What a lovely place to stay in San Juan. The location is great, walkable, felt very safe. Parking was a plus! Super clean and the ac was amazing. Comfortably fits a family or close group of friends. The floors were the same as my grandmas house in Pr, so it felt like home. Loved it!

Weekend stay in San Juan

Host was very responsive and helpful. The neighborhood is residential and not within walking distance to many restaurants or beaches. No ac in main living area. Bedrooms do have ac which work well. Worked for us for the 2 nights in San Juan.

A pleasant stay.

Had a very pleasant time here. The property was clean and quiet. You are pretty centralized to the tourist spots in San Juan with an easy Uber ride or a walk if you wish. Walking West from the property, you hit more of the touristy spots with some major hotels and the convention centre. Going East, you hit more local spots such as the “La Placita” market and nightlife. The ocean is North of the property with the only difficulty in crossing Expreso 26. We walked there, though, as well as taking a long walk all the way up to “Old San Juan”.

Nice space, convenient location, but not really walkable except to the gas station/convenience store on the corner. Easy drive to OSJ. Free street parking, safe neighborhood. Our flight was delayed, and we didn’t get to the unit until after midnight. When we entered, it was obvious that the air conditioning had not been running, and took a while to cool down. Was thankfully were not affected by the power outage, and appreciated having two bathrooms for our family of five. One thing to be aware of is the noise. Not sure if this is a common factor given the fact that it’s located in a city, but it kept us up both nights of our stay. The first night there was very loud dance music across the street as well as fireworks, which was not unusual as we were there between Christmas and New Year’s; however, the following night there was drumming that extended into the early morning hours as well as a second night of fireworks. This is a great spot if you’re a heavy sleeper, and are unaffected by external noise, but we really struggled to get any decent rest.

Authentic and comfortable

We were looking for a true Puerto Rico experience and found it. Very comfortable appointments and incredible location. Highly recommend walking to La Isla for breakfast only a block away and so much vibrant street art within walking distance. The outside patio / salon became one of our favorite experiences in PR. Owner was very communicative and it was a very easy property to stay at as a family.

Overall enjoyed stay

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Location was short Uber to Old San Juan. AC in bedrooms was good and we were able to walk to Rare 125 and Musa which were great. It gets really hot in the main den and kitchen area so we weren’t able to use the common areas much at all and the water pressure is really slight. Other than that we had an enjoyable stay. Host was responsive.

Christmas at Mirmar

My wife and I took four of our adult kids to Puerto Rico over Christmas. Our first three night were spent here. A beautiful spot in a great location that gave us a fantastic time in San Juan. The front balcony is amazing, everything net and exceeded expectations we would definitely stay again

Good urban location

Private urban apartment was great for our family of four. Air conditioning in each bedroom and fans all around made for a very comfortable stay. Beautiful and roomy master bathroom. Loved the terrace area for morning coffee. Walkable to T-Mobile District.

This property was AMAZING

This was a beautiful property! So cute and cozy! We had a group of 6 and it for everyone perfectly! The seating areas were so cute, especially the outside seating area. The tile throughout the house was beautiful! This property looked exactly like the photos! The communication with property owner and manager was great! They recommended great beaches for us! The only thing I could say would be a plus was having the washer and dryer accessible to guests as we are all traveling and getting our clothes clean would be nice especially our beach gear! I can’t say enough good things about this beautiful property! I would recommend to everyone! I would definitely stay again! Thanks!
