The home is open-concept, split ranch and has plenty of room to spread out with over 2,100 square feet of indoor living space, in addition to a large, fully-screened lanai with heated, salt water pool and outdoor tv to keep up with your favorite sporting events.

Although Cape Kos is a family-owned property, the home is professionally cleaned and maintained.

Supplies for your stay include: 2 full sets of towels in each bathroom, hand towels & sponges in kitchen, 2 rolls of tp per bathroom, 2 rolls of paper towels, 5 dish washer pods, 3 laundry pods, dish soap, hand soaps, starter shampoo.

Kitchen is fully stocked with an awesome Nespresso Virtuo coffee machine, regular drip coffee maker, toaster oven, NutriBullet Blender, utensils, pots and pans, and more.

6 Smart TVs - one in every room and 55 inch on the lanai, living room and primary suite.
