Very spacious! Just wished there was a vacuum in the house for the carpet areas and softer beds. Overall was a great stay.

House was spacious; plenty of room for my babies to run around. Enough bathrooms. Pool and hot tub were clean. Community pool was fun and great for the kids. Gated community which was a plus, felt secured. Plenty of parking spaces. Two items my group complained about were the bathroom mats and not having extra hand towels/bath towels.

Very large home

There was a lot of space for everyone. A lot of beds. The pool table is messed up and 1 game did not work. The water slides, lazy river, and pools were a very nice added bonus to be able to enjoy. It was nice having a pool at the house as well. The house could use some updating and deep clean but overall, we had a nice stay

Great family vacation home

Plenty of room for everyone. Pool and hot tub was a bonus after a day at the Parks. The water slides by the gate and at the Clubhouse were great. Excellent service and food options.We would recommend this home for large families looking to relax and stay under the same roof. The Property Manager, Steven, was great and answered all questions and any issues promptly. We will look forward to renting this home in the future.

Great place. Property manager got back to us right away. Only issue is pool table was not level so when you went to rack the balls and take the rack off the balls

Vacay for the whole family

It was one of the best times we experienced as a family in Florida. From day 0ne we had a blast staying at this beautiful home. Of course her had some hiccups but who does not. The home was as advertised as being able to fit 16 visitors ranging from 1 year to sixty.House as delivered as promised. It was just perfect for the family as we had sixteen members. From one to fifty the house suited all of our needs. The security of the compound was impressive as all of our drivers needed a code to enter. The amenities form the swimming splash and slides were enjoyed by the children. We had to force them to forgo the slides and go to the Disney parks. Note to other renters to get the pool heated as it is chilly in March and it is reasonable. The house was very comfortable and all the kids really enjoyed staying there. The owner (Steven ji) was very easy to get contact with and would reply within a few hours and quick to remedy and problems. Highly recommended to anybody wishing to rent a house for a vacay. Plus the costs were reasonable for the house that big and rooms. the only negative thing was the traffic to Disney and Universal. Give yourself a early start or add 30 minutes to your travels as traffic is busy.

Family Annual Vacation

The property was clean., but the walls were in horrible shape. The wall in my bedroom had 2 holes from were the toilet paper holder was suppose to be. Upper stairs hallway had plaster missing from walls. The decor lacked excitement. The patio needs a good pressure washing. On a positive note the host was very nice and took care of our needs.

Family vacation 2024

My family and I always take a trip annually, usually in the Orlando area. When we arrived at the home it was cool and clean, and there was plenty of room for everyone. Our stay was for 5 day and 4 nights. We had a great time. I would definitely stay at this property again

Good stay

My family and I stayed here and we had a good time. The house was clean and the host answered any questions/concerns in a timely manner. This house was perfect for my large family and close to Disney. The only downside to our stay was the downstairs bathrooms showers didn’t have hot water no mater how long we would let the water run to warm up. We would stay here again!

Children and grandchildren meeting from various states. Used the house as a location for Disney parks and Universal as will as family dinners and swimming. Worked out well for a central location. Great fun.

Awesome huge house for large families.

The house was even bigger than the pictures showed. We had 12 adults, 1 child and 2 infants staying here and we had lots of space and didn't hear anyone at night. Every bedroom and bathroom was spacious and well laid out. Huge kitchen with lots of amenities but no dish towels or dish clothes. Tons of easy parking, we had 4 cars that all fit with extra space available, and very nice pool area with lots of lounge seating. Location is great overall except you will be in lots of traffic being that close to disney. Grocery, restaurants, shopping within 10 min. Pool table is not great but arcade games were a big hit. Communication was excellent throughout our trip, every time we had a question we got a response immediately or within an hour no matter what time. The staff at the gate and community resorts were super friendly and welcoming. Note, there is a bigger and better community pool/lazy river/hot tub in a different gated community down the road that we also had access to with this house. This was not mentioned in the listing. We would definitely stay here again.

a great location for a family. The host steven excellent!! Found that the house could have been a little cleaner better furniture the sectional had an odor and a lot of crumbs, hair, money from peoples pockets in between the seats there were no plugs for bath tub upstairs nor kitchen sink. There were no tea towels or dish cloths. I didn't want to bother steven for this stuff. We made do!! All in all was ok but i eanted to bring this to your attention for the next renters

Beautiful and Spacious home

I want to thank Steven for being so accommodating to my family. The house was very clean and comfortable. We had great time in central Florida and staying at the house was one of the best. My kids wanted to stay at the house the whole time. Thank you again!

Great location for fMilies, especially withy young children

The property was not brand new. It's possible we misread the initial property description, but we were under the impression we would be one of the first vacationers to visit. Even so, the property was clean and had all the amenities necessary to enjoy our 8 days in Florida. The children expecially enjoyed the private pool and hot tub. Our location was close to restaurants and groceries, so there was no need to travel a significant distance to purchase supplies. We would definitely recommend this property.
