Imagínese sentirse como en "casa" en el centro de Ft. Lauderdale ¡Tu corazón se derretirá! La casa de UNA HABITACIÓN más OFICINA es en realidad "la mitad" de una gran casa de estilo del sur de la Florida. (En otras palabras, es un dúplex con entrada PRIVADA y patio CERCADO).

Es luminoso, limpio y espacioso y ha sido completamente renovado. Encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable en la cocina, con barra de desayuno. Nuevos pisos, ducha grande en el baño, nueva cama de matrimonio y muebles decorados con buen gusto. Lo mejor de todo, es cómodo.

Disfrute de 'Cheeseburgers-in Paradise' en un entorno tropical en el patio exterior (sí, se ofrece bar-b-que). El patio está cercado para mayor privacidad. Aire acondicionado, internet WIFI de alta velocidad, TV de pantalla plana (paquete completo HDTV), estacionamiento fuera de la vía pública, ropa de cama y toallas de baño, cocina equipada.

La ubicación es asombrosa. Estamos en el hermoso "Victoria Park", Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, cerca del centro y del moderno Las Olas Boulevard, perfecto para ir de compras, cenar y disfrutar de la vida nocturna. Mercado de productos frescos (comestibles) está a una cuadra de distancia. Una hermosa playa de arena blanca se encuentra a 5 minutos en coche. Disfruta del sol, nada en el océano azul turquesa o mira cómo los cruceros se dirigen al mar.

Pie. Lauderdale es conocida como 'La Venecia de América' con todos sus hermosos canales y bahías, y es el hogar de algunos de los yates más magníficos del mundo. Es un paraíso para los amantes del océano. Hay mucho que hacer: pescar, navegar o hacer kiteboard. Worst Place To Stay

Please do not stay here. The neighbor in 715 is rude and you cannot make any noise whatsoever. If you clap or talk just a little loud he bangs on the wall at 5 pm in the evening on a Sunday or any day. Then he will lie to the owner and say you are smoking marijuana in the home and it is coming into his home. The gentleman next door will lie and the owner will listen to him no matter what you say. The guy in 715 basically stays there so the owner gives him the control because he pays monthly. The owner lied and stated that he was going to move us to another home and didn’t. The man next door keeps the back porch light on 24/7 hours a day which shines right in the master bedroom at night. So if you are a light sleeper your sleep will be tossed into the trash. They prefer for you to stay in the bedroom while you are there and not use the living room to satisfy the guy next door. If you are family-oriented or just want to have a good vacation do not stay here please I promise you your vacation will be ruin. If you have children small or big do not stay here. My birthday vacation was ruined and my husband and I are not loud people. We watched football with our children on a Sunday and the guy had a problem with us clapping at 4 pm and 5 pm in the afternoon. Had to clean the home when we came it was messy with food stuck to dishes and they had just fumigated for termites. We had to sleep on one side of the bed because the frame was cracked on the left side of the bed at the bottom. STAY AWAY!!! THE WORST STAY EVER.

Fantastic Home & Wonderful Hosts

Great home in a pretty neighborhood walking distance to restaurants and stores. The house is very clean, has great space and a comfortable bed. Bring your own shower soap and shampoo or buy it locally. Bring earplugs if you're sensitive as you hear the neighbor/tv through the adjoining bedroom wall. Oh and super nice outdoor area too! I met the lovely host Shirley who is wonderful and kind! I would definitely love to stay again!

Owners and managers were wonderful. Home is well maintained. Busy street and maybe a little further from ocean but that’s our fault too for not knowing the area. We would definitely recommend this rental!

Great communication and comfortable living!

Shirley and Boris were wonderful hosts. Highly responsive and flexible. They were very understanding and accommodating of our schedule. We needed to extend our stay with little notice and they were happy to help us. Very clean and comfortable house with all of the accommodations a guest needs.

Great Location!

Excellent spot for walking in Fort Lauderdale - just a block to Fresh Market, and not far from The Whole Enchilada, a great lunch place. We walked to Los Olas daily and also rented electric bikes. We were in the heart of everything we wanted to do. Very gracious and welcoming hosts!

