Located within a short drive of Sand Hollow Reservoir and sand dunes, adventure is never out of reach! Enjoy a day in the sun as you explore the red rocks and cool water, or play in the beautifully formed sand dunes at Sand Hollow. As the sun sets, come home to your own private oasis, complete with a private pool and hot tub in the sanctuary of your own backyard! With all brand new smart TVs and a fire pit outside, you will never run out of night-time activities!

This modern 4 bedrooms 3.5 bathroom home can sleep 10 people comfortably, The master bedroom downstairs features a King bed, as well as a smart TV with cable access provided for your use! The master ensuite bathroom hosts a large jetted tub, double vanity, walk-in shower, and a spacious walk-in closet. The additional downstairs bedroom features a King bed as well as a brand new smart TV. Upstairs, a King suite hosts another smart TV as well as an ensuite bathroom. To the right, you'll find the bunk room, the bunk room hosts 1 twin bunk, and 1 twin-over-full bunk as well as a smart TV and 2 twin murphy beds. In the loft there is another smart TV as well as access to a large balcony overlooking the beautiful backyard and pool. With new appliances, remote controlled blinds, a private pool and more, this vacation home is sure to be a new favorite destination for years to come!

Trust that the staff at Red Sands will find you the best rental

I've called into Red Sands several times this year which ended up being very last minute hoping to find a home available. This time I was able to connect with Ashley, who was amazing in her search for a perfect home and also her communication skills. Even though I was traveling alone, I had asked for a nice home near Sand Hollow which she was able to find very quickly. The property was perfectly located near the lake and in town shopping centers. The home was clean, prepared and stocked as one would imagine. The yard, pool and spa were clean and very well kept. Sheets and beds were clean and provided the “homely” feel that I needed for my stay.

Perfect family vacation

Great Southwest US Family Vacation Hub

The family loved your home! Plenty of space and in a great neighborhood. We enjoy cooking as a family and were pleasantly surprised by how well the home was stocked with kitchen appliances, pots, pans, utensils and spices. The pool and hot tub were a spot on with plenty of floats and toys for the kids. The neighborhood has a park that the kids enjoyed along with pickleball courts that the adults enjoyed. I’d definitely stay there again and would recommend it to anyone going out that way. Thanks for making memories for our family.

Don't Stay Here :)

Please don't book this house, because then we can't book it. Honestly, it was a great place to stay. Plenty of room to Park a big boat in the driveway and still access the garage.

Great Spot for Relaxed Getaway

Home was nice, clean, and as advertised. Hot tub was great and clean. Got some feedback thank bunkbed mattresses were a bit soft but rest of beds were comfortable. Location is as advertised, close to golf at Sand Hollow and good distance from Zion. Be aware there isn’t much around it. It’s in a quiet development without any restaurants in the vicinity. If that’s what you’re looking for it’s great.

Great backyard and property management

We loved the backyard and the home had plenty of room to make our stay comfortable. We had trouble with the AC and pool cover but after contacting the property management, the issues were resolved very quickly and communication was great.

Amazing location. Perfect vacation home for families large or small.

There is so very much to do in and around this property. We were here for 3 days, but could have easily spent 3 weeks. The home was clean, comfortable, spacious, and in the center of all the Zion/Sand Hollow area has to offer. It was just minutes to any outdoor activity you could want, while still peaceful and serene. City convenience with country quiet. One of my family's best rental experiences.

We really enjoyed staying at this property! The amenities were great and communication with the property manager was very prompt and helpful with the few questions we had. A hidden gem of a holiday

Fabulously comfy house in great neighbourhood. So much to do! The only thing we were a little disappointed with was that the pool was dirty when we arrived but it got cleaned after a couple of says. Very good thanks
