Perfectly situated right on Main Street in the heart of downtown Helen, this one-bedroom cottage at the Upcountry Inn provides a front-row seat to outdoor adventure. Stroll a few blocks to the Chattahoochee River, charming shops and restaurants, and the longest-running Oktoberfest in the United States.

Nora Mill is a standalone cottage on the grounds of the Upcountry Inn, ideally located half a mile from Helen's Oktoberfest each September and October. In this picturesque Bavaria-inspired town, you'll be within walking distance of the river, trails, tubing adventures, great dining and shopping, mini-golf, and so much more. Unicoi State Park and Lake are only two miles north as well, where you can spend the summer paddleboarding, swimming, and fishing.

Through the storybook red door is a living space that's wonderfully modern and comfortable. Begin each morning by preparing breakfast in the well-equipped kitchen, and share stacks of pancakes at the dining room table to prepare for a day full of fun. In the evenings, unwind in central AC, stream movies on the living room's smart TV, and log onto the complimentary WiFi to catch up on email or share a few photos.

There is no cable, but streaming services for the smart TV are available with guests' own account credentials.
There is no washer/dryer.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
