Welcome to Fourteen at Mullet Bay, one of the most exquisite and luxurious beachfront residence in St Maarten located directly on the famous Mullet Bay beach and golf course.



As you enter this beautiful one bedroom condo apartment that offer up to 85.5 square meter with balcony of fully furnished living space, you will directly feel at ease overlooking the stunning white sandy beach of Mullet Bay and its breathtaking turquoise waters. You will also be able to take full advantage of the spectacular and panoramic view of the neighboring islands of St Kitts and Nevis, and Saba right from your balcony.



Mullet Bay beach is one of the most popular on the island. It is a reef protected spot and great for swimming and snorkeling. Around the winter season, it can also be a great surfing spot and the rest of the year, the water is as calm as a pool.



This is the perfect location as it is just a couple of minutes drive to one of the most photographed beach in the world, Maho beach also known as Kerosene beach; where you will be a part of the spectacular show of all the planes taking off. It's also a short drive of 15 minutes to the french side capital, Marigot and 10 minutes away from Simpson Bay, where you will find all the restaurants and discover the island's nightlife.



This one bedroom apartment condo has been inspired by professionally designed interiors, designer fabrics and comfortable furnitures for you to have an outstanding experience. Great stay

I’m glad this is the unit I chose. I will always choose this unit. This was a lovely stay. Nice decor! I particularly loved two of the staff members. I can’t think of their name but they sit at the front desk in the other building. They are super friendly, always greeted me with a smile and very helpful. The beach across is one of the best beaches there so take advantage. The shower. It needs changing and it’s no way to shower without getting water everywhere.

Enjoyed our stay

We loved having the space and the view for our 5 night stay, it was easy to make ourselves at home. I saw in previous reviews about the washer/dryer. WE had just gotten back from chartering a sailboat for a week there in the islands, and we were looking forward to cleaning and drying p=our clothing. The owner may want to consider upgrading the W/D. We had to run our loads more than once, and dry our clothing on the balcony.

Wonderful views and beaches!!

Our apartment was clean and well equipped. The views were second to none. Staff was extremely accommodating. Pool was refreshing. 5 minute walk to one of the best beaches on the island. We will be back.

A wonderful condo at Fourteen.

We loved everything about Fourteen, the great staff, beautiful condo, the pool, pool food and extremely loved the grocery delivery! We were skeptical about ordering groceries without prices but we were pleasantly surprised by the total bill. A great restaurant located by the Casino, Dasha Steak House is fabulous and the beach bars close by are really fun. The outdoor space and views are amazing and watching ships passing every morning was a bonus. Cab fares are very reasonable for exploring but I would not hesitate renting a car. My only problem was the washer/dryer are out of commision. We were told the owner has been informed but nothing is happening on his end. I believe we should have been contacted about the delima before arriving to Fourteen. This condo would have received a 5 star had it not been for the washer/dryer.

Spectacular View

The views were incredible and the room was well stocked and very comfortable. Loved the location and proximity to the ocean. The staff was also wonderful. We couldn't find a broom but this not affected the enjoyment of the room or our stay.

Great experience

The view from the condo was absolutely beautiful. The staff at the front desk were very welcoming and friendly. Staff gave great recommendations for things to do and places to get food. The recommended taxi drivers from staff were amazing and very friendly. The condo itself was very clean. Any questions were answered by staff. The location of the fourteen is directly next to Mullet bay beach and local shops and eatery. 10 out of 10 experience. Will be returning and recommending to others!

Best View on the Island

The view is amazing. Excellent location and very good local dining. The bed/mattress is horrible. The living room needs a much more comfortable sofa and chairs and desperately needs a television. The shower needs a door or a curtain. Only one set of towels was included. We asked for more with the front desk and they happily obliged. The outside deck needs a small coffee table. All in all a great little apartment. Just needs a few little touches to make it more comfortable/cozy.
