The Oasis at Elim Valley Resort is a beautiful, family-friendly home. Get away from the city noise and treat yourself to a private pool with built-in spa, a spacious kitchen, and views to die for. Relax on the rooftop deck and enjoy the private hot tub, fire pit, outdoor seating and shuffleboard. Enjoy the game room with arcade games and video games. The Oasis has everything you need and enough space for everyone in your family to have their ideal getaway!

This brand-new modern property has 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms and can comfortably sleep 19 guests in beds. Cook dinner in the spacious, fully-equipped kitchen (with pebble ice!), or barbeque by the pool at the outdoor kitchenette. Enjoy the family room with an 86” smart television with comfortable seating for the whole family. The three main bedrooms each have 65” smart televisions. The private pool has a built-in spa with beautiful lighting and comfortable loungers. The kids will love the game room with 2 arcade games a Ps5, a Ps4, and a Switch! And once you see the rooftop deck, you won't want to leave! Sit in the hot tub, enjoy the fire pit, play shuffleboard, or just relax and enjoy the amazing views. This property has comfort and fun on every level!

Everything was perfect except that the house was HOT, HOT, HOT! The thermostat was not adjustable and the home never got cool enough for sleeping. We had to go out and purchase box fans in order to sleep. In the Utah desert, you need to have shades to block the sun from the windows or an adjustable thermostat. The temperature in the home was uncomfortable.

Great Home, Great Location

We got in very late and it was very dark. We were expecting a house but the neighborhood is more like glorified townhouses but once we opened the door it was like WOW. 13 foot ceilings upstairs and downstairs. Floor to ceiling windows to the pool. Spacious rooms with comfortable beds and furniture. All the amenities you would have at home. There were 8 of us. We gave my dad the first floor master bedroom which had a huge bathroom and a washer and dryer. We took the second floor master bedroom with master bath. There was another set of washer and dryer. Our 5 twenty something kids went wild for the game room with 3 tv's and x-box. Plenty of bunk beds and 2 more full baths. The 2nd floor balcony was perfect for having a barbeque dinner outside. Great house. Only 5 minutes from Sand Hollow State Park. We had a couple questions regarding the outdoor speakers and the help number assisted us promptly and courteously. The only small complaint is that the cleaning service needs to do a better job of looking in the beds and under the couch. We found a lot of odd things left over from previous guests. Also, there were baby flies everywhere. They may need an exterminator. Otherwise, this house was great. Would definitely recommend.

Great large family vacation rental!

Loved all the bunks for kids, the heated pool, super clean property with all of the kitchen utensils and dishes needed to cook just about anything. 5 star! We will be back!

Wonderful

The rental unit was excellent. It was perfect for our family reunion we had. There were a few little repair and maintenance items that were needed, but overall really happy. An example of repair items include: batteries for remote, garage door not functional (even after repair it only worked once), door locks not working, etc. Very nominal items. Overall great value. Thanks!

Our experience with Red Sands was amazing. Great communication, everything was as we requested when we got to the house. The house itself was lovely. The only thing people should be aware of is that it is NOT in St. George. It's about a 20 minute drive to get anywhere. Literally this condo is in the middle of nowhere, except some dune buggy type place which we're not into. But the crowd staying at this development is certainly a very ATV-type crowd. Lots of bachelor party type crews around.

Amazing Oasis in the Desert!

Great location. Close to Sand Hollow. Close to stores. Close to Saint George. Beautiful house, lots of room, nice pool and Jacuzzi. Immaculate and beautiful. Will stay there again! Great hosts! Worth every dime!

Three-day weekend

Loved the home. Great layout. Way more room than we needed, could have slept 15 more people comfortably. Pickleball court was in high demand, so it was hard to play. Otherwise great!

We had a wonderful vacation. The home was very clean. The only area that could use some attention is the large rug in the master bedroom. It needs cleaned. The location was perfect for our family! The host was very responsive and helpful. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The balcony with the hot tub was great! My grandchildren spent most of our vacation in the pool. We would definitely recommend this property to friends and family! Thank you, The Ropelato Family!

Awesome Home!

Wow! What a beautiful home! So much space with a lot of things to do right there in the house. Swimming, 2 hot tubs, video games. All the top of the line, modern appliances you could need including a pebble ice maker. The beds were so comfortable with plenty of pillows and blankets.Showers were very spacious! So much room in the entire home! The first thing we noticed was how clean the place smelled. Everything was sparkling! The location was also a huge factor! Very close to Sand Hollow Resort with easy access to main roadways for ease to the freeway. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Church leadership Fall retreat

We loved the layout of the house. It was perfect for our group. The instructions were easy to follow. Everything worked great. Unfortunately there was a windstorm and sand got in the pool because we had been told to open the cover so that the rain didn’t puddle on the cover. We especially like the barbecue the spa upstairs and the fire pit. It was nice having the community pool across the driveway. Parking was a little difficult because we had four cars and there isn’t a whole lot of places to park. But we figured it out.

Thought of Everything

This property is a dream for a big family/friend stay. 17 beds! They were so cofmortable. The outdoor spaces are so nice. Checkin/checkout is a breeze. You are super close to the clubhouse and the garage is so nice to be able to park in. Inside, the entertainment and thoughtful touches like extra bedding, towels, and ice machine is so wonderful. It was very clean and the management company was super communicative.

Best vacation home!

We brought some of our kids & grandbabies for Easter weekend and had a great time! The pool was heated and the house was perfect! We loved all the bedrooms and the kids loved the bunk bed room and especially the game room and video games. The location was great and we took advantage of the pickleball courts and played baseball in the park. We will definitely come back! Absolutely loved it! Perfect family house!

Walsh family stay

Our stay was from 11/12-11/16. It was absolutely amazing. The home is set up for comfort and entertaining. The beds are super comfy, our kids absolutely loved the bunk room that has 8 beds. Having TV in every room and an entertainment room where multiple kiddos could play electronics together was amazing. The majority of our time at the house is spent in the pool at the house. The hot tubs were amazing. 100% recommend for small or large groups. Will be back! Hopefully sooner than later.