Great unit in a great location

I had meetings downtown and also wanted to check out the area for a possible relocation. This is an ideal location for access to downtown and the Las Olas strip. It’s a spacious unit and well appointed. The second room is billed as an office and there is a desk and chair however it’s otherwise empty and used as storage. The unit is spotless and Judy is highly responsive. I loved the area and did not have a car nor found one necessary for my stay. Grocery and restaurants easily in walking distance. The beach is a long walk or easy uber ride away. I had such a great stay I decided to relocate to the area. Highly recommend it!

Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour au "Charming Tropical Home" L’appartement était vraiment tel que décrit et vu sur les photos. Tout y est parfait et nous y avons trouvé tout ce dont nous avions besoin pour un séjour très agréable Tout était également très très propre. L’aménagement avec petite cour nous assure beaucoup d’intimité Quand nous avons eu besoin il était facile de rejoindre Shirley, Boris ou Judy et nous avions des réponses rapides à nos questions L’endroit est également bien situé pour un accès facile à la plage et aux commerces Nous avons grandement apprécié le séjour et y retournerons à la prochaine occasion Merci pour tout

L'endroit parfait pour découvrir Fort Lauderdale

Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre vacance à Fort Lauderdale et l'appartement de Shirley et Boris est parfaitement situé pour découvrir cette ville. L'appartement est près des transports en commun, des épiceries, pharmacies et restaurants. Nous n'avions pas de voiture et ce n'est pas nécessaire. O a adoré marcher, en particulier dans le magnifique Holiday Park tout près. Judy était très disponible et gentille. L'appartement était très propre, la cllimatisation était très efficace ainsi que le wifi. La cuisine est parfaite et le lit très confortable. Et nous avons apprécié notre petite cour et le bbq après une journée à la plage! Un excellent rapport qualité-prix!

Wonderful Visit!

We are fairly new to Homeaway but if our experience with this property is any measure of what it is like then we are hooked. We stayed at Boris and Shirley's cottage for a week in April and loved it. From the initial communications and throughout our stay communications with July, Shirley and Boris were excellent. They were friendly and helpful and I would not hesitate to stay at one of their properties again simply because of their style. The cottage was as described ... and was super clean which is important for us. The cottage was a one bedroom but there was ample space and we enjoyed cooking our meals their most evenings (they also have a BBQ/Grill outside) ... there is a Fresh Market grocery store located 2 minute (or less) walk form the cottage and Winn Dixie is only a 10 minute walk! My wife and I walked the Las Olas strip every day to the beach (about 45 minute walk one way) but loved the exercise ... once or twice we took an Uber ride which was $5-$6 ... restaurants on Las Olas are excellent as is the variety. This is a very safe feeling residential community in an ideal location ... only minutes from the water taxi as well. I could go on and on but bottom line ... lovely spot, had everything we needed for a wonderful week's stay and Shirley, Judy and Boris are great people to deal with ... very honest and trustworthy ... my wife and I would not hesitate to rent form them again! Thanks for everything!

This place is outstanding, do not pass it up!

We recently spent 2 months and had a magnificent time, so we are returning next year. The place is well designed, very clean and in an excellent location.Customer service was incredibly efficient and pleasant as well! Shirley, Boris and Judy go out of their way in making sure you are comfy. The location is 5 to 10 minutes away from the Broward Concert Hall, Parker Playhouse, Jimmy Evert Tennis Center and 100's of great restaurants. Roni

Excellent house near everuthing

The location, layout and amenities were described right. The property was clean and very well-maintained. The owner was very friendly. We would recommend this property to all. Beach is near. Car is recommended. Activities: Jungle Queen Cruises, Las Olas Boulevard, Atlantic Boulevard, Festival Flea Market Mall, Las Olas Riverfront, Riverwalk Park, Bonnet House Museum & Gardens, Butterfly World, Flamingo Gardens, Sawgrass Recreation Park. Everglades are not far. Restaurants: Mexican Cantina (very good and not so expensive), Pirate Republic (interesting restaurant with tasty fruits of the ocean)

