The first floor features an open living room and kitchen designed for family time. Relax on plush seating and enjoy movie nights on the large Smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for home-cooked meals, plus a dining area and breakfast bar for gathering.

🐾 Pet Policy

• Up to 2 dogs allowed (max 45 lbs each)
• $250 non-refundable pet fee + tax (this fee covers both dogs)
• Must be crate trained and crated when left unattended
• All pet waste must be picked up immediately
• Any pet damage is the guest’s responsibility

🧳 What to Bring
We provide a starter supply of essentials to get you through your first day — including toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry pods, dish pods, and trash bags.

For the rest of your stay, please plan to bring or pick up additional items, such as:

☀️ toiletries and personal care items
☀️ condiments, spices, and cooking oil
☀️ dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee & filters
☀️ beach towels, sunscreen, umbrella, and beach toys

Some items may already be in the home from previous guests, but we recommend coming prepared or making your trip to the store AFTER checking in so you can check out what you really need.
