The classy garden door leads you directly into the inner courtyard of the Villa, which invites you to linger by the seating in the shade. There you will also find the entrance door, through which you will enter the main room of the Villa. The living area is equipped with an expansive seating area and a 3D flatscreen TV. The deck fans and electric fireplace provide the desired climate. The open gourmet kitchen is well-equipped with high-end monogram stainless steel appliances and even features a Nespresso machine, 2 ovens and a garbage shredder for organic waste. A small kitchen bar with 2 high chairs makes for entertaining conversations while cooking.

From the living area you have direct access to the pool area, the master room, the study and the other 2 bedrooms.

The gorgeous pool area with the elegant lanai with pillar-supported round arches immediately creates a vacation atmosphere. The heated pool. A bench inside the pool invites you to relax in the water. The Jacuzzi, harmoniously integrated into the architecture, will make you forget time. Three waterfalls and an outdoor shower complete the wellness experience. Of course, the entire pool area, across the entire width of the house, is surrounded by a screen, which provides protection from mosquitoes and pool pollution.

The spacious master suite is equipped with an electrically adjustable king size bed and a flat screen TV. The electric fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere. The convenient dressing room with closets provides enough space for your clothes and suitcases. There would also be enough space for an additional baby crib in the master suite. The luxurious master bathroom offers a large bathtub with integrated Jacuzzi, a walk-in shower, two sinks and a dressing table. The shower-toilet is located just inside an adjacent room.

The other two bedrooms are furnished with a king-size and a queen-size bed and each has a flat-screen TV and a spacious closet. One bedroom offers you a view of the garden, the other a view of the courtyard. The two bedrooms share a bathroom with a large walk-in shower, a toilet and a sink.

To always ensure fresh clothes and bath towels, a washing machine and a dryer are at your disposal.

Absolutely recommended is also the rental of a boat. The dock with boat lift is ready for you. We will be happy to advise you on finding the right boat.
