Down the hall past the kitchen is the laundry room with top-load washer and dryer, entrance to the two-car garage and the theater room. Get the popcorn and a cozy blanket; this room has comfortable seating for 6 guests- up to 10 if you`re unopposed to cuddling. With soft theater lighting, you`ll be in the mood to watch a classic favorite or a new movie from Redbox. This room boasts a whopping 70" SmartTV with cable, apps, and a Blu-Ray player for all your streaming needs. The additional soundbar will make you feel like you're right in the action!

Upstairs is a private loft with comfortable seating and convertible double-futon for extra guests. Just past the loft is the luxurious master-bedroom complete with a king-bed and private seating for morning coffee. Attached to this room is the private master bathroom; the standing glass shower is accompanied by a large soaking tub and a view of the river.

Back down the stairs, the large open den has two pull-out full sofa beds and SmartTV, Have a shuffleboard match with friends, or catch a game on the SmartTV. On the other end of this room is a private bedroom with a queen-bed and entrance to the lower patio. Around the corner is another bedroom with two full-beds, adjacent is the full bathroom with separate vanity, ideal when you have multiple guests.

The upper deck connects to the lower patio by spiral staircase or walkway for suiting each guest's need. Once on the grass, you`ll find a outdoor firepit surrounded by chairs - perfect for camp fire stories and roasting smores with friends and family. There is no shortage of greenery along the river`s edge. With views of late-night boaters from the warmth of an evening fire, roasting marshmallows will be a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. Stretch out on the long dock to sunbathe or moor multiple boats with ease just steps from the backyard.

For those of you with large groups, you`ll enjoy the added bonus of some privacy in the separate bunkhouse just a short walk across the driveway. This addition sits above the 2-car garage and has a private entrance from the rest of the house. The staircase will lead you to the studio-style living, complete with natural lighting and well lit rooms. The small kitchenette boasts a handful of dishes, personal coffee maker, full-size fridge and microwave. Just around the corner is a full bathroom complete with a standing shower. The queen bed looks inviting in the open space just across from the home gym. Treadmill, elliptical, and a bench with free weights and kettlebell await any eager vacationer who wants to get their workout in while admiring the breathtaking river views. Sitting on the river this home has it all, swim off the dock inside the alcove or jump on a boat and explore. The river is perfect for water skiing, wakeboarding, tubing and just cruising, and it also connects to Lake Coeur d`Alene for access to the five star Coeur d' Alene Resort, floating restaurants and hours of exploration.

The driveway has a round about and plenty of parking space for up to 6-8 cars and additional garage space is available.
