Vine & Vibe is an impeccably remodeled, spacious 3/2 home with all the chic, convenient touches you can ask for! Amenities of the home include a full kitchen, beautifully renovated bathrooms with walk-in showers, a gas fire-pit, charcoal grill, private hot-tub, a washer/dryer exclusively for guest use, and more!

Once inside, you're greeted with a recently remodeled full kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances and island counter seating. The open floor plan living area features two large seating areas, one with a flat screen Roku TV, and the other a conversation-style arrangement with a coffee table, perfect for board games with the family! Also inside the home are three large bedrooms. The primary suite features a king bed and ensuite bath with a walk-in shower, while the secondary bedrooms include a king and queen bed and a spacious shared bath.

The outdoor area is an entertainer's dream, with a xeriscape seating area, private hot-tub, and charcoal grill! The large outdoor space with unbeatable amenities makes this home ideal for a family vacation or couples getaway. This home is located in a quiet neighborhood, still within convenient proximity to the ever-popular historic Downtown shopping area. You can enjoy the peace and quiet of the lush landscaped backyard after a day on the town!

- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.

In addition, all properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible. This includes but is not limited to: ants, spiders, scorpions, beetles, mice, or flies.

We loved our stay!

Very well maintained and cared for. Would come again. Chexh the mattresses of the samller rooms my son said the were not good but I did not cgeck myself. Have a 2nd propane tank on site for the outside firepit. We ran out on Christmas day and did not get a replacement Small things, we were happy with pur stay

Family getaway

Vine and Vibes was a perfect place for our family getaway. We brought my MIL and husband’s Aunt to Fredericksburg for wine tasting. This was a great location and large enough for everyone to have their own space.

Excellent Vibes close to Vines

We all truly enjoyed staying at this lovely home. It was clean and had all the amenities we needed. It was in a nice neighborhood and close to downtown. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Fredericksburg.

“Girl's” weekend

The house is perfectly set up for 6 women. If you don't want to share beds the couch works also. We used the hot tub plus played games & cards. If you are wine drinkers bring a sturdy corkscrew. The local office is receptive to any issues you may have while there.

Fantastic Property

Loved the house. It was perfect for me and my four grandkids. Very kid friendly and lots of space to spread out. Close to downtown without all the crowds. The property had everything we needed and more. Will definitely stay again until all my friends.

Great Stay

The house was decorated amazingly! Plenty of room. Very clean. The backyard was beautiful. Perfect location in town. Not walking distance to Main Street, but a very short drive or Uber ride. One of the best places we have stayed at in Fredericksburg. Would definitely book this location again!

Lovely

We have 2 teenage daughters and an 11 year old son. Everyone loved and enjoyed the house so much. We had such fun playing Pictionary and scatagories. We sat around the coffee table playing games each night of our stay. We had such an amazing stay with fabulous memories we will never forget.

Horrible communication

There was an error on the dates; we respectfully called the host and contacted VRBO to see if we could get a partial refund - even if it meant the cleaning fee. Not one person did anything to assist or help us to change the date for a future stay. Not only will I NEVER use VRBO but I will make sure that anyone and everyone I know and work UNDERSTAND that VRBO is NOT about customer service. SHAME ON ALL OF YOU.

Comfortable Stay

Check in was seamless and our stay was without any major issues. Early on in our 3 week stay we realized the hard water was leaving dishes and clothes with stains. We called for the management to refill the water softener as it was empty. It took multiple calls but the task was finally completed. The hot water heater is very distant from the bathrooms and therefore requires a lot of wasting of cold water to get hot water back there. Seems there might be a solution to that. We learned the front door will not latch and stay closed unless the dead bolt is engaged. It needs to be fixed. And since we were staying for 3 weeks we would have appreciated more linens than were available. Otherwise, it was a comfortable and convenient stay for our visit to Fredericksburg.

Beautiful Cozy Home

This home is beautiful and clean. Everything works great. The neighborhood is well maintained. Love all the wallpaper closets, the huge island and very comfy velvet couch. The rest rooms are remodeled and beautiful but bring your own toilet paper. Hot tub needs a little maintenance attention but works great. The backyard is nicely kept with grill, fire pit and several chairs. Kitchen is well stocked and appliances work great. Not too far from main street, we would love to stay here again.
