Relájese en el amplio balcón envolvente de este condominio en la esquina de 2 habitaciones / 2 baños del segundo piso y disfrute de un asiento en la primera fila de la piscina y el jacuzzi de la Torre Este y de una excelente vista de la playa. Desde los cómodos muebles de estilo rural "playeros" hasta los sillones reclinables en la sala de estar y la conexión inalámbrica a internet gratuita, el 201C está equipado para su comodidad y conveniencia.

La cocina bien surtida y el área de lavandería están completamente equipadas, incluyendo una lavadora y secadora grandes. Otras características incluyen bar húmedo, máquina para hacer hielo en el congelador, techos de 9 pies, ventiladores de techo, calefacción central y aire acondicionado, y un gran baño principal con bañera de hidromasaje, ducha con paredes de vidrio separadas, tocador doble y mucho espacio de guardarropas. Fantastic vacation

This is a very good room and a reasonable price. We stayed a week and it wasn't long enough. Great place highly recommend.

Met expectations

It was a nice location and roomy unit. Rained the entire time unfortunately but the location and view of the beach was great. It would be nice if the complex would remove carpet from the hallways. Wet carpet when it rains was gross.

Enjoyed Sea Chase!

We had 2 condos in center tower and really enjoyed our time at the beach and the pools. The check in situation was a little stressful as you could not check in until after 5:00 and the office closes then. It worked out, but felt chaotic in the rain and we were not given the code to the door of our unit and could not get in right away. Pools were great and seating available anytime! Our unit was very clean and enjoyable. Would stay again for sure!

Convenient

Outdated. Some rooms left non painted, missing remotes for tvs, cant cook with the pots and pans in the condo everything sticks, kitchen sink leaks, sheets for the bed was too small and popped off once you laid in bed, and the couch and bed was uncomfortable. The beach was a close walk 🙂 enjoyed the multiple pool options and hot tubs. Security was extremely nice! Parking wasn't an issue!

Love SeaChase but some disappointments

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've been visiting SeaChase almost every year since 2002. We've looked at other condos on Orange Beach but always come back to SeaChase. We love our stay and the facilities and condos are top notch. This year, we booked 201C and were somewhat disappointed. It is a nice condo but needs some serious updates. The appliances are really dated, the couch had stains, the deck was stained and could use a good cleaning, there was mold in the shower, no ice maker (we've had one in every condo since we rented from SeaChase), bed was very uncomfortable. Otherwise, the condo sufficed to what we needed. Also, just as a suggestion to SeaChase, the carpeted walkways after you get off the elevator need to be cleaned frequently. The carpet was quite nasty after a couple days. A compliment to the security lady (didn't get her name but she has blonde hair and wears glasses). She was very professional. Even with those suggestions and disappointments, we will definitely be back to SeaChase next year.

Aranov Leaves More to Be Desired

After our first summer vacation at SeaChase, we knew we would return. Unfortunately this year this Unit / Property Manager left more to be desired than our first experience. Positives - The beautiful property, beach and pools are all well-maintained. All guests were awesome, family-friendly. It is centrally located to groceries, shops, etc. The unit is as pictured, no more, no less. Negatives on the unit - This unit left more to be desired for us. The dryer doesn't heat/dry clothes. There wasn't a broom, glass/multi purpose cleaner in sight. That's not something I imagine needing to purchase as a renter, but its certainly something we use throughout our stay to keep the unit enjoyable and tidy. Negatives on the property/mgt - That parking pass policy needs to be rewritten/improved. Per the check in woman "everyone gets confused by it." That leads me to believe it is unnecessarily confusing. You get 1 parking pass with your reservation, and the ability to purchase one more. The "starter" supply of TP is laughable. For the nightly rate of a 3Bed/2Bath hosting 6 people, give 2 rolls in each bathroom to start. Lastly, that boardwalk gets dangerously hot. I can not imagine what it will be like in June/July. I highly suggest turf, matting/ outdoor carpeting, something to absorb that heat. All in all, I am sure next year I will look at Seachase, but would probably book a different unit to try for a different experience.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been going to Sea Chase condominiums for 10 years. In that time we have seen the wear and tear that comes with age. The elevators could use some ventilation and some of the condos could use a good cleaning scrubbing. But the beach access and the pools are phenomenal! The zero entry pool is perfect for little kids and parents who want to lounge in the water to be close to their little ones. We made friends with Jessie, the security guard, and he was a delight. Always asking how they were doing for us and if we needed anything. We changed condos this year from floor 6 to 2 due to some issues last year and this condo was better overall. It is getting quite pricey for a weeks stay though. Tough on the pocketbook.

The unit was outdated and several amenities were lacking or in poor repair; balcony door was virtually impossible to open, bathroom fan vent was extremely loud and needed to be replaced, and the mattresses were pathetic. The property needed attention as well namely the walkway floors, elevators were extremely slow, and the BBQ grills were dirty and rusty. We have been long term vacationers to Sea Chase, but are considering not to return - too many other quality choices to choose from in Orange Beach. The property layout and the pool areas are great -I am sorry to see the decline.

Reviewer Comments: Our unit needed several minor repairs which should of been addressed and were not:ANTS mostly in the kitchen and back bedrooms,Multiple ceiling bulbs were burnt out,Jet tube did not work,house phone did not even work.Only one elevator was usable.TV was hard to operate. Instructions would of been helpful.I would recommend the complex but hesitant on this unit.Love the complex and location but minor fixes should of been made.

We could barely get into the room because the front door was falling off hinges and was extremely difficult to open/close. The Door to the balcony was also difficult to slide. The TV Reception was terrible. The balcony furniture was from the 1970s and was painted a hundred times. There were ants all over and on the last day my wife was greeted by a giant cockroach. We will never stay in this unit again. We have stayed at Sea Chase before and have had better luck with other units.

Nice stay in 201C

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 201C was the perfect unit for us. We like to be on a lower floor and the views were beautiful and there was plenty of room. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans & dishes and there were plenty of towels in the bathrooms. Additionally, the beds were comfortable. The only issues we had was the dryer wasn't working properly and it took three cycles to get the clothes dry. Also the shower door in the smaller bath falls off easily and this is dangerous. We reported both of these to management and they said they would pass along to the owner. Seachase management company was very nice and helpful. I was a little annoyed to find out, after we got there, that smoking has been banned most everywhere on the property including the balconies. That is a new policy since we were there last and that should have been disclosed to us. You can still smoke on the beach of course and there are designated smoking areas off the parking lot but this is the one thing that may keep us from returning in the future.
