This peaceful central beach midcentury modern apartment is tucked away two blocks back from the beach. It is quiet, but close to all restaurants on the beach and close to night life. The apartment has just had a complete makeover with modern comfortable furnishings. We supply beach towels, chairs, towels and a cart to bring everything to the beach.

Hidden gem

Nice spacious spot tucked in behind big hotels. Well landscaped property. Easy walk to the beach. Good sized kitchen, living area and bedroom. Owner easy to communicate with. Would stay again! Great value compared to a hotel room.

Infested with moths, the only outside area - the pool- abuts an active construction site

This is no peaceful oasis. We got to the property late at night after a long flight delay. The apartment is on the street level and looked out at the parking spaces. The apartment itself was fresh and clean, but clearly furnished on a very low budget. We were a little disappointed, but figured we could make the best of it. Then we realized that the apartment was infested with small moths. They were everywhere— on the couch, in the kitchen, in the towels in the bathroom and all over the bedroom. They were harmless, but it was pretty disgusting. The owners came the next morning with traps and the problem was improved (but not solved) the next day,The real problem was that the only outdoor space, around the pool area was literally 30 feet from an active construction site where they started at 8 am. There was no way we could tolerate that every day on vacation, so the owners agreed to a partial refund and we got a hotel at much greater expense.These people knew that anyone who rented their “peaceful oasis” would have no peace at least between 8 am and 5 pm Monday through Friday. I think most of us would expect the owner to disclose something like this that would obviously have a negative impact on their stay,

Great spot close to the beach!

Nice updated one bedroom close to the beach. The pool was nice clean and never busy. There are many great restaurants and beach clubs near by. Great location!

Location and exactly as advertised.

Check in was easy. The neighborhood is extremely safe, quiet tons of places to eat breakfast lunch and dinner walk to the beach walk to the pool perfect.

Great location

The complex is small and the people are friendly. The pool is nice and isn’t crowded. It’s my 2nd time staying in this complex. The location is great, walking distance to the beach, restaurants and hotels. The apartment was clean and basic to fulfill all my needs. I was there for a month.

Ft Lauderdale Get Away

Stay was great, property was as described and the host Sandra was very easy to communicate with. Our kids loved the pool as they pretty much had it all to themselves while there. Walking to the beach was just 5 mins and just straight down the road. Location was great, it is easy and quick access to Ft Lauderdale beach area and no need to drive there from the unit.

Great time, beautiful property

My friends and I had a great time in Fort Lauderdale staying at this Vrbo. The location is perfect and within walking distance of many restaurants, bars, and shops. The property is beautiful and quiet. The condo was also very clean and organized. No complaints!

Great condo near the beach - part 2

We stayed at this condo for a total of five weeks but booked it under two separate reservations to extend our stay, as you will see in my first review below. We continued having a great time here. In addition to what I said below, here are some other highlights: The complex is well maintained with beautiful landscaping and a nice, heated pool, which was never busy. The neighbors are very friendly. The area is quiet, even though you are just a few blocks from the main central beach area. First review: We’ve been having a wonderful time at this condo. We are staying here for a total of five weeks but booked it under two separate reservations, because we wanted to extend our stay. This turned out to be a great decision because we are very pleased with this clean, spacious condo, all its amenities and the close location to the beach and restaurants. Sandra Grim is an excellent host – personable, responsive and very detailed with her accurate description of the condo and everything it includes. Highly recommended.

We’ve been having a wonderful time at this condo. We are staying here for a total of five weeks but booked it under two separate reservations, because we wanted to extend our stay. This turned out to be a great decision because we are very pleased with this clean, spacious condo, all its amenities and the close location to the beach and restaurants. Just what we needed

My husband and I booked a long weekend here and enjoyed this oasis of a spot. The condo is spacious, well located, and equipped with towels and chairs to take to the beach. It seems newly renovated as everything was new and clean. We like this condo as alternative to staying in the large hotels because we prefer a kitchen and free parking. Sandra, the host, was very responsive and we would book here again without hesitation.

This property is exactly next door to my first property and that was such a success that when the opportunity arose to obtain another unit in this amazing midcentury modern complex, I seized it. I renovated it from top to bottom with extra care. It is located in the beautiful and quiet area of central beach, nestled between the intracoastal waterways and the great Atlantic Ocean. It is tucked away for peace and quiet, but close enough to the amazing nightlife and daytime activities that draw millions of tourists to this spot every year.
