever time you want to eat while overlooking the best view in Santorini. The best part was the service. DANI!!!! She was so incredible and made our trip so special. Every recommendation was spot on. When we couldn't find good hummus, she even brought us some from home. It was the best service we have every had at a hotel, VRBO, anywhere. You basically get two personal assistants for the trip. Nayia was sooo nice too and helpful. I will be recommending this place to all of my friends and family!

Summer Vacation

Santorini was our second stop on our Greece vacation and 270 Oia’s View didn’t disappoint. Being a little out of Oia (10mins walk) was great as it wasn’t crowded or noisy. The view from the villa truly was fantastic. The pool was perfect to coool off in and relax around. Nayia and all the staff were lovely and we felt well looked after. No hesitation in recommending!

Perfect retreat for us

The location, the set up, the amenities, privacy of villa 4, and of course the staff made it a very memorable stay for us. We loved the attention to detail by the staff, from Panayiota and Maria, the hosts, up to pool, housekeeping and maintenance. All 5 star trained and groomed. We will be back. Thanks to all.

Just WOW!

This unit was the Big Splurge for us on our holiday to Greece. And in my opinion, it was the star of the show. The unit's architecture is very unique...a bit post-modern, a bit cave house, and all good. My only caution would be that it is not a good choice for someone with mobility issues, as the stairs would pose a danger. The location, to me, is absolutely perfect. It is on the outskirts of Oia, away from all of the crowds. I believe the walk "to the heart of Oia" is much closer to 30 minutes than the 15 that some posters suggested. Having said that, the walking trail is literally a few steps from the balcony. And Oia is what most people think about when they think of Santorini, with the whitewashed cliffside dwellings and blue-domed Churches. Oia is located on the far northern edge of Santorini, so I would suggest renting ATV's, scooters or a car in order to explore the rest of the island. The View... Just. Can't. Beat it. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. As great as the pictures are, they just don't do it justice. You have the entire Caldera right at your feet, a postcard view of Oia, and the most gorgeous sunset you've ever seen. All while enjoying a dip in your crystal clear pool or relaxing in a lounge chair with a nice glass of wine. There were times that I had to literally force myself to get off of that patio. The team of Panayiota and Maria were fantastic to work with. They helped arrange our ATV rentals, and suggested multiple restaurants for us to try, complete with reservations. Our favorite by far was Metaxi Mas. A bit of a drive, but work every mile. I truly can't say enough about this unit. It was a stretch for us cost-wise, but absolutely no regrets. I hope we can do it again someday, and would not hesitate to recommend it whole-heartedly.

Amazing stay in Oia

This property is exactly as advertised and worth every dollar we paid for it. We were two couples staying here and had plenty of room as this is a very large rental. The unit comes equipped with enough items for your morning coffee, tea and breakfasts. The sunset views from here and some of the best we have ever seen anywhere. You have a full unobstructed view of the sunset until the sun disappears below the horizon of the water. Absolutely stunning to see each night. The unit is just outside of town, but a simple 15 minute walk has you in the heart of the action. We had no issues with the distance at all and the unit is directly beside the walking trail so access is very easy. The pool was taken care of twice per day, ensuring it was always clean. The unit itself was cleaned every morning and then a turn down service each evening. We highly recommend staying here to anyone visiting Oia.

Breathtaking views!

A lovely place to stay while in Oia. Minutes from the town, but far enough away from all of the people and car traffic. House IV is amazing. From the cave bedroom to the private pool, we loved the place. You can view the sunset from the comfort of your own private pool away from the river of people. The hostesses went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, from transportation to recommendations. I just wish we had more time in Oia and more down time to spend at this beautiful location. Highly recommend 270 Oia!

View Oia sunset in your private villa

Perfect location, 15 min. scenic walk to downtown Oia. You have privacy yet not too far away from the restaurants and shops of Oia. Truly 270 view of caldera and Agean sea. The staff are very helpful and give good recommendations.

Just amazing !!

Excellent stay, just perfect !! Amazing house with great service from the personnel and the landowner. It's really worth it. I went there with my teenagers and we had a blast in this house. The pool is really great (11mx4m), the house is really beautiful inside and outside, the view is comparable to the most famous views of the world !! You will for sure enjoy the house and the service. Housemaid is made everyday and refreshments + red wine + everything for breakfast was given and replaced every day (breakfast). I will definitely recommend to stay here, it's 15 min by walk to Oia the main village.

Our family had never been to Greece, but we had used VRBO before in other locations with great luck. Although the photos and descriptions of the property were magnificent when we first saw them, we were a bit apprehensive booking a property in such a faraway destination not knowing anything at all about the country, island or any of the local properties. I have to say that when we arrived we were all blown away as to the quality, beauty and design, and features and service we received from Manos and his staff! They provided us with quite impressive preparation and attention during our stay. The pool was cleaned each morning, the delightful housekeeper came in every midday, the maintenance crew worked around the yards of the properties off and on all day. Everything was maintained at a five star quality level. Manos gave us suggestions, maps and answered all of our questions. The property itself was stunning: We had our own pool, outside and inside dining areas/tables large enough for our large group, the grounds were gorgeous, the hiking trail which connects Fira to Oia was literally right outside our back door and a short walk through the garden. We could see the sunset perfectly from our two patios/decks. All of the bedding, towels and accessories were of the highest quality. We ALL talked about how comfortably we slept. The interior design looks like something out of an architectural digest: the artwork, the lighting, the furnishings were all of the highest quality. If I were to make this trip again knowing what I now know about Santorini, I would not change one thing about it! This is in major part because Manos did such a great job of helping us to think through every little detail and providing us with suggestions and information ahead of time so we could make informed decisions and were not disappointed or frustrated one bit with any aspect of the trip. I feel so fortunate to have stumbled upon this island and this property and I definitely will return.....probably again and again. Even after having driven all over the island many times, I feel this location and THIS PROPERTY is the perfect choice to both enjoy modern day, five star amenities, yet combine that with the incredible architecture, ambience and culture you will only find in a place like Santorini. My entire family gives this trip and this property a 6 star rating, on a 5 star scale!!

Serene, beautiful, intoxicating honeymoon locale

After doing a lot of research on Santorini Island and looking at photos of rentals there, 270View stuck out because it seemed to be in a nice spot. Manny is an architect and has built the building into the hill, incorporating some of the natural rock inside. It's very cool and pleasantly cave-like in the bedroom, and airy in the kitchen and dining room area. The decor is very minimalistic, white wood, glass, and stainless steel. The view from the pool area is gorgeous. The place is spotlessly maintained, with daily cleaning service. We were lucky that Manny was there to greet us when we arrived, because in addition to the other little amenities that are listed in the property description, the owner is a great source of information about where to go and what to do in Santorini. We went during early October of 2012, in what is called the "shoulder" season. It really made a difference, because the temperatures were still quite warm, but there weren't the crowds associated with the high season. One other "amenity" that came with 270View house: Like a lot of places in Greece, the house was the territory of a particular cat. Ours was a calico who came in to see us after we go settled into the place. She always was there to see us when we got up in the morning and when we came back from being out at night, and especially when we had anything to eat! It was nice to sort of be "adopted" by a local.
