Caboqueron Resort includes tennis court, basketball court, pool, several kids playground areas.

Our 3 bedroom, 2.5 half townhouse is fully air-conditioned and sleeps 8. Nicely equipped kitchen, high speed internet, washer/dryer and rooftop terrace.

It is our second time staying at this property and we really like it. The apartment is very well located. Walking distance to beach, the poblado plus if you like to go for a nice power walk or jog, you can do that as well by going through the poblado all the way to the beach. The complex is safe, well maintained and quiet. The apartment has AC in all rooms and common areas, a beautiful view from the rooftop plus well equipped. We would certainly stay there again.

This was a great rental loved that it’s a duplex. Very clean and nicely decorated. We had 2 parking spots and they supplied us with beach chairs, cooler, beach mats. We enjoyed our stay!

Perfect Place

Everything you need. So much space and everything you needed. AC worked well, beautiful rooftop, and comfortable beds. Would stay again!

Very Enjoyable Stay

The VRBO is right close to the pool so nice and convenient that way for a relaxing time. Premises are quiet and well kept. There are a lot of outdoor sitting areas on the ground level and the roof top. The kitchen is functional, plus the grill made meals easy to prepare.We explored three beaches... Sucia, Boqueron, and Buye. All were beautiful and the trip was so worth it!

Very convenient

The place is perfect for a family vacation. The house is super clean and supplies you with everything you from towels to beach chairs...also short walking distance to boqueron beach ..I recommend this place to enjoy one wanting get away .

Great location, no frills

Large space in a good location - nice pool just outside the door, and just about walkable to the beach. Boqueron itself is a lot of fun, but the apartment is in a quieter area, which is a bonus. The furnishings are somewhat dated (the sofa is torn and stained, the silverware mismatched, the washing machine leaked, the keypad at the front gate didn't work properly), but it's perfectly comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.

We love Boqueron. The place was acceptable, but we had a problem with ants. The couches were very run down. It is convienient to Boqueron Beach, Buye and El Combate.

Great location for a getaway

My husband and I really like staying in Cabo Rojo and, ideally, somewhere close to the beach and walking distance from places to eat and buy things as needed. Well, this apartment offered it all. Spacious apartment in a relatively quiet complex which is walking distance from Boqueron beach and the “poblado” (village) where you can find everything from places to eat, drink to convenience stores and some little shops. The view from the rooftop is amazing and the facilities within the complex are very well taken care of. In regards to previous reviews complaining about ants and furniture let me say that we didn’t have issues with ants and the furniture is new and comfy. We enjoyed our stay and would go back. Highly recommended!

Excellent and spacious

Our stay at this property was just perfect. It was quite last minute yet it went without any issues. We received detailed information to check-in and check-out within minutes of completing the reservation. It was great that they included a link for Google Maps since locations in that area are a bit difficult to find. FYI- there are 2 entrances side by side, for 2 different residential complex, it is the one to the left, into the townhouse buildings complex. Everything was ready for us, and there was plenty of space for our family of 5. Keep in mind that this place is in a small village, there is tons to do around and even bicycles and scooters for rent close by, but it is a more locals’ area, so it’s perfect if you want to immerse yourself in the culture. We loved it!

A breeze

My sons and I had a phenomenal stay during spring break. Finding the location was easy. Once we arrived, check in was simple. This location is within 15 minutes from Playa Buye, one of the most gorgeous beaches in PR. We felt safe at the location (really felt safe in all of PR) and enjoyed the amenities. I was able to wash and dry laundry. We were able to cook in the fully stocked kitchen after shopping at the Econo in Cabo Rojo. We grilled and chilled on the rooftop deck, playing dominoes and laughing the evening away. The sunsets were breathtakingly beautiful. I have so many pictures of the sunset from the rooftop deck. The location was close to the night life in Boqueron without being loud. The only thing you hear at night are the birds and maybe some coqui. We thoroughly enjoyed every part of our stay. Most notably, the evening we chilled and grilled, there was a 40th birthday celebration at the pool/ cabana and we had so much fun listening to the live music and celebrating along side the birthday crew. Couldn't have asked for a better stay.

Great location!

The rental is in a very good location. Buey Beach: You are 5 minutes away from Buey beach which is beautiful. Boquerón Beach: Down the street is Boquerón beach. On the weekend the bars are full, lots of music and street vendors with awesome fish and oysters. La Palguera: it’s so convenient to get to La Palguera from this location. Maybe less than 30 min. Bakeries: The bakeries in PR are the best. So many around this location. That is were we had breakfast every morning. Besides being in a good location the rental is in a private community which is very safe. The place has a lovely covered area in the back to relax. The top roof area is nice, just a little hot because it’s August but I can imagine the breeze that goes through there on other months. The whole place was good, comfortable and cozy. If you want to be in an area that you can access the beach and bars in walking distance, this is the place.

Convenient location, nice condo

I stayed here in April 2025 with my wife, 3 young kids, and my wife's parents. The condo was very clean and the location was convenient - an easy 15 minute walk to the beach past some restaurants/bars (shout-out to El Cabo for it's outside seating where my 8yo could play on the sand while we waited - food was okay). There's a really nice rooftop terrace as well as a little patio off the living room. The shared pool is very close, in sight of the front door but not so close I was worried about kids falling in. There are mini splits in each room (bedrooms and living/dining room) for effective cooling. Only thing to be aware of is that there is no generator at this property. Our first evening there the power for the neighborhood went out right around sunset and stayed off for about 2 hours - the property manager indicated this is pretty common. It would be good if the property provided some emergency lighting like camping lanterns for this kind of situation. The next day the power to the whole island went out for 2 days... Obviously not the property's fault, but it was very hot at night and the neighbor outside our bedroom was running an extremely loud generator all night. The good news is that all the restaurants in town had generators so we were still able to get food and cold drinks.
