Superb Vacation Getaway

The 12th floor view was fantastic! Our condo had everything we needed to be very comfortable! The pools, hot tubs and beach access was enjoyed by all. We loved that there was a Pickleball Court. The location is perfect for us! We could walk to shop, eat and go to State Park. We will definitely be back!

A perfect week for us!

Condo was great. Spacious and well equipped. Property manager Carrie made sure everything was as should be with our stay! My 6 year had too much fun at ALL pools and hot tubs.

Great Family Getaway

I have nothing but good things to say about this property. Carrie was great to work with. The building is quiet and the full time residents were very friendly. The building amenities were nice and all common areas were very clean. The unit itself had a cool beach vibe and of course the views were amazing. Great location with ease to everywhere we went. Would definitely recommend and book again in the future!!

Wonderful Condo

Carrie was extremely responsive and easy to work with. The condo and views were gorgeous. This was our 6th trip to Gulf Shores but our first time this early in the year (and during spring break). We were a little nervous about the weather so chose our condo based on the indoor pool. Sea Chase had the best indoor and outdoor pool facility of any resort we’ve stayed at thus far and never felt over crowded. We would absolutely love to stay here again.

First and foremost Carrie does it right, she is attentive and accommodating throughout the whole process. Carrie was readily available before, during, and after our stay. Very spacious and everything you see in the picture is what you get. My little family was more than comfortable and will definitely book again in the future.

The location & overall decor of condo were great. But unit desperately needs a deep cleaning & updating. Owner was responsive to concerns raised and has hired a new local cleaning/property management company.

Relaxing beachside condo

Absolutely perfect. Everything. Beautiful, spacious condo located right on the beach with balcony overlooking the ocean. The condo was perfectly located in Orange beach in middle of shopping, restaurants, etc. The condo was immaculately cleaned and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, etc. for cooking. When I come back to Orange beach, I will be staying here from now on. No need to look any further. This place is THE best.

Most amazing home away from home!

We absolutely LOVED our stay here! One of the things we look for in a rental property is comfort. We love to lounge around and keep a routine while on vacation. This property had THE PERFECT furniture and was so comfortable! The view was great, access to the beach was great, the cleanliness was great, and the whole entire property was just amazing. We felt safe and secure. The parking was perfect! So many great restaurants around and the convenience of having Walmart right across the street was super handy! You will need for NOTHING if you stay here. They have everything from kitchen utensils to beach toys. We are definitely coming back!

Orange Beach

Communication with Carrie was great. She responded quickly to my queries before arrival and provided all the information I needed. Condo is well-equipped. Lots of windows provide Wonderful views of the Gulf. Cable tv and WiFi were easy to access & operate. I have rented condos in FL many times over the years. This owner, Carrie, was very laid-back and easy-going.

Mediocre Property

Property was nice. Could use some fixing up, especially in refrigeration and ice making. Living room chair smelled like urine. The entire space smelled of cigarette smoke. Had a few issues with HVAC, but immediately corrected by property maintenance person. Property owner awesome and met our needs in the best way she could.

Will Never Forget This Condo

The condo was clean and spacious, and decorated to perfection! It was absolutely beautiful, colorful and fun. The balcony was a highlight for us. The guardrail felt secure and safe and the spacing was small enough that we felt our one year old was safe. The views were the best I've ever had. Its slightly angled so that you are staring west down the beach. Even from the living room space you have a view looking right down the beach. The walkway to the beach itself is very short and makes for an easy trip out.The amenities on the grounds were great too. Plenty of pools, hot tubs, and kiddie pools. There was a gym as well. Its right in the heart of orange beach so literally across the street is everything you could ever need. Gas, groceries, restaurants and coffee. Stay here! You wont’t be disappointed!

Cozy, comfortable, convenient.

After an evening of cocktails 🍸😉, my wife and I decided we wanted to take a trip, not to far a drive from home (TN). So, I jumped on the Vrbo app and started searching. Usually, I'm not trusted with these things (b/c I can't meet my wife's somewhat impossible standards), but I came across this one listing that looked promising. I let her look at it, price was good, and she gave me the 👍🏻(I was shocked😮). So, two days later, we were on the road to Orange Beach! The reason why we were able to do this so quickly was due to the rapid response from Carrie (condo owner). It was less than five minutes from the time I paid (after 10 pm CDT, if I recall) to the time she contacted me to let me know all the arrangements had been made. Fantastic! When I say this is a great spot - *this is a GREAT spot* The check-in process is super easy. Carrie provided all the information in her communications the night we booked (gave name to site security, parking pass ready, easy keypad to get into condo). She was also super responsive after we arrived...A+ person!! The place was well equipped and very comfortable. Plenty of blankets, (small) appliances (to include coffeemakers, W&D), dishes, pots/pans, beach chairs, etc... The location was great! - Central to restaurants and grocery stores to make getting supplies and sustenance convenient! Though we weren't able to hang out on the beach (medical condition precludes being in the sun for too long), the proximity and ease to get the beach will not disappoint. For us, the views were second to none, and the shaded patio allowed us to enjoy the beach without having to be directly in the sun. I cannot say enough things about just how wonderful this experience was, from start to finish. Carrie really went out of her way to make you feel at home when you visit her place!