Better than advertised and it advertised well

This was a great find for my wife and me. We are Californians and planned an extended stay in Fort Lauderdale. Boris and Shirley were great hosts and made us feel comfortable from the get go. This was important to me, particularly, as I walk with a cane and use a wheelchair at times. It was a non-issue for Boris and Shirley as it should be. Location, location, location. Great! We joined pool membership at historic Riverside Hotel, which was peaceful and beautiful. We also went to Holiday park a lot. Very nice. Plus fresh market. Place was clean, convenient and as advertised. My wife used on site laundry a lot - important feature for her. There may be cheaper places in town but you tend to get what you pay for and we considered it good value for the money. A beautiful peacock was a neighbor. I suspect we'll be back one day. Thanks, Boris & Shirley!

Great home away from home

Unit was exactly as shown, great location, only a short skip to fl beach, owners were great to communicate with, gave us both phone and email, and live nearby. I would most certainly recommend this property and will be looking forward to returning. Spent most of our time at the beach but lots of activities and attractions nearby. Ideal getaway!

We wish to thank Boris, Shirley and their Manager, Judy, for providing a well laid out, comfortable and clean rental. It is ideally situated close to the Las Olas restaurants, the 2nd St. SW bars, a lively beach and shopping. The courtyard was an added bonus surrounded by lush tropical vegetation. Highly recommended. We will certainly want to return in the future!

Home away from home!

I always enjoy staying at the properties owned by Shirley and Boris. i have stayed in (3) different places so far and each experience has been an absolute pleasure. Each property is newly remodeled, private, and has all the amenities you would want. The location is perfect; walk to las olas, fresh market, and downtown. I recommend staying here very much, you will not be disappointed.

perfect place

in my opinion a perfect place to spend varied vacations. everything you need is close: grocery stores (one of them only a few footsteps away) the beach, shopping malls and nightlife places. the accommodation is nice and provides you with everything you need for a nice time. i will come back for sure!

Comfortable and welcoming

I stayed in this unit for several months as I relocated to Fort Lauderdale. The unit is quiet, nicely renovated and well-decorated and private. The Victoria Park neighborhood is lush, safe and located close to the beach, downtown, and shopping. The great Fresh Market grocery story is only 1/2 block away. Boris and Shirley were great hosts and have done a wonderful job. Highly recommended!

Over the years my husband and I have traveled much of the globe. Being big travelers and exposed to all sorts of accommodation we know how wonderful it is to discover a place that really feels like 'home'. We think we've created this in our Vacation Rentals - and I'm happy to say our guests agree!

We love Ft. Lauderdale - perfectly named the 'Venice of America' with all it's water channels and beautiful scenery. It's sunny, warm and tropical, and has a laid back Caribbean-like atmosphere. Since we're drawn to the ocean and anything marine related its the perfect place for us.

Some of our favorite things to do:
* Go for an early morning walk along the beach...then a dip in the ocean.
* 'Friday night concerts' in our neighborhood park - (during the summer months).
* Stroll along Las Olas - and indulge.... at the frozen yogurt shop!!
* 'People watch' while sipping a glass of wine in one of the eateries on Las Olas Blvd.
* Shop for ingredients at The Fresh Market (a block away) for a patio bar-b-que.
* Boating with friends.

The things we couldn't live without are be family & friends, the ocean, travel and good food!!

Our life has been one big adventure and it keeps getting better. If you want to get to know us better - you can read about our travels. In our first book we describe our first sailing experience - crossing the Pacific Ocean to Australia with our 8 month old baby. It's called 'The Unsinkable Spirit - In Search of Love, Adventure and Riches!' Enjoy the read!

We love the location!!! We totally enjoyed renovating the property to our standards. The neighborhood is fantastic - convenient, central - only 2-miles to a beautiful white-sand beach that goes on forever. And we love to walk Los Olas Blvd (downtown). Couldn't be better.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

It's oozing with charm and character. The shaded yard is full of tropical vegetation When you walk inside it's smells good!! It's squeaky clean. All appliances are new - new flooring, new furniture, freshly painted, big flat screen TV (loaded), high speed WIFI - all the comforts of home!!!
