Situated on Lawrence Lake this location speaks to many with opportunities to enjoy fishing/swimming with a connection to Roosevelt Lake for hours of boating, navigate the extensive ATV/snowmobile trail system conveniently linked to the property, hike/bike/snowshoe/ski on local trails, golf at the many golf courses in the lakes area, or treat yourself to a day of shopping and great food at the local shops and eateries. Looking to simply escape your busy life?!? Then maybe the serene screened in porch or cozy fireplace and a cup of freshly brewed coffee, or a bonfire and storytelling would be your idea of a relaxing stay. The possibilities are endless at this welcoming cabin getaway with all the modern conveniences needed to make your stay stress free!

Living room: Couch and Loveseat located in open concept kitchen-living room. Smart TV available for use. Stocked with a variety of puzzles, board games and cards/dice.

Kitchen: open concept kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steal appliances including: fridge, dishwasher, stove and microwave. Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots/pans, bake wear, utensils, and Keurig with starter supply of k-cups,/creamer/sugar, standard coffee maker also available. We stock a variety of electric appliances including electric skillet, mixer, crock pot, waffle maker, etc.

Bathroom 1: 3/4 bath with shower, toilet and vanity. Bath towels, washcloths and hand towels provided.

Bathroom 2: 1/2 bath with toilet along with full sized washer and dryer and starter supply of laundry detergent.

Rec Room: heated/air conditioned attached garage space with 2nd living room includes: Queen-sized Murphy Bed, garage fridge, bench height countertop, fireplace, couch and recliner with smart TV. You will find several options for outdoor yard games (snowshoes during the winter), fish cleaning table as well as campfire toasting sticks stocked in this room.

Screened porch: situated along the lakeside, enjoy the peace of the woods with a cup of coffee in the morning or watch the sunset over the lake while comfortably seated out of the elements.

Lake: the cabin is located on Lawrence Lake. Lawrence lake is a 230 acre lake with a maximum depth of 71 feet with opportunity for water recreation and fishing alike! It is connected to Roosevelt Lake (1510 acres) via a navigable channel for most fishing boats and smaller pontoons. Roosevelt offers miles of boating opportunities with a lakeside bar & grill and community dock system. Our favorite… what is better than an evening boat ride to listen to live music, get a bite to eat or every better… enjoy an ice cream cone?!?

We have a natural shoreline at the cabin that offers great opportunities to catch glimpses of wildlife, but does not provide for a sandy beach. Please use the dock onsite to tie up your boat or use the water toys provided. We also have a boat lift on the dock that would accommodate most fishing boats under 17ft.

Fire pits: 2 fire pits are located on the nearly 2 acre property. One is conveniently located right outside the cabin doors with the 2nd pit located near the waters edge. Plastic Adirondack chairs are onsite for use. A starter stash of firewood is also provided with your stay.

Grill: we offer a pellet grill for use during your stay and stock the hopper full of pellets for your convenience.

Water recreation: 2 paddle boards, paddle boat and 2 kayaks are stocked in the boat shed by the lake for use during your stay with a variety of life jackets as well.
Parking: the nearly 2-acre lot with a 2nd driveway provides ample off-street, flat parking for your vehicles, trailers and toys.
